Reviewed Sep 5, 2026I am making a formal complaint about an extremely serious incident that occurred at this property. The corridor was locked, even though during the previous two evenings I had been able to use it without either a key or a code. I was never given a key to that corridor, so there was absolutely no way for me to have locked it myself. By locking that door, the property effectively trapped me inside the building and prevented me from leaving. I was therefore unable to attend an important business meeting, which caused me additional damage and serious professional consequences. The phone number provided by the host was not answered. I repeatedly tried to get help, and even Booking.com was unable to make the hosts answer the phone. Four hours after I first requested assistance, I had no choice but to call for help through a window from the third floor. Several complete strangers heard me and realised that I was trapped. They moved the bars and helped me escape by climbing out from the fourth step. This was an extremely frightening and unacceptable situation. What is particularly disturbing is that these strangers called the same number provided by the property. The hosts answered them because they were calling from a Portuguese number. The situation was explained to the hosts in Portuguese. This raises a very serious concern as to why they did not answer my calls despite knowing that I was unable to leave the building. After I finally managed to get out, I went back to apologise for missing my business meeting. Instead of receiving an apology or any expression of concern, I was treated with extreme rudeness and disrespect and was told to leave the apartment. I want to make this absolutely clear: I did not cause this situation. I did not lock the corridor because I was never given a key to it. I had been able to use the corridor without a key or code during the previous two evenings. Someone with access to the key must have locked it.

Apartament był rezerwowany dla rodziny 2+1. Mimo to nie było miejsca spania dla trzeciej osoby - nie było pościeli na sofę, dodatkowo sofa była uszkodzona i się nie rozkładała.

Canapé lit peu confortable pour dormir : doit être considéré comme un couchage d'appoint pour un enfant et non pour un adulte. Chaises tachées. Vaisselle insuffisante pour un séjour prolongé. Poêle inutilisable..signalé au propriétaire mais non remplacée. Pas de balai ou de nécessaire de ménage pour un entretien quotidien dans le cadre d'un séjour d'une semaine.

Poderia ter espelho fora do banheiro também, para ficar mais rápido a organização das pessoas enquanto as outras usam o banheiro. Também senti falta de orientações para situações do dia a dia: uso de elétros e descarte de lixo. Sobre a chegada, acredito que o código de acesso já poderia ser liberado quando fechamos o pedido do quarto, porque a internet normalmente não é boa e tivemos problemas em pegar o código só depois de preencher o link que enviaram.

We wanted a fan for the bedroom as it was very very hot inside the room. There was a AC but only in the living room. It never managed to cool the bedroom. I asked about the fan on Friday evening, but ultimately got it from the property on Sunday morning. My baby suffered from the hot bedroom for 2 nights and it was very difficult.

La atención del personal, y el cobro NO MENCIONADO AL REALIZAR RESERVA como garantía de 100 Euros aún no reemboolsados, POR POCO NOS PIDEN REALIZAR EL ASEO DEL APARTAMENTO, FUIMOS DEMASIADO CUIDADOSOS EN DEJAR TODO TAL COMO ESTABA, tuvimos que tomar fofos AL INGRESAR de absolutamente todo como evidencia para que nos cobraran la garantía de igual forma tomamos FOTOS AL REALIZAR NUESTRA SALIDA, viajar en estas condiciones no es agradable, no hay calidad humana, NADA RECOMENDADO, Aunque está cerano al terminal de buses y al terminal de trenes, el sitio donde se localiza el apartamento es feo. El apartamento es agradable, LÁSTIMA LA FALTA DE CALIDAD HUMANA.

A senha da porta não funcionou em nenhum momento, apenas a chave física. O estore do quarto deixou de funcionar nos dois últimos dias e a claridade logo pela manhã foi um pouco incomoda, embora não tenha reportado pois fiquei só mais duas noites. Fiquei na habitação N.

Reviewed Jun 4, 2026The location which was next to train station. But not the surrounding. Accommodation was OK. Value for money. Facilities were good apart from electricity, we had power failure every now and then which was annoying.
There was power issues every now and then. It was difficult to talk to the host. There is no help provided apart from some instructions on the phone as if you are the technician and deal with your own problem. The surrounding was terrible. There is no view to apartment. The photos does not match the reality. No courtyard. We booked for 3 but there was only one bed and sofa which was suppose to turn into bed , but it never as there were no instructions on, how to convert it to bed. Only one bed sheet for 3 people was provided and there was not enough space for 3 on the bed. First the power and then the bed ruined our night.

A falta de comodismo para o cliente. Não tinha material para cozinhar, era tudo de metal. Não havia espelho de corpo inteiro. Na casa de banho, o ralo estava entupido, e quando saíssemos do banho, a água vinha para fora, e molhava o chão. Percebemos que o chão, já tinha manchas de bolor devido a esse problema.

