Charming Apartment in Zurich

Nothing

Worst experience! They dont follow the law, only when you threaten with a lawyer you get a response at all. I arrived late at night, after finding the key box (which was quite a hassle as it wasnt where it should be) it turned out it was empty. The key was in another mail box, which was open and accessible for everyone! When I entered the appartment it was already used! The bed not made, towels on the flloor, trash on the table. The team only responded slowly, no telephone number, only by threatening with a lawyer I got my money back!

Easy to reach from Zurich city center by tram (approx 20 minutes). Had everything we needed as a group of 3. Including a kitchen with all equipment. Nice calm neighborhood.

We didn’t have a hairdryer. The pillows were too flat for my liking. During the day there were some low flying airplanes landing at Zurich airport. Starting from 9 am we were able to hear these pretty well.

nothing is good

Very Clean Apartment. Well equipped Kitchen with microwave, coffee machine, water kettle and oven. Location was great near a tram that takes you straight to the city and a local park with beautiful wisterias. Location was not noisy at all, so great for quiet family. We were a family of three. The apartment was thoughtfully furnished and looks like the pictures.

During my stay of 3 nights, For two nights after 11pm / 12am, the whole house had no hot water, including the shower. So to my surprise after a busy day I wanted to go to bed after a hot shower but I was met with very cold water. The sinks also only had cold water. The first time this happened at 12am I thought it was just a one-off thing since there is hot water during the day. Then it happened again the next day at 11pm. This made the trip not as enjoyable. I mentioned this to the host and they said ", the hot water supply is affected by the water boiler system, which stops during the night to recharge/maintain its efficiency.". If I was told about this earlier I would have taken my shower earlier during the day instead of it being a cold surprise. Since the first night I showered at 12am and there was hot water I did not know about this water boiler system. So to future guest, be aware of this and take your shower earlier. Other than the hot water issue, my experience was great and I would stay here again.

The Check in was smooth, Apartment super clean, Kitchen fully equipped, location awesome, 1 min walk to Tram station and 5 min to Coop Supermarket, Neighborhood quiet and host team super responsive.

Everything was good.

Nice

The apartment was very spacious and beautiful with excellent location. It had all the facilities and our stay was very comfortable.

Very clean and beautiful apartment, very close to the tram so easy access to pretty much everywhere! Instructions were very clear and communication with the host was fast and very friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything was great but the pillows were a little bit on the thin side, would recommend to bring your own or something to stuff underneath for the sake of your neck :)

The cleanness, the size of apartment,

very thin pillows and no extra pillow, no TV in the apartment, no freezer in the Kitchen (we had some medicine that should be kept in the freezer and due to the cold weather we put outside but consider in the summer what could we do). the parking area around the house was quit difficult to find.

Its a good space for a family of four. Quiet neighbourhood.

No elevator. Its a struggle climbing to the top floor with 4 luggages. Only 1 toilet. On going construction. No proper pillow provided. Given square pillow which is super thin which becomes uncomfortable when sleepproviwas only provided with 1 garbage bag through out or 4 nights stay.

First day the flat was freezing due to heating problem. We slept in cold room. Seconda day they changed the house. It was disaster.

Thank you for a wonderful stay in your apartment. It is really charming :) Everything is very clean, cozy. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We will be glad to come back to you again!

Really easy to find and access, apartment was lovely and clean with everything we needed. Apartment was nice and quiet and in a good location with shops and a tram stop close by. Fathy was really helpful and responsive, felt like they would be there to help if anything went wrong but luckily nothing did! A really lovely place to base yourself whilst exploring Zurich - thank you so much

The pillows were very flat and gave me a neck ache - it would have been nice to have more supportive pillows but it wasn’t a deal breaker!

Place was very cozy, plenty of space for a solo traveler like me. The facilities were great, place is situated in a very nice and quiet neighbourhood, only a 2 minute walk away from the Tram station. Things like the coffee machine, oven, microwave etc were very convenient if you want to buy some stuff from the grocery store and make a meal back at the stay.

Nothing

Big apartment, enough space for 3 people.

The property was very clean and had all the things we need. The customer service was really excellent. Maryem was really quick to help us get the directions to the apartment. She was really helpful!

There is no elevator

Spacious with 3 rooms, 2 rooms with beds and the 3rd had a small table. Hosts were very responsive. Tram lines are nearby which was a nice plus. In a very quiet neighborhood.

