Reviewed May 9, 2026Красиво, просторно, спокойное проживание вдалеке от суеты, за свои деньги хороший вариант. Приятный хозяин и обслуживание. Взяли в аренду байк. Платить можно было долларами. Все для удобства клиента. Есть кухня, все для приготовления пищи, много посуды, стиральная машина, холодильник.
В холле и кухне были только вентиляторы без кондиционера. Не хватало мини бассейна

Reviewed Mar 27, 2026Очень уютная вилла ,все есть ,все продумано до мелочей,отличный номер,природа ,на террасе по деревьям бегают бурундуки😘,прилетал павлин,еще по дороге к вилле по тихой улочке много раз видели варана😍,хороший хозяин и вежливый персонал.Рядом хороший пляж с черепахами

Reviewed Apr 8, 2025We had a very pleasant stay at Avera Hills. The place was clean, comfortable and looked exactly as the pictures. It was not too far from the shops and beaches, but far enough to have a bit of quiet time from the noise. Asela was very helpful and made sure we had a good stay. I definitely recommend staying at Avera Hills.

Most importantly, the owner is the one who makes the difference, he was able to get us ANYTHING we asked for!!! Best stay in Sri Lanka!
