Clean and functional, the apartment had everything we needed

The noise from the construction site(but this won't last forever). Since the apartment is on the ground floor, the roller shutters would be great. Some kind of a cooling fan would be great addition in the summer days (since air conditioning is not an option).

Ich war mit meinem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Zimmer modern und angenehm eingerichtet. Besonders gefallen hat mir der schöne Balkon, auf dem man gut entspannen konnte. Insgesamt war alles sauber, unkompliziert und stimmig. Ich würde die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen.

Nichts, hat echt alles sehr gut gepasst.

Zentral gelegenes Apartment mit gutem Verkehrsanschluss. Sehr gute Ausstattung mit Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine.

Sauberkeit der Textilmöbel (Sofa, Bett) unzureichend für Allergiker. Der Staubsauger saugte schlecht, ein eigenständiges Reinigen der Möbel war deshalb nicht möglich. Wohnzimmermöbel aus Verschraubung gebrochen, Lehne lediglich lediglich an das Sofa gestellt.

Clean and comfortable apartment. Good location with easy access to public transport. The convenient underground parking is also a big plus. A very good place to stay in Vienna.

Die Wohnung an sich war zweckdienlich eingerichtet.

Leider gab es im Wohnkomplex 2 Baustellen. Ab morgens um 6:30 Uhr wurde Beton mit einem Presslufthammer zerkleinert! An Schlafen war nicht zu denken. Außerdem gab es ein Licht mit Bewegungsmelder im Innenhof, das von anderen Bewohnern auf dem Balkon regelmäßig nachts aktiviert wurde. Ohne Jalousien-hallo wach! Dreckiger Boden, vorallem unter der Toilette, ausgelaufenes Bügeleisen im Kleiderschrank… Der Vermieter zeigte sich in keinster Weise erkenntlich, obwohl er schon im Vorfeld von der Baustelle Kenntnis gehabt haben musste. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert!!! Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht gerechtfertigt.

Parkplatz. Aber der ist es nicht wert, die ganzen anderen Unannehmlichkeiten in Kauf zunehmen.

Die Wohnung ist wesentlich kleiner als 60 qm. Wir hatten die Wohnung Nr. 46 und diese hatte nur ca. 45 qm + 6 qm Balkon. Dieser ist aber nicht nutzbar, weil es keine Balkonmöbel gibt. Während unseres Aufenthalts gab es direkt vor und hinter unserem Haus Abrissarbeiten. Diese begannen morgens unter der Woche pünktlich um 6 Uhr mit einem Stemmbagger. An Schlaf war ab da nicht mehr zu denken. Fenster schließen war auch keine Option, weil wir während der Hitzeperiode vom 10.-17.08.26 in Wien waren. Außentemperatur lag zum Teil bei 36 Grad. In der Wohnung deutlich drüber. Man hatte den ganzen Tag voll die Sonne auf der Wohnung. Es gab auch keine Jalousien. Wir haben noch nie irgendwo so aufgeheizte Räume gehabt. Es war wie im Backofen. Sollte die Baustelle irgendwann weg sein, das Hitzeproblem gelöst sein und der Vermieter seine Größenangabe nach unten korrigiert haben, mag die Wohnung in Ordnung sein. Aber aktuell eher keine Empfehlung. Schon gar nicht, wenn man eine größere Wohnung gesucht hatte, weil man mit 3 Erwachsenen reiste. Die Schlafcouch ist auch eher ein Notbett für ein jüngeres Schulkind. Als Erwachsener liegt man nicht gut. 2 Personen finden dort drauf auch keinen Platz. Am besten vorher mal den Grundriss der Wohnung schicken lassen. Es gibt auch nur 1 Schlüssel. Bei 3 Personen auch ungünstig.