It's only September and it was already cold. No heat whatsoever so you have to bring warm clothes. Also we booked for 5 people and only had 4 pillows and 4 blankets, hosts then said they were going to bring the pillow and blanket for the 'extra guest.' The 5th person wasn't an extra guest, they were already part of the original booking of 5 people. Also we arrived and there were only 2 forks, even though the booking stated 5 people were going to stay there. There are also no TVs. There is construction right outside of the place.

I liked the location (a 2-minute walk from the nearest tram station) in a quiet neighbourhood. The unit was exactly as in the pictures which was very much appreciated. The bed was quite comfortable and loved that I had a bathtub to soak in after a stressful day. The kitchen was mostly stocked, and could make my food with ease. I loved the decor in the main room as well.

Nothing, everything was quite good.

The locatiineas excellent

We were 5 adults but the toiletries and bedding was provided for only 4. One single bathroom was found insufficient for 5adults.

It was very specious for four of us , It was in center , very comfortable to travel here and there .

There was no Muff to clean the kitchen but then too upon the request we were told to purchase from market and the bill will be reimbursed.

Everything was clean and the apartment is big.

There were no 3d pillow, as i have booked the apartment for 3 people i would expect it to have the pillow. When i wrote to the host, he said that they will add it in the future. Also the location is close to the airport so it was a bit noisy when the windows were opened.

check in went smooth. keys I took from lock box and super easy.

all good

It was super clean and spacious enough for 3 people.

Wifi speed was not that good

Though apartment was good and clean with all the facilities except fan but finding apartment and keys were really a task Since name charming apartament was not mentioned anywhere . I would strongly suggest to keep a fan in summer time.

We enjoyed the attentivity and care of our hosts for the confort of their guest. The apartment is located 2 minutes away by foot from the train which makes it really accessible. The overall location is very calm and with little shops nearby to buy any necessities or food.

Property was very clean and near to public transport. 9 number tram was 3 minutes walk away which is useful to travel to Zurich airport and 7 number tram 6 minutes walk away which is useful to get to central and Zurich SBB railway station.

We liked the spatious and full of daylight rooms of the apartment, the green and silent area around the building, the tram station being so close. The price was affordable.

We moved one of the dining tables that were in the living room in in the kitchen. It fits there.

Nice

Spacious, clean, like the photos! Check in process was so easy and it was comfortable.

I wish there were extra pillows or blankets!!!!

Very clean, easy to access.

Bathroom lock was broken

spacious, easy to get to centre by tram

I like the rooms, and the kitchen

There is no elevator in the apartment, out room was in the last floor, it was hard for us to carry all the bags there. There is no parks:)

Kitchen was great. Beds were nice. Good shower and bathroom.

There was construction going on in the morning

Very charming apartment. Loved the little garden leading from the living room. Rooms are big and bright. Communication in access etc. excellent.

They should have been an iron

All good

Take into consideration that there is no parking available. Nearest slots were unavailable due construction work at the road.

Nea and Tidy

Wifi

The location was nice.

This would have been okay for a day or two. However, it was completely inadequate for a long stay! My family stayed for 14 days. The apartment was not very clean, so we had to deep clean upon arrival. There was only half a role of toilet paper, and they told us to just buy more. They only provided 2 trash bags and carried on how expensive trash bags were, so we had to buy our own. There were no fans and no air movement. No air conditioning. I was told I had to just open the windows. It was raining most of the time, so we sweltered. When we did open the windows, the mosquitos were out of control.i finally went out and bought fans. Everything in the apartment was old and in disrepair. Many things were broken and simply didn't work. There was no tv. The internet was very sporadic and rarely worked. The hot water was based on the whole buildings usage. Therefore, there was often no hot water. The beds were very hard! What they called pillows were not pillows. What furniture they did have was very sparse. One of the worst offenses was that they only provided one set of sheet for fourteen days. I had to find a laundry mat on my vacation and spend 30 chf washing their sheets.

The apartment was neat and clean. It had all necessary amenities. Close to the tram station.

The apartment smelled like cigarettes although we asked for non-smoking apartment. Moreover, there was construction going on in the streets. It was very loud since early morning till evening.

there is a keybox in the mailbox so it was easy to pickup the keys. the water hose in bathroom was broken but the brought us a new one next day. The apartment was clean and on a close-to-center location.

The wifi reception in the apartment is really poor. The apartment has only the basic and nothing more. We were five but there was only four sets of towels. There was no parking because there is construction works in front of the building. We asked for late checkout but they refused.
