床有跳蚤， 腳都被咬。晚上很吵還有房間隔音超級無敵差， 隔壁講話聽的一清二楚， 樓下夜市唱歌很吵， 電視上面的燈是壞掉的， 櫃檯說所有的房間都這樣

Reviewed Jun 25, 2026Near to my event space at Horizon Hotel, the staff is really nice and kind.
The sink broke so we have to rush to change to another room. I acidentally left my favourite shirt there and the hotel staff threw it away. they did not contact the owner of the room or check if the person staying there is still around. They took my shirt and they threw it way. They threw it away because it was slightly damp. I love that shirt and have been cherishing it for half a decade. It was my favourite shirt and i cannot get it anywhere anymore now that I have looked it up. I hope that the hotel checks if the person staying in the room is still at the location before disposing any belonging

Lighting - quite dim, need to used own mirror near window.

我们从入住到离开就没有开出热水，但我们朋友他们请酒店人员来维护后有开出热水。还有就是房间有点点小。

Security deposit had to be paid in cash even though I could pay for the room with card. This was a bit inconvenient as a tourist as I was given it back just as I was about to leave the country (with no time to spend it).

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026The location is the main consideration if you want to have a walking distant to Gaya street. The hotel is located in front of the Gaya street. However, if you are staying during weekends and room is at level 1 and 2, then you will hear some noise in the early morning (Saturday and Sunday only) when the vendors are setting up their tents and products. Room is clean as I learn it just renovated as this hotel is in operation since 1997.
If you are self-drive then you may have to look for street parking or public parking just opposite and behind the hotel. Remember to pay parking as the enforcement is doing their job very well. Payment is done using parking app (no cash). Hotel staff should make it a SOP to warn hotel guest about parking when check-in guests are self drive. Especailly the public space behind the hotel during saturday and sunday as this parking space is used solely for morning market. It will be very sorry if you park your car during Friday night and you need to move your car the next morning as by then your car will be surrounded by tents and products, not to mention the parking ticket.

Reviewed Jan 15, 20261993年开业的老酒店了，电梯和走廊都比较狭窄但是房间内很干净，比实际房龄要好得多。我妈有洁癖，住什么酒店都要擦拭一切，但这家就连床架上方都没有一丝灰尘，令我妈折服。 Staff都特别友好会说普通话。有一天出门有一位爷爷还追出来要给我们塞水，即便每晚都附赠2瓶。 位置没得说，直通哥打京那巴鲁咖啡店厨房后门，怡丰叻沙也就在马路对面。
灯光稍微不足，有点昏暗。

The room door is in bad condition, it takes a bull strength to open and sometimes cannot close. The handle push down to open from inside can't retrieve back. The room is dark after all the lights are on. The ironing board is broken and still put in service. My room is 603

ホテルの斜め向かいの広場でイベントをしており、10時過ぎまでものすごく大きな音で眠りにくかった。 年末の週末だったせいかもしれないけれど、翌日の予定などで早く寝る必要がある場合は注意が必要です。

We stay at the superior king with no window but unfortunately there's no mirror at the makeup table. Only got mirror at the toilet and it's quite high for me 🥲 even at super cheap places got mirror at the makeup table.

May be considered to put up a self-service soft drinks machine at the corner of the lobby and also generates additional revenue for the hotel. Amenities such as shampoo, bath liquid bottles, and wordings are too small. Hardly read the difference. The hotel needs to install one safety bar in the bath room wall to hold..will come back to stay.. Thank you
