Especial mención a Chiara y Alex.
Nem volt olyan😀
Location
Housekeeping is terrible. The food is below average. It should max be a 3 stars hotel. I traveled a lot but it’s the first time I get told to pick up my own hair in the shower because housekeeping are not slaves
Tutto perfetto
Non c’è stato nulla . Anche la camera di cortesia tutto perfetto
H10 is a true party hotel, but be prepared for no parking and loud nights! If you are looking for a lively atmosphere and love to party, this might be the hotel for you. However, keep in mind that parking is virtually impossible around the hotel from Friday to Sunday. The hotel hosts very loud events until 10:00 PM or even midnight, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep, and the nearby beach also features loud music productions over the weekend. On top of that, the staff's service is rather average. Recommended strictly for partygoers who don't mind the noise!
Nada a apontar
Location. No mad rush for sunbeds. Selection of pools
Air conditioning was very poor.
Everything
The overall stay is quite boring, unlike other years there is barely any activities and the entertainment is poor especially during the day. I love the coastal location, near to shops and accessible to all. Noise level is alright, it's suitable for all its never too loud, never too quiet. The rooms are ultimately clean other than the floors which are significantly dirty. When activities are on there are lots joining in and the entertainment team do well to encourage everyone to join in, however comparing to recent years visiting the hotel this can definitely be taken up a level, then used to go round and collect people to play and now it's just a case of who's here plays, some people may not know these things are on so they will need telling by someone from the entertainment team. Another thing is that the entertainment staff running an activity need to be more aware of what's being said or done to other kids or adults, I say this from specially water polo as from the I last I saw they were swearing and fighting alot and the staff didn't do anything. Minidisco is no where near the same either, lack of songs and a lack of enthusiasm. kids need to be happy to go and dance, again referring to recent years they used to go round and collect kids from the dinner hall, or in the morning daisy would visit breakfast and hand out a slip of what was going on in the day. I don't agree that this stay was worth the price. I could have gotten a better holiday for much cheaper. Again the hotel has downgraded majorly and from this years experience comparing to how good it has been in previous years I simply do not recommend the hotel especially to people or families with children of all ages.
We joined our son here on his honeymoon. We upgrade to a Privilege room. There isn’t a category on here rank something between average and very good otherwise I’d rate good at best. The hotel is well located and has lots of facilities. It’s clean and reasonably maintained. Privilege entitles you to waited meals. Breakfast was generous however the menu is confusing and extras are add-ons even if you request as replacement items. We chose lunch instead of dinner on half board tariff. Lunch was basic but adequate. A lot of the staff seemed a little unfriendly and I’m not sure if this a reflection of their job satisfaction or not? (I hope it not an anti-tourism effect as I sympathise with the plight of service industry workers and their ability to afford a living and roof over their heads). The few happy ones were chatty and smiling. The outside and pool areas are vast and very busy. Sunbed hogging is rife despite the notices to the contrary and the rules are not enforced even if you complain. Management are uninterested. The privilege area does have private beds and terrace which is lovely and a lot less busy. The infinity pool at the rear of the hotel is very nice (if you manage to find somewhere to leave your towel!) The privilege area has its own lounge too with drinks and snacks available up to 7pm. Our room was well equipped and had all of the right facilities. The decor is a little tired and the bathroom LED transformer had blown as they constantly flashed like disco lights. We reported it but nothing changed. So would I return? Maybe, Tenerife has completely changed from when I knew it 25years ago. It’s been well developed and there are some very smart hotels in the same location. I expect competition is fierce around here.
