Good location, 5 minute walk from the train station

Oir "lixury apartmrnt" was anything but, it was unsafe and a disappointment. Completely unsuitable accomodation for our toddler (12th floor with no working lift which we were not informed about prior to arrived!), and despite asking to move to a lower floor this was declined. There were exposed electrical wires due to uncovered sockets and the flooring was uneven. The room is not a reflection of the photographs on Booking.com. The whole building was literally a building site

Unfortunately, my experience was very negative, and I do not consider this property to be worth around CHF 90 per night. The room is on the 8th floor and, during my stay, the elevator was broken. The entrance door to the building was also left open 24/7, allowing practically anyone to enter. As a result, several drug addicts from the neighborhood would gather on the stairs at the entrance, inside the building, smoking crack and harassing residents and tourists. On one occasion, they even tried to open the door to my room, which I found particularly concerning. The cleanliness and maintenance of the room were also very disappointing: I found hair in the bed, the microwave was dirty with food residue, and the cutlery drawer was dirty as well. The shower was also completely missing a curtain. There were also some issues that I consider particularly serious from a safety perspective. The electrical outlet next to the bedside table was missing its protective cover, leaving the internal parts exposed and creating a potential electrocution hazard. The handle on the chest of drawers underneath the TV was missing, and there was an opening above the refrigerator that allowed liquids to potentially enter the appliance, creating a possible risk of a short circuit. The situation with the bedsheets was also quite bizarre. From the balcony, I could see the cleaning staff throwing bedsheets from the windows of the rooms on the upper floors, all the way from the 12th floor. The first time I saw a sheet falling, I genuinely thought someone had committed suicide by jumping out of the window. The only positive aspect was the view from the balcony, which was quite nice overall. For around CHF 90 per night, I expected considerably more, especially in terms of cleanliness, maintenance, and safety. I would not recommend this room to anyone expecting a decent, peaceful, and safe stay in Zurich.

Lokasjonen var bra, nært til togstasjonen.

Vi hadde rom i 10 etasje og heisen fungerte ikke dag 1 og 2, den var reparert til dag 3. Med 2 kofferter og håndbagasje var dette veldig ubehagelig. Jeg er plaget med smerter i rygg og ledd, så dette var smertefullt. Verten beklaget, og skulle melde videre til vedlikehold, men fremdeles 1,5 dag før den var fikset. Trappeoppgangen var veldig skitten og med søppel liggende. Rommet var ikke helt rent, med skitne kanter og ikke rent gulv. Manglet strømkontakt til vannkoker. Strømkontakt og lysbrytere ikke sikret, knust kontakt flere steder. Kokeplater feilkoblet. Veldig lite bestikk og glass/kopper, manglet blant annet teskjeer. Nesten tomt for dopapir da vi kom. Veldig mye støy fra bygging både inne i bygget og på utsiden.

Lage nahe beim Bahnhof. Schöne Aussicht aus der 9. Etage. Gute Matratze.

Kein funktionierender Aufzug über 3 Tage. Nur 1 Bettdecke für 2 Personen ( und nein, es war keine doppelte.) Keine Bügel, defekter Kühlschrank, sehr schmutzige Türrahmen, kein Licht am Bett, zu kurzer Duschvorhang, ungepflegtes Treppenhaus. Insgesamt äußerst ungepflegt.

Veel, geen parkeerplekken is lastig te vinden. Waren mensen een lift aan het bouwen. Konden niet slapen daardoor. Ook kon de luxeflex niet naar beneden dus werden wakker door het licht van buiten. Er word nadat we hier wat van zeggen niks aan gedaan of geholpen. We worden gewoon genegeerd!

Die Rezensionen auf Google sprechen für sich. Seit mehreren Monaten funktioniert der Lift nicht (war am 14.09.26) weiterhin der Fall! Küchenutensilien muss man zuerst selber mehrmals gründlich reinigen. Nachttischlampe konnte man nicht benutzen, weil der grosse Kleiderschrank die Steckdose behindert, verschieben des Schrankes unmöglich. Kopfkissen war auf einer Seite schmutzig. Nach benutzung Badezimmer roch es aus den Abfluss nach Kanalisation. Man hörte alles und jeden in den Zimmern. Teils Gegenstände waren stark abgenutzt oder defekt.

Es war fußläufig von der Messe entfernt.

Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und war z.Zt. eine Baustelle. Es gibt keine Parkplätze am/im Hotel.

Ein kabel für den fernseh aber der stecker konnte man nicht mal ein stecken. Bett war sehr unbequem und der lift ging nicht mussten bis 7ten stock laufen. Und ich habe es gemeldet wegen den fernseh aber nie eine antwort mehr bekommen wann er kommt

Das ganze Haus ist eine halbe Baustelle. Der Lift funktionierte nicht. Ich musste über die Treppe ins 7. OG. Für mich wars ja noch machbar, aber für die zwei Touristinnen mit ihren riesigen Koffern unmöglich. Das Fenster im Zimmer schloss nicht richtig. Das Stromkabel des Fernsehers, der fix an der Wand hängt, ist 10cm zu kurz und so kann der Fernseher gar nicht verwendet werden. Es wirkte unsauber. Der Tisch war sogar richtig klebrig und ich hatte ein Frottee Tuch als Tischdecke verwendet. Immerhin waren die Tücher und das Bettzeug sauber.

