Spacious Quality Apartment, Convenient Location

Great location. Excellent communication with the owner. Spacious and comfortable bedrooms, bathroom and living areas.

Heating struggled in the living room may need servicing. Walls were very thin. Could hear adjoining apartment conversations and tv quite clearly.

Great location and amenities. House had everything we could need. Host quick to respond when we had a question. Would recommend and stay again.

The rooms were very spacious and the walking distance into town was quite manageable. All of the amenities provided by the host were excellent. They even went out of their way to provide a few extras that made cooking our breakfasts very easy.

Location and space. Was 15 minutes walk to Merivale shops and only 20-25 minutes to Christchurch centre. Hagley park close as well. Quintin very graciously picked us up from campervan depot. Better than basic cooking supplies provided. Welcome snacks too!

Two bathrooms would be preferable but having the second toilet was great.

Clean and spacious, the owner went the extra effort to make my stay convenient and comfortable. The owner provided us with books, board games, condiments, snacks and everything was well prepared.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Easy to find, it was excellent location for what we needed. We walked home from the centre of town. Lots of cafes close by. Quiet street. Beds were super comfy! Spacious, tidy, wonderful stay. Highly recommend.

It is definitely a cosy house to stay ! Convenient location, comprehensive kitchenware, the owner even provide instant Noodles, seasoning, biscuits and chocolates for us !

Very clean, spacious and well set up house, beds comfortable and facilities were awesome. Very close to CBD, we used scooters sometimes, to save driving. Off road parking too which was good.

We love, love this place so much! Quintin is so sweet and welcomed us with chocolates! We ended up buying a dozen of the chocolate fingers to take home to our friends. Everything so sooooo organised, and everything you need in a home is here! Also love the layout of the house. I especially love the sun room & the boxed out window in the kitchen. It's soooo nice!! We could live there! We ended up staying in more than doing touristy stuff outside. We just cooked our own food, relaxed & watched movies in the lounge. Thank you so much for such a great stay! We'll surely book this again when we visit Christchurch again. Oh also, it's so close to the city, we just walked to the city & to Hagley Park whenever we go out.💖

Excellent accommodation in Christchurch. The house was clean , neat, and tidy. Close to CBD....You can walk to restaurants and cafes. Quintin provided all necessary items for use in the kitchen, which was great. The sun room was fantastic. There is plenty of space in this house. Parking was in front of the property, and even space in a single garage. Well maintained garden . We will definitely be back when we visit Christchurch again. We highly recommend this property. .

Walking distance to town, plenty of restaurants close by

The property was spacious and in a very convenient location with very good facilities. It was also good that there were all the little extra pantry items available so we didn’t have to buy too much for just a short stay.

Perfect location, just 20 mins drive from Christchurch Airport. We arrived tired, due to flight delays. Parking spot is conveniently just beside the house, and when we entered, we were impressed with the very neat and organized kitchen and a very lovely welcoming house. The pantry has snacks, biscuits and even instant noodles! The house layout and deco is non-pretentious, practical and provide us with all the comfort of a well kept home. Very easy to drive around to supermarkets and restaurants. We are lucky to have booked both our stay into and out of Christchurch with Quintin and will definitely do so again. Thank you so much for having us, Quintin !

I love the garden, the comfort of the house and all the necessities that the house has. It has everything that I need. The host has doing extra mile to ensure our comfort. Our stay was during very cold weather, there are heater in most of the corner of the house. It was clean from everything, from outside to inside, from living room to the bedroom. It is walking distance to Hagley Park North and Botanic Garden.

Very modern, cozy house, well equipped kitchen and bathroom, large downstairs and upstairs space for living room and bedrooms. Lovely outdoor space aswell. Everything we needed and great space after being out and about Christchurch and beyond for a day. Great if you’re looking for a clean ‘home’ vibe rather than cramped hotel. Price is really affordable too for what you get. The owners were also very quick to respond when a small issue came up.

Only that probably best to have a car if planning to stay here as a little out of city centre but still close enough if no car. And just be wary that the main bedroom is right above a shared car garage and can hear the car engine start up (a bit loud when really early in the morning) at the time that we were staying.

Location was great for us. Very lovely property with extra touches Quintin left us in the property eg biscuits, condiments in fridge we appreciated.

The apartment provided so many items for a very comfortable stay, including basic pantry items and great charging devices that were easily accessible. Toiletry items and personal care items such as shampoo and body wash were provided. The apartment has been beautifully renovated and it was close to all the attractions of Christchurch.

Great facility with affordable prices. We had everything we needed. Quiet and comfortable place. It was our first time stay and holidays in Christchurch. Stay made it really memorable as when we were reaching our accomodation, we felt like home.

Spacious 2 bedroom house. Lounge, kitchen and dining downstairs plus a sunroom with comfy chairs. Two large bedrooms upstairs. Firm beds, plenty of bedding. Free standing fans for a hot night. Modern bathroom. Wifi and device chargers. Well stocked kitchen facilities and welcome chocolates. Two lovely outdoor areas. Easy walk to Hagley Park. 20 min walk to centre of city. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. Good restaurants within 5 min walk. Service station with food, milk etc close by. A nice relaxed feel to the house. .

My only suggestion would be paper towel and al foil for kitchen extras. Just to help with cleaning. Tissues. Not necessary but appreciated.

The house was clean, spacious, and was well equipped with everything we needed. Lockbox was easy to use and the house was centrally located.