Lovely hotel nice and clean and staff very friendly. Pool area nice and clean it’s a shame no inflatables allowed or balls allowed in the pools but otherwise very nice. Food delicious and good variety of choices
A lovely hotel, we’ve been several times and it has one of the largeest pools in the area. Location is ideal, on the seafront and close to all the shops etc. I’ve only given it 3 stars this year as the entertainment (during the day) has been noticeably cut back this year. In recent years, there was lots of activities in the pool (water polo, large inflatable etc). We’ve been coming to this hotel every year since 2016, & this year all they’re doing in the pool for children is a roll out mat. We went to look at what the other local H10 hotel up the road was doing, and they’re doing so much more, including water volleyball. The activities board for this hotel is quite bare. Not sure why the hotel has cut back so much on their entertainment. It’s a shame as they used to do so much more. Apart from that, the hotel remains a nice place to stay, it’s clean and the staff are welcoming & friendly. The buffet is nice but a lot of dishes are repeated frequently so after a week it gets a bit bland. They also don’t allow inflatables in the pool which is a bit bizarre as most other hotels do allow it. Hopefully when we return next year there will be an improvement to the entertainment as we really Like this hotel and it’s such a shame they are cutting back.
We had a wonderful stay. The animation team is absolutely amazing—friendly, energetic, and genuinely fantastic with children. My daughter loved the kids’ club and was excited to attend every day. The food was also excellent, with a great variety of options. As a wheelchair user, I really appreciated the hotel’s accessibility, especially the lifts and the accessible pool lift, which made it much easier for me to enjoy the facilities. A fantastic hotel for families, with a brilliant team who made our holiday feel very special.
Rooms took a long time to be cleaned through the day. Restaurant repetitive on meals Not enough selection of Puddings . Hard to get a drink. It Felt like the hotel didn't want you to take full opportunity of the all inclusive. We still had a great holiday but for the price of h10 it doesn't warrant the price of the holiday
A truthful review from a Travel Agent !! The Hotel Conquistador in the Travel Industry is rated highly This Hotel wins awards year on year from customer feedback, service reviews and returning customers it has honestly always remained good However….. my own personal experience did not feel this was so & I can only be honest and truthful with what I encountered Firstly we went in peak season school holidays (end July) You’ve got to appreciate we are in max numbers at this time However that been said, I have stayed in alternative hotels this time of year and never ever faced problems like these Positive’s Fantastic location on the golden mile Plenty of bars restaurants on your doorstep (family side of Las Americas) perfect Hotel overall nice Maid service daily, rooms clean Fresh Towels & Fresh Bedding Food Nice (ample) selection Plenty of Entertainment Day…. including water mat, water polo, aqua Night… Shows, Kids entertainment Con’s and disappointing part Sun-bed war !! this was my main problem Up for 7.30 am, to queue for 30 mins lining up ready for the pool to open at 8am At 8am there is a mad dash for sun beds by 8.15 absolutely none left at all (Stressful) The issue is If you lay your towels down at 8am then decide to leave them For example…. go for breakfast as a family or go and grab a Starbucks coffee which is literally out the back gate, the life guard will come and remove your towels from your bed He will pack them away in a plastic carrier bag and leave your sun beds free for anyone else to take You then have to collect your towels from the pool attendant & try and find alternative beds which is non existent Now I completely understand if customers are taking the **** Reserving beds & then going out for the day (That’s not fair) on everyone else & something needs to be actioned so I can appreciate the hotel have issues and are trying to find solutions But I’m talking Literally within 10mins of you placing them down & walking off this happens The rule is (apparently) although no body tells you this is a rule the procedure is…. You lay your towels down and sit on your towel & bed until 9am then when all seats have been allocated you can go for breakfast Which then has a massive knock on effect at 9am because EVERYONE goes for breakfast with yet more queuing just to get into the breakfast hall & out the door If you want to sit outside which we did as the main dining area was hectic the outside area was just that bit calmer then you have more queuing to sit outside (ridiculous) when you’ve already queued once to get into the breakfast room