Reviewed Sep 14, 2026We loved our two‑night stay in the ground‑floor apartment. It’s set in a lovely, quiet area and the private garden was a real bonus — especially for our small dog, who absolutely loved it. Great to have secure underground parking.

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026Gut gelegen, um die Innenstadt zu erkunden. Liegt fußläufig zur Alten Donau und man kann in wenigen Minuten zur Badestelle gehen. Die Donauinsel ist in 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Neben Leihfahrrädern am U-Bhf. Kagran und U-Bhf. Alte-Donau kann man natürlich auch die U-Bahn Richtung Stadt nehmen. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen und gut ausgestattet. Es fehlte nichts. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war freundlich und sympathisch und Nachrichten wurden sehr schnell beantwortet.

Reviewed May 28, 2026Magnifique appartement neuf, très propre, aménagé avec goût et disposant d'une belle terrasse.que nous avons particulièrement apprécié. Emplacement très agréable, paisible sur un bras du Danube. En fait, on est tout proche du centre ville de Vienne et on se sent à la campagne. Propriétaire sympathique et attentionné. Si nous avons la chance de revenir sur Vienne, c'est ici que nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Nous avons pu également bénéficier d'une place de parking sous la résidence à 10 € la nuit.
Il faut compter 15 mn à pied pour rejoindre la station de métro mais l'emplacement de l'appartement les vaut largement. Dommage que nous n'avions réservé que 3 nuits mais nous reviendrons plus longtemps une prochaine fois.

Slightly noisy AC, sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable, but good enough for a few nights, 15 min walk to nearest underground station

No mosquito net and a lot of of mosquitos. The pillows were really thin which makes us impossible to have a good night sleep. Maybe for others are ok. The front door is, indeed, hard to open it. No human contact at all.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2025The house is bright, very clean, spacious, and modern with automation systems. It has everything necessary for the comfortable stay of a family. It is located in a quiet neighborhood next to the Danube. It is close to the center of Vienna. The hostess is very kind and very discreet. I highly recommend it and will definitely try to stay there again. There is also an underground parking with an extra charge in case that you are travelling with a car but also you can find a lot of parking spaces by the street.

Reviewed Jul 27, 2025Dobrze wyposażony apartament, położony w bardzo spokojnej okolicy nad Starym Dunajem. Bardzo fajne miejsce na pobyt w Wiedniu, zwiedzanie miasta i okolic. Niedaleko (około 11 minut) znajduje się stacja metra Kagran (obok także duże centrum handlowe), metro kursuje średnio co 7 minut, podróż do centrum zajmuje 10 minut. Podziemny garaż jest dodatkowym atutem tego miejsca. Zameldowanie w naszym przypadku odbyło się bezkontaktowo - klucze były w skrytce. Gospodarze udzielają pomocnych wskazówek, odpowiadają szybko. Polecam pobyt w tym apartamencie.

Reviewed Nov 3, 2024I booked the property for my family from Armenia 🇦🇲. The apartment is amazing, very clean and newly renovated. Hosts are very nice and always ready to help. There are all the amenities you need for your stay. Not far (approximately 15 minutes) is Kagran metro station and 10 minutes by metro you are in the city center.

I only missed having a coffee pot (džezva) for making coffee.

The studio is very well equipped, everything you need is there (bed linen, towels, oven, induction stove top) and very clean. We also appreciated the garden very much. The property is located 800m from the metro station, so it is easy to reach the city center. The biggest asset of the property are the super friendly hosts !