Apartament bardzo czysty i funkcjonalny. Bardzo wygodne łóżko i mięciutka pościel. Fajna łazienka, z wanną i funkcją prysznica, z pralką, suszarką do włosów, suszarką na pranie. Był odkurzacz, a w kuchni sztućce i naczynia ( choć łyżeczki do herbaty tylko dwie; nas było troje, ale daliśmy radę), zmywarka+tabletki i płyny do zmywarki, piekarnik, toster, wysoka lodówka oraz ekspres do kawy na kapsułki. Były też kapsułki. Nasz pokój był na parterze, skąd było wyjście na taras. W budynku mieliśmy miejsce w parkingu podziemnym, więc nie martwiliśmy się o zaparkowanie samochodu. W salonie wygodny stół do posiłków, duży telewizor, ale do oglądania raczej netflix itp. Miejsce dobrze skomunikowane. Niedaleko był przystanek autobusowy linii 11B, którym dojeżdżaliśmy do stacji metra. Na piechotę do metra było 15 minut. W nieco dalszej okolicy Billa, sklep z żywnością turecką. Bliżej kawiarenka, lodziarnia i pizzeria.

Z rzeczy, które mogłyby być dodatkowo na plus to możliwość posiedzenia na tarasie. Co prawda widok z tarasu wychodzi na warsztat samochodowy i na kawałek bloku wzdłuż ulicy. Nie jest to mega minus, ale rzecz, której brakowało, bo w sumie w ciepłe wieczory nie korzystaliśmy z tej przestrzeni.

Apartment was far from 60m2, definitely not suitable for 2+2 families. My estimation is 42-46 m2 + 5 balcony m2.

pod okny ubytování bylo staveniště, kde od 6.00 pracovala těžká technika / hluk, prach. Rozhodně se nejedná o klidné místo pro odpočinek/relax/dovolenou. Ubytování jsme opustili dříve, od té doby to řešíme s ubytováním... Nikde tato důležitá informace nebyla uvedena.....

Stanovanje je lepo, čisto in ima vse kar potrebuješ za dopust v mestu

Edini minus je trenutna situacija, saj sta okoli nastanitve dva gradbišča in začnejo z delom ob 6 zjutraj.

Quite comfortable flat, with all the basic things needed for a short stay. A big plus is a parking space in an undergroung car park. The flat is clean and tidy. As for the surroundings, there's a supermarket within a 5 min walk and a few nice places you can eat dinner or lunch. There is a nice connection to the historic centre- you can take a 10 min walk to a tram 2 that goes to the Ring, or if you're a bit lazy you can take a bus, that will take you to underground.

The instructions for check in should definitely mention clearly that there are two parts of the building with the same flat numbering - that's immensely confusing... it doesn't help also that one needs a special way to open the door to the flat. All these might be sent in writing, to save nervous phone calls. The other thing is that it is a flat in the "attic" part , windows going south, so in the 30+ temperature it's hot - and there isn't even a fan on the room...

Apartament curat, dar stilul de amenajare puțin prea minimalist în anumite zone. Toaleta nu avea niciun cuier de agățat prosopul sau măcar un blat, o etajera etc. Iar pe balcon nu aveai nici scaun, nici măsuță. Iar în perioada în care am fost noi se demola o clădire chiar sub geamul nostru, începând cu ora 06.00. Peste aceste lucruri se poate trece,dar am vrut să le menționez pentru alți turiști, pentru a ști la ce să se aștepte.

Mieszkanie dobrze wyposażone w sprzęty - jest ekspres do kawy, czajnik, płyta , zmywarka, pralka, TV. Czysto, przyjemna łazienka z wanną z możliwością prysznica. Jest balkon- w prawdzie z widokiem na drugi blok, ale można wyjść się przewietrzyć. Lokalizacja- w sumie nie tak blisko centrum ale myśmy byli w 4 osoby więc wszędzie jeździliśmy uberem- w bardzo przyzwoitych cenach ( nie opłacałoby się kupować biletów na komunikację miejską). Na plus zdecydowanie parking podziemny - bez problemu zmieści się duże auto.

Brak klimatyzacji, obecnie w pobliżu bloku jest budowa- hałas był od wczesnych godzin porannych (przed 7).