I completely understand that they are in peak season high demand there is obviously not enough beds Which in my opinion isn’t right & isn’t fair when customers pay thousands to stay here everyone should be entitled to a sun-bed In having guests sit there till 9am we are penalising customers that just want to go for breakfast early and return to there sun-bed This issue caused stress, animosity and almost fights around the pool Witnessing one man saying fight me for it over a sun-bed to one family many people were angry, upset, frustrated because I sat and watched it all & felt it intensely myself (This isn’t a holiday to me) Guests, customers work hard to be able to afford a holiday so things absolutely need improvement on this area The next issue we faced is floats are not allowed in the hotel Now to be honest I have heard this at many hotels in the same area & most are following suit especially in peak season for safety reasons (understandable) However the No Ball Games in the pool ? I can’t understand I heard and watched as family’s played with a small ball (many a times) for the life guard to come and say NO (Swimming only) family's we’re upset again frustrated I witnessed one lady raising her voice saying this is a (family hotel) why can’t they play with a ball in the pool Again this just caused tension around the pool area after already the stress of sun beds the atmosphere was awful The next issue we faced was placing a towel to dry over the balcony Which we do on most holidays we had three in a room & had limited drying space We had a letter by the end of day asking us to remove it from the balcony or staff would personally remove it for us Again this caused a controlling, more rule policy & atmosphere Another issue we faced was in the snack bar Now customers on All Inclusive get the snack bar after a certain time We were on Half Board basis so you understand so we’re willing to pay for this I approached the entrance & kindly asked, have you got a table for 4 The waiter asked have you booked a table (I replied no) She said you have to book ? I looked around there was about 15 tables spare ? I saiid can we not just have one of them tables and just take a seat ? She said NO you have to book and pointed me to the App quiet rudely (Which I personally found ridicules) what happened to face to face kind customer service especially for service in a 4 star Hotel My son then continued to downloaded the app and we booked a table almost immediately We then ordered food and I asked for drinks (a Malibu and coke) The waiter said No Sorry you can’t have a Malibu and Coke we only offer 4 alcoholic drinks in the snack bar I then tried to explained we are paying customers on half board & would like to pay by card for this We are not all inclusive which may limit you She said No Sorry you can go to the main bar and get one there (Again service) if I was paying for the meal I would have like to have the drink I asked for with my meal & not have to leave my table to then go and queue again at the main bar just for more selection on drinks Again this is a 4 star hotel offering BB HB & All Inclusive so should absolutely cater for all Another issue on Half Board was Water is not included in the dining hall to have water with your meal you have to pay for it ? Normally this is standard practice on half board so I asked the question after about the 4th day why are we paying for water and it’s hotel policy But what we could do is go to the main bar get water there and bring it in I just find again lacking with the basic customer service practice The last issue we faced is the shower room on check out room 101 next to the pool toilets that room smelt awful damp and mouldy the smell was completely overbearing we left feeling dirty and unclean because the smell was just foul I appreciate it’s just a shower room but for a 4 star award winning hotel I feel the standard again was not up to scratch I will not return to the conquistador & will give my honest feedback with my customers going forward on exactly what to expect in peak season Overall feedback I felt high passenger numbers & demand completely overwhelmed the hotel this is just not good enough So obviously school holiday peaks situation I felt stressed, guests were stressed Breakfast & Dining was chaotic Not a holiday vibe you expect especially from a good standard of accommodation & for the money customers pay which can be higher than most and the expectations this hotel leaves I would truly expect more