Reviewed May 28, 2026Gute Lage direkt am Bahnhof Campanha. Für eine Nacht perfekt, da wir am nächsten Tag direkt zum Flughafen konnten. Ansonsten gute Kommunikation und saubere, gepflegte Unterkunft.
Die Betten waren nicht super bequem. Für eine Nacht okay.

Faltava um pano de cozinha.

Não consegui acessar o site que me enviaram para fazer o check in e os avisei, por mensagens várias vezes. Fiquei plantada na frente de um portão , ao lado de uma confeitaria, repleta de pessoas, com mala, mochila nas costas pesada e bolsa. Tentei entrar em contato durante uma hora. Não havia um funcionário, nem telefone local que eu pudesse ligar para resolver. O único telefone era do exterior e não consegui que a ligação se completasse. Cansada, nervosa, com fome e sede decidi reservar outro alojamento por perto e acabei pagando caro por ser de última hora. Mais tarde, já alojada, enviei mensagens novamente, tanto para o alojamento como para o Booking, contando tudo sobre o ocorrido. Só recebi resposta no dia seguinte, onde afirmaram que o site estava funcionando e que se eu quisesse poderia me hospedar lá, mas não iriam ressarcir o vlr que eu paguei. Nunca tive esse tipo de problema, nem no exterior e mto menos no Brasil. Mas é mto destrutivo e acaba com o passeio de qq pessoa. Estou repensando se um continuo a utilizar o app Booking

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026La atención, información y check-in muy bien. El apartamento está en una construcción nueva y está impecable. La zona tiene mucho ritmo durante el día con cafés y locales para comer a muy buen precio.
La ubicación está algo alejada del centro pero el transporte público justo en la puerta.

I had to sleep in the couch and I understand its a couch but the metal bar that does it a sleeper bed was very uncomfortable.

Reviewed Dec 12, 2025The location was great, very close to campanha train station. perfect for a couple nights stay. the shower was great very powerful and warm. nice to have the option to cook in the kitchen also
didn't like having to leave a 250 euro deposit, but they paid it back to my account within 2 days so its all good :)

We have been to the apartments three times and can sadly see the deteriorating condition of the property. Lack of lighting on the walkway at night so very dark. Very stained chairs in the kitchen. Shower door at some point prior to our visit had been broken and there was still shards of glass on the runners if the dislodged could cause injury. Window between the bedroom and living room was rusty. Damp on the walls Generally needs refurbishment. Issue with ants in the bathroom.

Reviewed Nov 24, 2025Where do I start… Let’s just say this “agency” has redefined the meaning of chaos and horrible customer service. They handed us an apartment they clearly knew had a leak over the toilet — yes, a constant drip, like an indoor shower over the toilet. No warning, no solution, nothing. We were left to scramble for another place ourselves, while waiting days for the refund of both payment and €250 caution. Check-in was delayed for some “extraordinary cleaning,” which turned out to be an exercise in futility, all sofas were soaked. Who knows if this was related to the leak in the bathroom... As we were leaving the apartment, around 7pm the first night, we found ourselves in the dark. Probably there was an electric issue related to the water leak (it seems a joke but it wasn't) I haven't had this bad of an experience in my whole life experience with hotels/bnbs... Stay as far as you can from these people.

No es que no me haya gustado, sino más bien creo se requiere un lugar extra donde acomodar una maleta mediana

Reviewed Nov 7, 2025A nice, surprisingly quiet small apartment across from Campanha Station. I expected noise, but the apartment is well off the road and there was none. The main bedroom was fine.
The couch did not function. A problem, as I booked it expecting a functional second bed. I called but they were unable to help. So a bad night sleep for my friend. I complained and they issued me a paltry 10% refund. Plus the shower didn’t drain properly, flooding the bathroom. Could be a quite nice place, but these issues greatly dimimished its value, and score.

Reviewed Nov 6, 2025Lokalizacja bardzo korzystna dla kogoś, kto chce sią przemieszczać sprawnie środkami transportu publicznego w obrębie miasta lub okolicy. Przystanki komunikacji miejskiej i kolei regionalnej i dalekobieżnej w odległości 100-150m. Dojazd do zabytkowego centrum - kilka minut. Położenie lokalu w oficynie powoduje, że nie dociera tutaj hałas z ulicy. Widoków nie ma ale jest za to spokój. Obiekt wyposażony we wszystko co niezbędne.
Była usterka ekspresu do kawy ale urządzenie zostało szybko wymienione na nowe przez personel obiektu. Generalnie nie mam uwag.

Que al llegar al alojamiento por la noche no estuvieran encendidas las luces del patio interior, para subir a una segunda planta por unas escaleras exteriores poco iluminadas.

Easy access by bus / metro as well Supermarket and lots of restaurants around Clean room and bathroom All the kitchen items are clean and amenities provided are in good conditions and as advertised Would recommend for short / long term stay
The apartment i got is on the 4th floor and there are no lift. The sunlight would get into the apartment in the morning as there are gaps Would hear a bit of traffic sound from the street since its facing the main road