Czystość wewnątrz mieszkania zadawalająca, ale okna i balkon nie były przygotowane pod wynajem dla gości.

Mieszkanie jest zlokalizowane w bloku, który jest nie do końca wykończony. Brak podłączonej klimatyzacji, przy wysokiej temperaturze w mieszkaniu i na zewnątrz ok. 32 stopni przy remoncie na zewnątrz (grube roboty budowlane z młotami pneumatycznymi) powodowały pewien dyskomfort.

Mieszkanie bardzo ładne, dobrze urządzone i czyste. Było wszystko to co w opisie oferty. Kuchnia w pełni wyposażona do samodzielnego gotowania, są sztućce, talerze,szklanki,kubki,garnki i patelnia. Ekspres do kawy Krups,jakby ktoś chciał zabrać odpowiedniego rozmiaru kapsułki. Mieszkanie bardzo dobrze wyciszone, hałasy z zewnątrz dobrze tłumione i dobrze bo rzeczywiście obok bloku trwa budowa i chyba szybko się nie skończy a panowie każdego dnia rozpoczynają dokładnie o 6 i mocno hałasują. Internet działa bez zarzutu. Tv Smart z internetem. Mieszkanie na 1 piętrze w samym rogu budynku. Parking podziemny bardzo dobrym udogodnieniem. Miejsca parkingowe wystarczająco długie i szerokie żeby między autami był zapas. Sąsiadów chyba nie ma, przez tydzień ani nikogo nie widziałem ani nie słyszałem. Okolica bez zarzutu,cichutko i spokojnie. Do sklepu Billa rzut beretem, niedaleko jest też Lidl i Spar. Do autobusu 50 m. Nim dojeżdżałem do metra. Można też przejść się na tramwaj, 8-10 minut w zależności od tempa. Jak dla mnie miejsce rewelacyjne biorąc pod uwagę cenę do jakości i lokalizacji

Zasłony na oknach mogłyby być ciemniejsze

L’alloggio è molto luminoso. Ha tutto quello che serve per un breve soggiorno. Comodissimo ai servizi. Il garage è un plus. Contrariamente a quanto scritto nei feed che ho letto c’era un appendiabiti in ingresso, grucce nell’armadio, porta carta igienica e appendini in bagno per accappatoi e asciugamani. Pulito!!!!

La lavastoviglie non lava le posate, i vetri delle finestre sarebbero da pulire. In estate fa veramente caldo durante il giorno. Sarebbe sufficiente disporre l’appartamento di un ventilatore.

Brak w lokalizacji informacji, że obok znajduje się teren budowy. Już przed godz 6:00 przyjeżdżała firma i po 6:00 zaczynały się roboty budowlane - wiercenie młotami pneumatycznymi. W taki upał nie można było mieć otwartych okien. Nowy budynek brak klimatyzacji. Po drugie trzeba popravować nad czystością. Okna opalcowane , brudne firanki oraz brudne opalcowane dzwi w szafie w sypialni.

U apartmanu je paklena vrucina, bukvalno od 14-20h ne moze da se boravi u njemu. Apartman nema klima uređaj, pored toga nema tamne zavese niti roletne. Sunce ga przi celo popodne. Jos jedan nedostatak je gradiliste sa dve strane zgrade, od 6:30 vec krece sa busenjem i gradjevinskim radovima, pa zaboravite na odmor i spavanje ako ste planirali posle ovog vremena.

Много сериозни проблеми д разхлаждането. Ако имаше климатик нямаше да има равен. Просто не се диша вътре в тези горещи дни.

massiver Baustellenlärm - dies ohne jegliche Vorwarnung seitens der Vermietung. Nach Intervention Wohnungswechsel (funktionierte gut) - die andere Wohnung befand sich auf der Ostseite - es war extrem heiss wir hatten keine Möglichkeit einer Beschattung geschweige denn einer Klimaanlage - es gibt in diesen Zeiten auch moblie Geräte. wir hatten nicht einmal einen Nachtvorhang. Haben noch nie so heiss in einer Wohnung gehabt.