We are just back from the H10. Personally I’ve visited hotels all around the area but never this one, so we gave it a go. I wish I hadn’t. Check in was slick. Your suite is ready you’re in room 031. As suits go it’s a tiny one room gig with 2 wardrobes and a pull out bed. It says it sleeps 4. I stayed in it with my 4 year old son. It’s a ‘squeeze’. Bathroom is poor and not finished very well. Bin broken, doesn’t open. Doesn’t close. (See photo). Shower door leaks and has done for sometime. Seal broken and doesn’t work. (See photo). Now for the weird stuff…… We have a fridge. It’s free to use. We have a safe it’s €80 to rent for the week, yes that’s eighty euros to rent for the week. (In a suite). 80!! Towels for the pool available from the spa. €30 deposit. €28 euros refundable when returned but only if you have your ticket. No ticket no refund. Almost everyone uses their own towel. Spa was closed for annual checks for multiple days during our visit. Sunbeds……..(here we go). The rules say (see photo) “reservation of sunbed’s is not allowed’. Utter nonsense. You can’t get one for love nor money. When you talk to the life guards and ask for sunbeds there are none available. I asked if we could use these ones as they have been abandoned for over 3 hours now with a pink towel across the both of them and the reply was ‘it’s busy. Sorry’. So my 4 year old and I ended up sitting on the floor until a very kind lad ‘donated’ his. Not enough beds. Not enough ‘brollys’. Frankly it’s pathetic. The life guards come and take away any ‘reservations before 9am. So what happens in everyone turns up at 8 saves 4 beds. Dad waits while everyone is still in their room or at breakfast. Couple with that the game some of the children were having in collecting the tiles that were broken from the pool. Literally dozens of them. Children (babies) pool. Nothing wrong with it. My son (4) paddled quite happily. It is however within 10 meters of the Hotels only external smoking area. If the wind is in the right direction it stinks all day of cigarette smoke. (Why put this next to a babies pool) and the pool tables and small selection of video game machines all of which are designed for kids. It’s mindless!!!! (See video) Back to the room. The child’s bed is a weird pull out thing. So I pulled it out and levered it up so it’s the right height. Under the bed is disgusting. (See photo). It’s not been cleaned for a while. We have also gained someone else’s sock that’s under my son’s bed. He saw it and announced ‘Daddy - I’m not sleeping in there’. I can’t blame him. ITS VILE!!!!!!!!. (I’m not a class related sort of chap but if this is a suit and how they treat it, god knows what ‘normal’ looks like. It’s a noisy hotel so be prepared for late nights. The evening entertainment for kids starts around 20:30. My 4 year old is normally asleep way before this so we’ve had the situation of him being woken most nights when the show starts. Friday was horrendous. It was ‘Roman Night’. Started at 21:00. Finished at midnight. It’s super loud. My lad was up twice and then I got the words every parent dreads ‘Daddy, I can’t sleep it’s to noisy’. So he was in with me until midnight when it finally stopped. Atmosphere in and around the hotel is friendly and calm ableist there is frustration around almost everything to do with the pool. ‘No balls. No floats. No inflatables. No fun’ Couple that with no sunbed’s and it’s a real treat. The shining light of the stay is the lady in guest relations called Ana. She’s worked so hard to make our stay better. She is a credit to this hotel and H10 as a brand. Overall: It’s a poor run down hotel that needs investment. Almost everything is shabby. The rooms, the showers, the pool. The food is a positive. It’s rather good. We tried a specialist restaurant in (the Italian) it was average at best. The main ‘canteen’ is okay. To conclude: Tired, Old and not worth the holiday days. It’s a gross disappointment. We won’t come back. This is NO reflection of Ana and her effort, but it’s just a poor hotel with average standards that needs significant investment and some serious improvement. How it gets 4 stars is beyond me.
This was our second stay here after leaving a 5-star review a couple of years ago. We came back because our first holiday was great, especially for my son, who is now almost 12. The biggest difference this time was the entertainment. We were told Max and Javi left about a month ago, and they’re a real miss. This isn’t a criticism of the current team, who work hard, but Max and Javi had a brilliant way of getting the older boys together for football, gaming nights and making friends. My son made friends almost instantly last time. This year there have been no organised football games and the gaming room hasn’t been opened, so we’ve ended up spending a small fortune finding things for an older boy to do with his mum instead. The location is excellent, the food is good, and although the rooms are looking a little tired (broken patio door handle and worn furniture), they’re what I’d expect from a 4-star hotel here. Reception staff are a little transactional. We have still enjoyed our holiday, but the entertainment for older children was the main reason we returned, so unfortunately I can’t give it the same 5-star rating this time.