Ich hatte noch nie eine so schäbige Unterkunft, abgewohnte Möbel, der Lift war kaputt, die Gänge schmutzig und vermüllt. Das Zimmer im 12. Stock. Der Boden komplett beschädigt. der Balkon voller Müll, die Fenster komplett verschmutzt, die Jalousien mit Paketkleber geklebt, die Couch war kaputt, das Bett war kaputt, der Spiegelrahmen war kaputt. Ich war echt entsetzt.

Everything other than distance from station My room was in 8th floor and elevator wasnt working. Had to carry luggage to 8th floor and back. Host acted as if they dont know about lifts. There was renovation going on , so everyone who is booking around this time , check first. That renovation is clearly going to continue for months. I would have given zero if possible

Zimmer war nicht geputzt. Schmutzige Handtücher auf dem Boden. Haare im Bett und verschimmelte Kopfkissen.

The room was very clean and equipped with everything I needed for an overnight stay.

The lift did not work the entire time that I was there. I was given a room on the 11th floor which isn’t great for someone with knee and hip issues. I know I could have asked to get a lower down apartment but as there are no staff on site, I knew this would take time and when I had arrived, I had already been travelling for 14 hours with barely any sleep. Also when I was getting ready to check out, the housemaid came to the room at 10:45 (15 mins before checkout). She only spoke Spanish but I figured that she wanted the key so that she wouldn’t have to walk down to the bottom to get it when the lift wasn’t working. I refused to give the key as I was still getting ready after a shower and did not feel comfortable leaving the door unlocked when I was still getting ready.

Extrem schmuddelig, abgewirtschaftet, Lift defekt (1 scheint seit längerem nicht zu gehen, anderer ebenfalls ausser Betrieb), defekte Strominstallationen, Bett defekt, Eingangsbereich überstellt und sehr dreckig, beide Zimmer rochen sehr speziell, Storen defekt - kein Vergleich zu Bildern auf Booking… das war enttäuschen, zum Glück nur 1 Nacht gebucht…

J'étais au 8ème étage et l'ascenseur était en panne. Pas de lumière dans la salle de bain. La télé ne fonctionnait pas. Les escaliers étaient très sale (bout de verre, papiers...). Un petit gel douche de 2cl pour les 2 jours. Bref, je n'ai jamais vu un tel établissement en Suisse

Facile da raggiungere e ben servita dai mezzi pubblici e parcheggi

L’ingresso principale era quasi inaccessibile per i carrelli e deposito di materiale di cantiere all’esterno. Il precedente inquilino ha fumato in camera nonostante il divieto e l’aria era viziatissima anche dopo ore di ventilazione. La tapparella era rotta compresa l’asta di apertura/chiusura e bloccata a metà. La finestra era priva di tende e non è stato possibile oscurare la camera di notte dalle luci della città. Il letto matrimoniale era dotato di un solo piumino e in due la condivisione è stata impossibile per le ridotte dimensioni. L’ascensore si è bloccato alle 19 di sera e il mattino dopo alle 8 non era ancora in funzione. La nostra camera si trovava al nono piano

Der Fahrstuhl war außer Betrieb, wir mussten in den 6. Stock Sauberkeit war schrecklich, Insekten krabbelten herum. Fernseher funktioniert nicht und Steckdose in erreichbarer Nähe war nicht gegeben. Jalousien waren abgerissen, der Nachbar kann auf unseren Balkon rüber. Der Zug hat uns nicht schlafen lassen da der wortwörtlich vor der Tür fuhr

Ich kann dieses Hotel leider nicht empfehlen. Unser Aufenthalt war sehr enttäuschend. Das Zimmer war nicht sauber genug und die allgemeine Sauberkeit war schlecht. Der Lift hatte Probleme und funktionierte nicht richtig. Die Zimmertür fühlte sich nicht sicher an, und auch der Balkon war sehr unsicher, da es kaum Sicherheitsvorkehrungen gab. Ein großes Problem war ein lautes Gerät im Zimmer (ähnlich wie ein Instant-Kocher oder eine Maschine), das die ganze Nacht störende Geräusche machte. Wir konnten kaum schlafen. Wir haben das Personal informiert und um Hilfe gebeten, aber es gab keine schnelle oder hilfreiche Reaktion. Für den Preis haben wir deutlich mehr erwartet. Aufgrund von Sauberkeit, Sicherheit und Lärm würde ich dieses Hotel niemandem empfehlen.