Hałas z budowy ale na to chyba właściciel nie ma wpływu . Poza tym w mieszkaniu było bardzo gorąco niestety klimatyzacja wydaje się przy tych temperaturach koniecznością

Apartament urzązony w prostym stylu, funkcjonalny. Wygodne łóżka, wystarczająca ilość miejsca dla czterech osób. Udogodnienia w postacji pralki, zmywarki i ekspresu do kawy. Blisko do środków transportu miejskiego (metro, tramwaj, autobus - warto zaopatrzyć się w bilety kilkudniowe) zapewniających dojazd do wszelkich atrakcji turystycznych. Blisko sklepy, kawiarnie. Podziemny parking dla podróżujących własnym autem. Polecam.

Evdeki imkanlar (ütü, çamaşır makinesi, bulaşık makinesi…v.b.) çok iyiydi. Konum olarak otobüs ve tren aktarmasıyla ulaşım çok kolay toplamda 20 dakikada merkeze gidilebiliyor. Ev sahibi mesajlarıma kısa sürede cevap verdi.

Kaldığımız oda kesinlikle 4 kişilik kapasiteye sahip değildi. 3 kişiyseniz çok daha uygun olacaktır. Eğer yazın geliyorsanız abartmadan yazıyorum fırına girmeye hazır olun uyku uyutmayacak kadar sıcak oluyor. Klima da mevcut değil ve ortak bi soğutma sistemi yok.

Really great place with easy access to the city center! The apartment is clean, tidy, and newly furnished. Very easy to find."

The apartment was very hot and stuffy, making it difficult to sleep. Having even a basic portable fan would help a lot. In the evening, when opening all the windows, smoke came straight into the apartment because neighbors were smoking on their balconies. The place is best suited for just a one-night stay. There is a huge construction site right in front of the windows — an excavator started working at 6:00 AM with very high noise levels.

Very modern, chic design, they provide everything you coild need - from FREE PARKING (underground, safe, a real gem in Vienna) to coffe - incredible service, area, place.

Communication with the owner was very accommodating, efficient, and prompt. The place is located half an hour from the center in a quiet area that is easily accessible by public transport. From this perspective, it is excellent accommodation for a great price.

The apartment is located in a new building near an active construction site, which unfortunately increases noise and dust levels when the windows are open.

Przestronny, czysty apartament, niedaleko przystanku tramwajowego, z którego można dojechać do centrum. Miła obsługa.

Apartamentul a fost curat, parcarea subterană sigură cu locuri de parcare suficiente, acces ușor spre centru, zonă frumoasă.

Nu ține de proprietar, dar peste drum se efectuau lucrări de demolare și am fost treziți la 6 dimineața (în zilele lucrătoare), iar accesul dinspre parcare spre apartament era inundat și a trebuit să traversăm curtea și să trecem prin scara vecină pentru a ajunge la apartament.

Lage Top für Besuch auf der Donauinsel. Supermärkte sehr nahe. Apartment sauber, bequem, groß genug für 3 Personen.

Vor dem Apartment war eine Baustelle, was uns leider nicht mitgeteilt wurde. Somit wurden wir mit einem riesen Krach am Montag Früh um 6:00 Uhr aufgeweckt. Leider gibts weder blickdichte Vorhänge, noch Jalousien. Somit war es unglaublich heiß im Apartment. Netter Balkon, aber leider keine Sitzgelegenheit draußen.

Lokacija je odlična. Garaža je ispod zgrade, ulaz/izlaz veoma jednostavan, lift ide od garaže do stana. Wi fi odličan 24 sata dnevno. Frižider velik, dovoljan za četvorčlanu porodicu.

Za četvoročlanu porodicu koja je bila deset dana premalo peškira, jedna kuhinjska krpa, premalo kesa za smeće, nedovoljno posudja pa moraš stalno prati. Terasa lepa ali ništa za sedenje na njoj.