This is our 2nd time at the Conquistador in Las Americas and once again it didn’t disappoint. It’s in a great location. The rooms are a good size and nice and clean. Plenty of food to choose from in the restaurant, it has a great pool and a good variety of entertainment each night. The staff in this hotel are great. Very friendly and helpful. Especially Leonardo and Dumar in the bar area, and Lydia and Conchi in the restaurant. They’re a credit to the hotel.
We stayed here for 2 weeks at the end of June to celebrate our Anniversary and felt it was a brilliant choice. Location is excellent. Food was excellent. Entertainment was good. Rooms were nice and had everything we needed. We upgraded to the privilege package which in our opinion was fantastic. We were greeted by Samdrine who explained how it all worked and she was brilliant throughout out our whole stay making it special for us. One evening we attended a privilege party, which we enjoyed very much and would have liked it to have gone on longer. Most of the staff were nice and friendly but Claudia and Natalia stood out for us at meal times, lovely ladies!! Raphael was also very attentive. We are already talking about returning next year. Thanks for a brilliant stay!!!
We really enjoyed our stay it was my daughter birthday they have prepared the room with balloons and so many little gift I recommend this place
We did enjoy our week in the hotel , restaurant staff are amazing & Buffet was always great , we did lunch one day in pool bar , only hotel I know where you need reserve the pool bar for lunch , food was ok but personally prefer a pool bar buffet style lunch , tried Italians one evening & ok , prefer the buffet restaurant though. I had a massage & spa was lovely. We did feel though the entertainment was lacking , seemed lack of interaction with the entertainment team & our friends child was bored after 3 nights of the kids disco. We have been to several other similar 4 star hotels & the animation team were great but this was not the case here , visit was enjoyable but sadly would not return.
Great Hotel. Good facilities and tasty food. Javi, Alexander, Ciara and the rest of the animation team were brilliant.
Came here month ago with family picture looks good makes you book this hotel Best hotel in playa das is MEDDERTERIAN HOTEL STAY THERE much better hotel food pool and everything sandy beach you name it all there avoid this hotel waste off money and time
Amazing bar staff amazing check in amazing hotel 10 out of 10 👌👌 perfect Dumar and Jesus and Diego 👌
Amazing hotel! Perfect location! I would absolutely return. Food was amazing, and offered so much! We went for a 10 year anniversary mini break and it was perfect.
Maturinn var góður. Þjónustan á kaffihúsinu og Dragobar var frábær. Starfsfólk í móttökunni var mjög hjálpsamt. Skemmtiatriðin sem voru utanhús voru frábær og komu okkur mjög á óvart.
Mikill hávaði heyrðist frá næsta herbergi, ekki nógu góð hljóðeinagrun. Loftræstikerfið virkaði ekki almennilega í okkar herbergi. Þá var verið að reykja út á svölum þrátt fyrir bann. Einnig var mikið verið að veipa innanhús sem olli óþef. Við fórum á svokallað "dinner show" sem hótelið bauð upp á en þar var þjónustan ekki nægjanlega góð sem eyðilagði upplifunina á annars góðri sýningu.
I loved the pool area, especially the infinity pool in the afternoon sipping a drink from the cute camper-van bar and staring at the sea.
Nothing

The pool area, food, the room.
The hotel needed a ballroom for night activities. The shows in the evening were very loud. Some people couldn't rest or sleep until midnight, especially those with children.

