L'appartement est situé dans un quartier animé mais calme. L'accès est simple grâce à une boîte à clefs et les parties communes sécurisées. Il est entièrement équipé : machine à laver (avec lessive), lave-vaisselle (avec tablettes), vaisselle, salle de bains (avec shampoing, gel douche...). Un super rapport qualité-prix pour visiter Athènes !

Excelent location, excellent apartment

Perfect location (nearby bars, restaurants), very well-equipped accommodation (e.g. more bluetooth speakers and various types of coffee), friendly staff (plus welcome drink and gifts).

Street noise is heard, but it's not disturbing for a city person.

Egy igazi nagy kényelmes otthon. Egy családnak, vagy 5-6 tagú baráti társaságnak tökéletes. Jól felszerelt konyha hosszabb távra is tökéletes otthonszerű szállás, egy park mellett a művész negyedben. A parkban chill élet van esténként.

Kissé áporodott szag van a lakásban, ami a bútorokból is árad. Jól ki kell szellőztetni alvás előtt.

Totul a fost ok,aproape de mijloacele de transport,de obiectivele turistice.

The location was perfect. The apartment was large and had 2 balconies! - it had everything we needed and the owner was very helpful- replying quickly when we had any queries and left us coffee, biscuits and even a bottle of wine to welcome us!

I can't think of anything that we didn't like about tge apartment at all.

Todo está muy bien, lo único es que la cocina es pequeña. Lo demás está muy bien, sobre todo el balcón. Muchísimas gracias.

Εξαιρετικό σπίτι σε πολυ καλη τοποθεσία. Ευγενικός πολυ ο κύριος που συνομιλούσαμε. Το σπίτι πραγματικα άνετο και οι παροχές ειναι πολυ περισσότερες απο αυτές που αναφέρει. Ευχαριστώ πολύ για όλα!

The best environment with the best conditions

Συνόδευα τον παραπληγικό πατέρα μου και η πρόσβαση στο διαμέρισμα ήταν πολύ βολική. Καφετέριες και ταβέρνες στα 50 με 100 μέτρα, φουρνος σούπερ και φαρμακεία, όλα τριγύρω. Τελειο Το μεγάλο μπαλκόνι και ο εξοπλισμός από όλες τις ηλεκτρικές συσκευές που μπορεί να χρειαστεί κανείς. Τσάι, κάθε είδους καφές, γκοφρετακια και κεκακια μας περίμεναν στην κουζίνα.

Η αισθητική ήταν παλιομοδιτικη ...βεβαια ένιωθες ότι φιλοξενείσαι στο σπίτι της γιαγιάς. Αρκετό θόρυβο στο ένα δωμάτιο!

La amabilidad del anfitrión y la ubicación. No está cerca del centro, pero cerca puedes conseguir lo que necesites. El alojamiento está dotado de todo lo que se necesita en casa

Las camas extremadamente incómodas. Con renovar los colchones sería suficiente para que el alojamiento obrenga un 10 de 10

Roussos è stato molto gentile, preciso e puntuale nel rispondere. La casa offre tutte le comodità per un soggiorno anche lungo. Molto attrezzata e accogliente. Impeccabilmente pulita e organizzata. Terrazzo molto grande e godibile. Certamente torneremo ancora!

الشقة متوفر فيها كل شي فيها ومريحة

Πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο (15 λεπτά με τα πόδια μέχρι το Σύνταγμα). Η στάση του λεωφορείου ήταν στα 30 μέτρα. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικός. Υπερπλήρες σε παροχές, παραπάνω από αυτά που γράφει στο Booking. Αξίζει τα λεφτά του και με το παραπάνω!

Το μόνο ίσως αρνητικό είναι ότι επειδή είναι κοντά στην πλατεία Βαρνάβα την πρώτη μέρα είχε λίγο παραπάνω θόρυβο.

Il n est pas proche du métro mais les bus fonctionnent bien Appartement « vieillot » Le quartier est sympa mais bruyant surtout en we (pas de double vitrage)

L'appartement est très spacieux, bien équipé et surtout bien situé pour visiter athènes. Notre hôtel était très disponible, nous a bien guidé pour trouver les transports de l'aéroport jusqu'à l'appartement. Merci pour tous, on a passé un super séjour

The location, the fact that the apartment had everything we might need, and the effortless communication with the host. Excellent property and I really liked Square Varnava area.

The property was well located and homely, with everything you could need to get started. The owner was very kind and helpful. The metro was a distance, but there were multiple buses that got you into the city very quickly.