There's not much I particularly liked, but I can say the cleanliness was good. There were more things I disliked.

The neighborhood is bad and run-down. There are no restaurants nearby. It's very far from the center, and there's practically only one bus line to get there. There were no available spaces in the parking areas they listed. I was forced to park in another empty spot. The furnishings aren't very clean. Also, the construction next to building starts very early in the morning and makes a lot of noise. The curtains don't provide full blackout. Is it really that difficult to buy blackout curtains?

Современные, чистые апартаменты, в которых было все необходимое для проживания. Транспорт, магазины, кафе находятся в шаговой доступности.

Niezagospodarowana przestrzeń na balkonie - brak choćby krzeseł. Co byłoby dobrym rozwiązaniem z powodu nagrzania mieszkania, duszności spowodowanej wysokimi temperaturami.

Čisté ubytování, vše proběhlo v pořádku, parkovali jsme v garáži přímo pod domem, 2 minuty na zastávku busu, vše ok

Location. Lot of space in appartment. Nice balcony. Kitchen was nice, it has got everything you need.

At the morning is very hot in appartment because windows don’t have window shutter.

The apartment is modern, well furnished. The location is great, it's not too busy but it takes only a half hour to get to the city centre. We used the oven, stove and kettle, everything works just fine. There is enough place in closets. We liked the wash basin next to the toilet. Our apartment was situated to the west, so it was very comfortable in the morning and we could spent some time at the balcony. The beds were comfortable. We liked the drapes too, they make the rooms quite dark.

The floors haven't been washed in quite some time. Other than that everything was cleaned fine. Some basic table and two chairs for the balcony would be nice. There is a CONSTRUCTION SITE right under our windows and they work since 6 AM ON WEEKDAYS. Not the best way to wake up. Sadly this was not communicated with us in any way so we were quite surprised. There is NO AC, it was insanely hot when we arrived and since we were uncomfortable leaving the windows completely open during night, it got very hot at night too. During the day we used the dark drapes to block the sun when we left and completely opened all windows while we arrived and it was fine. The sofa is very uncomfortable, you can feel the metal and wood parts when sitting. It must be extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. The main doors have trouble closing and other guests/tenants never make sure that it's closed properly, which is quite uncomfortable at night.

Clean and cozy apartment in a condominium, with all necessary equipment and a large balcony. Bus station no 11A is really close, and only stops are necessary to have a connection to the metro. A big advantage is the underground garage.

As our visit was in hot weather, we were missing air conditioning and external shutters. It was really hot in the flat.

It was clean and cosy; well connected to city center by tram no 2.

There was quite a lot of noise during the night, from neighbours talking loudly on their balconies.

Wenn es schon keine Klimaanlage und Rolläden gibt, bräuchte man dunklere Vorhänge als Sonnenschutz.

Gut gelegen mit Parkplatz

Backofen stank verbrand ( nach Plastik oder Kabelbrand) wahr nicht nutzbar. Für die Kinder wahr nichts hergerichtet.(Bett) TV Sender gingen nicht. Zustand der Wohnung nicht sauber (Staub und Haare vom Vorgänger. Der Rest wahr ok.

Tolle Unterkunft mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Sehr bequemes Bett. Alles sehr sauber.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Apartament bardzo czysty, zadbany.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön, ordentlich und sauber. Auch die Ausstattung war super, es gab alles was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht :) Der Balkon war super, da es an den Tagen unseres Aufenthalts sehr heiß war, konnte man dort Abends gut abkühlen und den Sonnenuntergang genießen.