The last time I came to Tenerife I visited this hotel, this was pre Covid I had an okay stay but was let down by a few points which I had made a review about. Few years later I decided to come back to Tenerife with my 4 year old and didn’t realise I had booked the same hotel until I arrived at the lobby and it looked very familiar and I thought oh no! But I had such a lovely stay this time no faults on anything. Staff are lovely, location is lovely, lots of space around the children’s pool although we did arrive at the end of the Easter holidays so this may have played a part. We arrived early and I didn’t realise check in was 2pm which was fine I was happy to sit and wait, they gave me and my daughter a complimentary drink and then the room was made available much earlier than expected. The room was nice and comfortable, this time I stayed in a smaller room which was a double room with a sea view and balcony which was big enough for just me and my daughter and preferred a sea view as the evening entertainment would have been a bit loud for my daughter to go to sleep. We stayed half board which worked for us as we were always out and about during lunch time so breakfast and dinner was perfect. Food was great, lots of choice and lots of seating and staff are great too. I’ll come back the next time we go to Tenerife for sure
Franchement rien
We had the best time at the Hotel Conquistador! We had 3 rooms all on the same floor, we were celebrating my wife’s 60th birthday. The staff all worked extremely hard to ensure had a great holiday. Rooms cleaned every day, food was wonderful, we went all inclusive, coffee shop was fab, the pool bar was amazing and not forgetting the van near the infinity pool, the bar staff at the pool couldn’t do enough for you . Entertainment was great. Kids enjoyed the evening entertainment something for every age. We were very lucky to be able to join in the celebration of canary day, fantastic! Dancing, food, drinks you and great display of what the locals make and their history. We had a birthday celebration dinner in the Teppanyaki restaurant , the host made it fun and the food was delicious. My sister and son flew in from Australia to stay with us and weren’t disappointed. We will be back soon !
On our arrival every thing went fine, attentive staff nothing phases them. The rooms are cleaned to good standard, food variety is immense as well tasting good. The pool area is so very good ,loads of spaces and sun beds aplenty. Well stocked drinks bar , a place to have a break from the heat of the day.
An absolutely amazing hotel, lovely friendly staff and great service. Couldn’t recommend it more for couples looking for a relaxing break. Very inclusive of all cultures and nationalities. A total tonic for those looking to escape normal life! Cannot thank you enough, will definitely be back x

We are regular travels to Europe and have over the years stayed at many hotels. I can honestly say I would put this in our top 3. Great location. Although a large hotel, it was very spacious and well organised. Rooms was spacious and very clean although the bathroom was a little quirky ( Room 443). I would have preferred the air con a bit cooler but that is personal choice. Entertainment staff were excellent with plenty to keep you busy. Special mention to Max. If you get a chance to see him sing in the piano bar you wont be disappointed. His enthusiasm is infectious. Food and drinks were excellent. Food was varied. It was hot but not boiling hot as is norm in europe. Staff all very friendly and professional. Pool not cold, layout beautiful and pool area was great. Overall fantastic hotel and great value for money. I would add that this is a large hotel and we travelled in June. I would be interested to read feedback from a trip in August
This is are 5th Stay at the hotel and once again it was amazing not one issue was had we booked the privilege package and had room 805 which the views was stunning I cant remember the lovely ladies name that checked us in and gave us the all the information regarding the privilege service we made full use of it was calm and peaceful we had the cooked breakfast in la carte restaurant and it was lovely. The food yet again varied everyday which we loved. The day activities where really good and the evening entertainment had a different variety each night we loved seeing Miss Music Band again and also Party Max who knows how to party and get Guests up dancing and singing. The animation team are good but two of them did not speak to us but we always made the effort to say hello and they where brilliant with the Kids. But we want to say a massive Thank You to Max Jarlan the head of the animation team this gentleman is a credit to the hotel and his team he brings such a smile to the guests face his aqua gyms are the best we have gotten to know him over are past stays and he makes us feel so welcome. Are room was clean spotless and all the staff in the hotel was always helpful and pleasant we cannot wait for September to come back for out 6th Stay. Lisa and Rob
Superb service, room was upgraded to junior Suite with seaview without request, it was a very nice surprise. This is our second time saying with H10 in Tenerife, comparing to H10 Palmeras it is way way better in terms of service and rooms, all staff are so friendly, service in pool bar was outstanding, compliments to all pool bar team, didn't catch the names but all fantastic. Keep it up!!!