The couch was a bit uncomfortable for sitting in, but that’s a minor thing.

Spacious apartment located at Varnava square. It has a nice homely atmosphere, with the furniture of the previous owner left in the apartment. Despite being next to the lively square, the bedrooms were quiet at night. And although there is no direct metro access to the neighborhood, it is a very nice one, with several great options for bars and restaurants/taverns nearby.

I like everything it is a fully equiped appartment clean comfortable very good location kitchen fully equiped .different views with terrace and balconie mr roussos is generous and online whenever we need him I will come back for sure

Everything was perfect: communication, location, flat and equipment. We could do everything by walk and we enjoyed a lot spending time in the neigbourhood or just on the balcony!

The apartment is perfectly located and comfortable, with a huge balcony. The furniture and design are authentic Greek. The host is attentive to the needs of guests and very generous: for example, there were several types of coffee and all kinds of equipment for preparing it.

This accomodation was in a great location with easy access to public transport. It was staying in your own home, fully self contained, great for a family. The restaurants in the square are great.

Someone should redesign the key lock. It was difficult to read the numbers at night.

It felt very safe and the neighborhood was great!

Fully stocked apartment, walking distance away from Plaka district. Next to apartment there are several cafes with variety of foods.

At the night nearby street is quite loud, you can hear motocycles going up the hill.

Good locarion, you can reach everything by walking ~20 mins to Akroplis. Quite safe neibourhood. Apartment had everything we needed. It is spacious and has nice big terrace. Russosas a host is supper attentive. The noise is present as it is on the edge of the square Varnava. But i think thats the problem of all centric locatiions in big cities.

Owner was great. Central location, clean, even left us wine, icecream and chocolate. All stores and restaurants close, and bus to city center located 20 meter.

Fantastic location. Walking distance to everything.very clean and owner exceptionally helpful. Very quick to answer questions and provided some food and wine on arrival.

A little noisy at night due to location but nothing earplugs couldn't fix. Could also hear neighbours above but most noise stopped around midnight except for a few motorbikes.

The apartment was well suited for our family of 5. The location was great for walking distance to Acropolis. There are many restaurants in close proximity, as well as a simple grocery store. The terrace is huge and a great place to enjoy the breeze.

The apartment seemed a bit stuffy when we arrived, but the large windows and AC helped to air it out. On Friday and Saturday nights the locals all gather in the square and party until way past midnight. Fun for night life, but a little loud if you keep the windows open. But not a problem if you close the windows and use the AC.

The apartment was really clean with all the facilities in.it. it has one big terrace outside with chairs and table to chillout and have food. The small balcony outside the kitchen is very cosy and arty. The owner of the apartment, Rossou kept in.touch over the messaging through booking.com and was extremely friendly and supportive. Our flight to Santorini was in tje evening on the day of checkout and he was so kind and allowed us a late checkout. The place is in a very nice neighbourhood with nice greek food restaurants and a nice bakery a few meters away.

Its was Christmas and the host had various related food, wine and even gifts for our kids! The house was clean and had everything we needed and more!

Apartment was great located just 10 mins from the marathon finish line. Very comfortable and well equipped. Had a wonderful wrap around balcony in the front and another in the back great to have breakfast! Kitchen had everything we needed and the host kindly left us coffee pods and brioche which was great for the morning as we arrived late. The close by restaurant on the little plaza of the corner made it super convenient! Host was responsive and flexible and gave us great access instructions. Easy check in process. Street Market couple blocks away (on Friday I believe) was fantastic filled with fresh delicious products. Everything about our stay was wonderful! Thank you 😊

The apartment had everything we needed and more. It was very clean and spatious. The kitchen was well equipped and the balcony was huge. It's a good location as it's not very far from the central Syntagma station(about 20 minutes on foot and less than 15 using a bus)

It was a bit noisy and the shower head was too low so it made for a kinda annoying shower

Location is amazing. Steps away from restaurants, cafes, supermarket and a bus stop. Roussos is wonderful! He responds immediately. Even left us a bottle of wine and little snacks. He also provides supplies the room with more things than you can think of which is such a huge help when on your vacation/holiday. My family had such a wonderful stay. We will definitely be back :)

No issues at all - but I’m sure if you aren’t used the showers in Greece and the water pressure you may find that a little different.

Our stay was wonderful! The apartment was clean, spacious, equipped to the smallest detail, and the location is great. There are many shops and restaurants in the area. The hosts were very warmhearted and neither welcomed us as part of their family. I definitely recommend and would choose again in my next visit to Athens!