Es war sehr heiß in der Wohnung, da sie fast im Fachgeschoss war. Wir hätten uns Ventilatoren gewünscht um uns besser abkühlen zu können. Außerdem hatten wir Probleme beim Parken. Als wir die Wohnung gebucht hatten hieß es, dass wir einen kostenlosen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage bekommen. Am ersten Tag hat dies wunderbar funktioniert. Wir haben einige Parkplätze genannt bekommen die wir nutzen konnten. Am zweiten Tag, als wir Abends in die Wohnung kamen, war keiner der vorgesehenen Plätze frei. Ich habe daher die Gastgeber angeschrieben und gefragt ob ich auf einen der anderen freien Plätze stehen kann. Allerdings hieß es dann, dass das nicht gehe und wir mussten uns einen Parkplatz außerhalb suchen, welcher gekostet hätte (wäre es nicht so spät Abends gewesen). We absolutely didn't like the lack of an AC. We were here during a heatwave and it was terribly hot. I asked for at least a fan but I got a fast reply saying they don't have any and that they are all sold out...wondering how they checked in 10 minutes in the night. But still, in the reviews it was another guy saying the same thing about 3 weeks before...so there was time to find a fan when they weren't all sold out...if they wanted to. Also, the pillows are not confortable. Probably they're cheap. Also, they left 4 coffee capsules, but we were 3 adults renting for 4 days...so... For 120 euros per night, they should invest in a AC (other apartments in the building had it) and pay attention to small details.

The location is perfect, not far from public transport and in the quiet neighborhood.

Air conditioning could be useful in the summer heat

Urejeno parkirišče - soba je imela svoje parkirno mesto v podzemni garaži. Navodila za dostop smo dobili pred prihodom in so bila dovolj podrobna, da smo vedeli kako in kaj. Bližina javnega prevoza (prva avtobusna 2 min hoje stran, druga ca. 8 min hoje od stanovanja). Prostoren hladilnik in zmrzovalnik, vsi potrebni pripomočki, pribor za štiri osebe. Trgovina 5 min od stanovanja, picerija (dobra in ugodna) preko ceste.

Kavč za otroka smo raztegnili in oblekli sami, nekoliko je bil majav. V primeru višjih temperatur postane v stanovanju neznosno vroče. Bili smo v tretjem nadstropju, sončna lega, klimatske naprave ni, zunanjih žaluzij prav tako ne. Notranje zavese so zelo tanke. V času našega bivanja (vročinski val) je temperatura v stanovanju ves čas bila preko 30 stopinj in se je nikakor ni dalo znižati. Tudi ponoči ni padla za več kot par stopinj. Tako da se v stanovanju res nismo zadrževali veliko. Poleg bloka podirajo oz. gradijo, tako da je pred sedmo zjutraj bilo slišati delo z gradbišča.

The apartment is well connected to the city centre by public transport, making it easy and convenient to get around. It is nice and cosy and has everything you need for a short stay. There is an underground garage in the building, and parking is included at no extra charge. The owner was very responsive and provided clear instructions and all the information we needed.

The only thing the apartment was missing was some furniture on the balcony. A small table and a couple of chairs would have made it perfect.

Free of charge underground parking.

Cannot recommend. We received a different apartment than selected (as per the available photographs). The admin says that he doesn't have another variant and advised us to cancel the booking for free and choose whatever different we want. Such behavior is not acceptable at all. Windows are dirty and do not have an anti-mosquito (anti-insect) net. Utensils are in very poor condition. The frying pan has deep scratches and is bent, so it does not have proper contact with the cooking surface. The grill pan has a peeled-off Teflon layer (hello, cancer). White walls in the bedroom and toilet are dirty. Curtains in the bedroom are dirty and transparent (goodbye, melatonin). Washing machine was dirty. Toilet and bathroom are separated - strange design. As of June 2026, construction was in progress next to the COHO building. COHO did not bring this to clients' attention (forget about rest from 7 a.m.). Communication with the administrator was very tough. He refused to provide an extra bedsheet. Complete disappointment.

Good location. Underground parking was convenient.

There should be a second set of curtains for night time. There are outside lights coming on and off in the evening. Also the sower would be more convenient instead of bathtub. We stayed over the weekend so luckily we missed the construction activities next door.

Die Grösse der Wohnung war wirklich sehr gut, und auch die Einrichtung der Küche war ausgezeichnet.