Absolutely fantastic hotel. Staff are so friendly but also very professional at what they do, and I mean from cleaners right through to senior management, well done one and all. Try Menceys at lunch time for a lighter lunch and cracking atmosphere. Steak house, Italian and bars all were great.
From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. We've stayed at H10 Palmeras before, but Conquistador surpassed our expectations in every way. The level of service, attention to detail, and kindness from the team was simply exceptional. We were completely surprised and delighted to receive an upgrade to a Junior Suite with a sea view — such a wonderful gesture that made our stay even more special. Every single day has been a joy. Whether it was the incredible pool team, the restaurant staff, reception, housekeeping, or the entertainment team, everyone played a part in making our holiday unforgettable. Although we didn't manage to catch everyone's names, every member of staff deserves recognition and praise. What makes this hotel truly special isn't just the beautiful surroundings—it's the people. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine care shine through in everything they do. The General Manager should be immensely proud of such an extraordinary team. Thank you, Conquistador team, for creating memories we'll cherish for a long time. You've made this holiday truly magical, and we leave with grateful hearts. We are beyond impressed and cannot wait to return. ❤️
I rated this hotel 3 stars due to a horrible experience with one of their security guard. The said guard put his hand in front of my face and told me he's not interested whilst I was talking, when I was trying to explain that another couple who he was very rude to were only asking for help. The receptionist were like robots and not interested to support. The GRO gave us vouchers as an apology gesture to use the indoor pool which was useless as they gave them to us the night before our early flight departure. Apart from that, me and my husband found this hotel okish. All inclusive option is good but surprised that some other restaurants in the hotel are not included. The coffee shop downstairs is included from 17.00 onwards. The drinks bar on reception level is great. They serveds branded drinks which was appreciated. Dinner buffet is repetitive. Most of the cold dishes have been in and out of display for few days and some did not look fresh. Our room with balcony and partial seaview is good. the hotel's location is good, not in busy area but an easy walk to the strip and beach. The only friendly staff was the lady at the coffee shop. Ok hotel but will not use again in Tenerife
The rooms were a perfect size extremely clean, great size bathroom and shower, amazing view of the pool facilities and the beach from the balcony. The location was perfect no taxis needed and a handful of great restaurants just outside the hotel. Staff always smiling and helpful if you needed anything. We used the breakfast facilities on the last day and it was great!
Cant say there was anything we didnt like
Perfect location and pool, but small rooms and overpriced The location is amazing, right by the beach and only 18 minutes from the airport. The pool was great and well-heated, and the staff was very kind and helpful. However, the rest was disappointing. The rooms were very small and the air conditioning didn't work properly—it just circulated warm air like a fan. The food was weak with a very poor selection. We paid 1,680 EUR for a one-week stay for 2 people with half board, which is overpriced for the quality of services provided. We expected much more.
We went in February 2026. The staff was all rude. The food was poor cold and not warm not much choice and no fruit at all or much choice of food. I have stayed at a lot of hotels and got to say the communication here is shocking. You can’t have any inflatables or balls I’m the pool at all times there is a grumpy oldish life guard walking round the pool telling little baby’s about 2 off for holding a ball and told them to get it out the pool it was shocking I didn’t spend time at the pool hardly because of this and decided to go the beach instead as it was not a nice atmosphere . The entertainment was awful. Tenerife it self was good a d nice walk along the front.
Lovely hotel with great views looking out to sea. The junior suite was very nice and very clean, even the balcony. The sea view double room was also very clean and fresh. Can't fault the food and never a problem getting a sunbed. We are water drinkers and unfortunately the water machine is not available during lunch or dinner. We had to buy a lot of bottles! The reception staff are very efficient and helpful. The entertainment was very popular and well attended. We will definitely choose this Hotel in the near future.