La struttura è in ristrutturazione e quindi è un cantiere. L'ascensore fuori servizio ed io per fortuna ero solo al quinto piano...

Es que no era el alojamiento que salía en el anuncio, por lo que no puedo valorarlo positivamente.

No había casi ni un mínimo de menaje de cocina para dos personas (ni tenedores ni cuchillos, solo dos cucharas de distintos tamaños, y una pequeña olla, cucharón y paleta). Había muchas cosas rotas o desgastadas (tirador de cajón mordido, una tabla del somier salida, la tapicería de las sillas abierta por los lados, el mecanismo para bajar la persiana estaba doblado lo que lo hacía difícil de usar). No podíamos ver la TV, porque no llegaba el cable a ninguna toma de luz. Si estaba la nevera enchufada, el microondas no se podía usar, porque compartían toma de luz. Se prometía un pequeño piso de unos 25m2 y era muchísimo más pequeño sin la mitad de cosas (sofá, etc) que se anuncian. El ascensor no funcionaba, y aunque entendemos que sea algo que el anunciante no pueda controlar, no hubo comunicación al respecto.

Stan budynku jak i wejście do niego są w kiepskim stanie, co pozostawia wątpliwości w kwestii bezpieczeństwa. Budynek jest w trakcje remontu. Balkony nie posiadają podziałów do pokoi a zasłony są wygięte, co wpływa na poczucie bezpieczeństwa.

Yo hecho una reserva del 27al 28 de agosto ,luego cuando yo he llegado en las instalaciones he hecho otra reserva del 28 al 29 de agosto igual mismo apartamento de 25 metros por la mañana del 28 la chica de la limpieza muy mal educada empezó a tocarme en la puerta hablando que teníamos que salir de la habitación o cambia de apartamento por un menos 17metro o que teníamos que pagar 20€ más porque tenía dado un error en sistema de booking y que tenía cobrado menos pero era mentira yo tenía pagado lo mismo valor de la primera reserva y quedaron mi molestando por cuasi una hora ,lo he llamado ha booking y mi hablaron que el hotel no podría ter hecho isto que cualquier cobro tenía que ser hecho ataraces de booking y que reserva estaba correcto y ahora estoy esperando que mi reembolso

Hoteleingang war eine Baustelle, Lärm durch Mitbewohner bis kurz vor Mitternacht - da keine Klimaanlage vorhanden - Balkontür geöffnet und Rauchgestank vom Nachbarbalkon kam ins Zimmer - für Nichtraucher eklig. kein Haartrockner vorhanden und die Dame, welche ich mit den Zimmern-Schlüsseln im Aufzug getroffen hatte, war unfreundlich.

Wenn man sich die Fotos auf Booking.com anschaut, könnte man tatsächlich glauben, man bucht ein ordentliches, modernes Zimmer. Vor Ort kam dann leider die Realität. Das Zimmer entsprach überhaupt nicht den Fotos auf Booking.com. Man fragt sich wirklich, ob dort das tatsächliche Zimmer fotografiert wurde oder ob die Fotos aus einem anderen Hotel stammen Die Wände waren dreckig, die Möbel uralt und das gesamte Zimmer machte einen ungepflegten und heruntergekommenen Eindruck. Der Fernseher funktionierte natürlich auch nicht. Die „Küche“ war ebenfalls ein Highlight: Für zwei Personen gab es genau eine Tasse, kein Wasserkocher oder Pfannen. Der Fensterrollladen liess sich auch nicht schliessen. Fazit: Ein Aufenthalt, den wir so schnell nicht vergessen werden – leider nicht aus positiven Gründen. Wer gerne Überraschungen erlebt, kann hier bedenkenlos buchen. Alle anderen sollten sich das Geld und die Nerven sparen.

Surkea majoitus. Lattia likaisen tahmeat kuten myös muut pinnat. Pöydät kuluneet ja reikäiset. Kylpyhuoneen käsienpesuallas ei vetänyt. Ilmanvaihtokanava täynnä pölyä. Kaapin ekstrapeitto oli pussilakanan sisältä ruskean lian peitossa. Yhden yön jälkeen jouduimme vaihtamaan majoitusta. Henkilökunta myöhästyi Sisäänkirjautumis ajasta ja selitti sitä jollain remontilla. En luota tähän paikkaan. Hotelli itse kiistää kaikki epäkohdat reklamaatiosta huolimatta. Älä mene tänne!!! Tämä "hotelli" ei ole edes 1 tähden arvoinen.

L’immeuble est glauque et en travaux. La chambre n’est pas propre il y avait des cheveux. Le lit n’est absolument pas confortable. Le balcon est sale est difficile d’accès vu que visiblement réparer un store c’est trop demander. Impossible de l’ouvrir ou de le fermer. 1 seule prise électrique pour le frigo ou le micro onde à vous de choisir ! Même la porte de salle de bain ne peut se fermer correctement. Réveil à 8h30 par des perceuses vu qu’il y a des travaux dans l’immeuble.