Bei der ersten Mitteilung wurde uns alles auf Englisch gesendet. Auch die zweiten Infos vor dem Weggehen waren auf Englisch, obwohl wir unsere Sprache auf Deutsch eingestellt hatten. Einerseits gibt es keine Nachtvorhänge und keine Storen, weshalb die Sonne bereits um 05:00 Uhr ins Zimmer blendet. Andererseits gibt es keine fest programmierten TV-Programme, um die gängigen Sendungen anschauen zu können. Der Lärm von der Baustelle war so laut, dass man das Zimmer immer alle Fenster schliessen musste. Am Samstag und Sonntag, wenn die Arbeiter frei haben, gibt es zwar keinen Baulärm, aber man hört trotzdem ständig den Strassenlärm der Autos. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter klappte trotz zwei Mails, die über Booking.com liefen, nicht. Wir bekamen keine Antwort. Ein zweiter Schlüssel wäre sehr wichtig, denn wenn die Tür zu ist, kann man sie nicht mehr öffnen. Mit einem zweiten Schlüssel ist das Risiko, vor einer verschlossenen Tür zu stehen, deutlich geringer.

Top ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. an fast alles gedacht. Super Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage für mein Motorrad. Supermarkt zu Fuß erreichbar. Würde ich sofort wieder buchen.

Das ist meckern auf einem hohen Niveau, In der seperaten Toilette fehlt ein Haken für das Handtuch und ein Toilettenpaierhalter. Für meinen Anspruch könnte die Matratze eine Spur härter sein.

Yakında inşaat var. Sabah gürültü yaptılar. 07:30 da çalışmaya başladılar.

Da wir als Familie anreisten, war mir ein Parkplatz sehr wichtig. Hier hatten wir eine Tiefgarage dabei. Die Wohnung war ziemlich neu und sauber. Top Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel, Bushaltestelle quasi direkt vor der Haustür, 5 Minuten bis zur U4. Wir können es weiterempfehlen.

Leider gab es keine Rolladen, daher war es ab 5 Uhr hell in der ganzen Wohnung. Aber vielleicht werden diese ja noch nachgerüstet.

Direkt neben der Wohnanlage ist direkt eine Baustelle, täglich Lärm zu hören ab 06.30 Uhr. Deswegen ist man leider früh wach.

Maj 2026. Świetna lokalizacja. Pod budynkiem darmowy parking podziemny! Mieszkanie wyposażone na 100%, Komplet pościeli, ręczniki, kuchnia wyposażoną idealnie. Na stare miasto około 5-6km. Blisko autobus. Polecam metro - przystanki praktycznie w centrum starego miasta.

Przy budynku trwało wyburzanie starej kamienicy wiec rano hałas był bardzo duży.

Wygodne łóżka, odpowiedni metraż zgodny z opisem. Czysto.

Brak zasłon w salonie. Mała ilość sztućców i szkła.

Piękne mieszkanie, dobrze wyposażone i bardzo czyste. W cenie podziemny parking. W okolicy sporo sklepów i restauracji oraz blisko komunikacja miejska.

Zabrakło nam mebli na balkonie (dosłownie stolik i 2 krzysła), bo pogoda była piekna, balkon duży i wychodzący na spokojną ulicę.

Die Lage war sehr gut, neben Bushaltestelle die direkt zur U-Bahn fährt. Abwicklung war unkompliziert. Zwar nicht benutzt, aber bei längeren Aufenthalt sicher toll: Waschmaschine und Wäscheständer vorhanden

Kaffeemaschine konnte nicht benutzt werden, da abgestandenes Wasser darin war.

Sehr gepflegtes und sehr sauber jeder zeit wider

Der Boden war nicht ganz sauber geputzt, ansonsten alles in Ordnung

El apartamento en si, es cómodo y está bien.

La ubicación, la falta de limpieza, los poco utensilios de cocina, me refiero a cucharas, tenedores, platos etc. No tiene cortinas de oscurecimiento y a las cinco de la mañana ya estará el sol.