Rooms are nice and clean food was nice entertainment was brilliant the staff were brilliant as well

Spent 10 days in the H10 Conquistador on a privilege all-inclusive basis, were allocated room 702 which was clean , spacious and had a wonderful view , with the privilege package we used the restaurants nearly every night , food quality was high standard and a great variety, service was amazing so many staff on hand to ensure guest's were looked after . The hotel is in a great location, just next to the Golden Mile . But the main factor to me booking this hotel again is the staff, they are pleasant, polite, hard working , and organised, they are a credit to the H10 group , well done all for giving us a remarkable experience

My wife and I travelled from London and stayed at H10 Conquistador from 5th to 10th May 2026 to celebrate our 45th wedding anniversary — and what a wonderful choice it was! We returned home with truly beautiful memories and honestly wished we had booked a longer stay. We are already certain that we will return again very soon. It is very easy for me to say that everything was absolutely excellent from beginning to end. We booked a Privilege Room, and it was one of the best decisions we made. The room was beautiful, spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with a perfect direct sea view exactly as we had hoped for. The bathroom was very new, elegant, and exceptionally clean. Housekeeping was excellent throughout our stay, with the room kept spotless and perfectly maintained every day. Every morning, waking up to the sound and view of the ocean felt incredibly special. The hotel itself is fantastic. The pools are large, beautiful, and very well maintained — especially the infinity pool overlooking the sea, which became one of our favorite places to relax. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was peaceful, elegant, and welcoming. We also loved the poolside area and snack bar, which were always clean, well organized, and very enjoyable. The Privilege Lounge was another lovely part of the experience, offering a relaxing atmosphere, drinks, snacks, and a peaceful space to unwind during the day. We also enjoyed the spa and wellness facilities, which were very relaxing, clean, and well maintained, adding even more comfort to our stay. The restaurants were another highlight of our stay. The breakfast was excellent with fresh bread, fresh omelettes prepared to guests’ preferences, high-quality ingredients, and a great variety of choices. The à la carte restaurants were absolutely wonderful, especially the Italian restaurant and the Steak House, where we enjoyed some truly memorable evenings. The evening entertainment was also fantastic and exceeded our expectations. Every night there was a different professional show or live entertainment in the hotel area, creating a wonderful atmosphere where guests could relax, enjoy themselves, and have a great time together. It added so much fun and energy to our evenings and made the overall experience even more special. The location of the hotel is excellent, with direct access to the beach, lovely walks along the seafront, and easy access to shops, restaurants, and everything nearby. What made this stay even more special was the kindness and hospitality of the staff. I would especially like to thank Ms. Rebecca Gordijn and Ms. Laura Ramirez, who kindly helped us before our arrival and made sure we received the exact Privilege Room we had hoped for. Their professionalism, care, and attention truly made our anniversary unforgettable. A very special thank you also goes to Rafael, who welcomed us warmly on arrival with genuine kindness and a wonderful smile. He explained all the Privilege facilities so professionally and made us feel comfortable and valued from the very first moment. Thank you once again to the entire H10 Conquistador team for making our 45th wedding anniversary such a memorable and joyful experience. We left with happy hearts, beautiful memories, and a strong desire to come back again very soon. This was truly one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had — highly recommended. Nejad

The location is very good, the staff is very nice and helpful. The food was okay a lot of choices .We upgraded our stay from half board to al inclusive and it was worth it
The hotel needs cosmetic upgrade because it looks clean but outdated, the pool is big but needs to be renovated because of the small tiles looks broken or outdated. Also the breakfast dishes , coffee cups and the juice/water glasses wasn't so clean it took us always check for a clean cups and glasses before getting any drinks. At lunch and dinner the glasses were clean. As a former travel agent unfortunately I would not rate it as 4 star hotel sorry

Buffet restaurant food was excellent.
A la carte options very limited during our stay.
We had the priority pass and room with sea view, everything was fantastic and the priority area really nice and peaceful.
The breakfast was not great.
