Замечательное место и замечательная семья!! Именно поэтому, мы по прошествии двух лет решили вернуться и не пожалели. Отличное местоположение недалеко от пляжа и многочисленных кафе. Хорошее соотношение цена-качество.

Если бы нас что-то не устраивало, мы бы не приехали второй раз.

L'endroit est très bien situé car à côté de la plage e5 a 15 min de la vieille ville. La piscine est idéale et la chambre est parfaite et bien climatisée. Le personnel est très serviable et s'adapte en fonction de vos besoins. Nous avons testé le service lingerie qui est au top. Super adresse très confortable et adaptée avec des enfants.

Het hotel was gelegen vlak naast An Bang Beach en in een klein gezellig centrum. De kamer was ruim genoeg. De badkamer had alle nodige comfort. De eigenaars waren super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Met een grab taxi was je op max 20 minuten in hoi an old centre en voor weinig geld.

I liked the location and the friendly staff.

I’m not sure if they mentioned on the website but they didn’t clean my room or replace my towels. People were loud at the pool very early - nothing the hotel can control so would recommend to stay on the 2nd floor.

Well it is very promising when you arrive at your accommodation greeted by the biggest, friendliest smile from Van & Hoang. The hospitality definitely matched their smiles. We sure did enjoy our relaxing and peaceful 4 nights at Dragon Sea, it is in an ideal location, with everything needed close by. We definitely recommend 👍

Home được thiết kế xinh xắn, vị trí trung tâm biển An Bàng, gần nhà hàng và bãi biển. Buổi sáng đi đạp xe hoặc đi bộ ăn sáng dọc phố Nguyễn Phan Vinh rất thích.

Home ko có nhà hàng trong khuôn viên, nên muốn ăn sáng thì phải báo trc với nhân viên tuy nhiên xung quanh có rất nhiều quán ăn chỉ cách vài chục mét đi bộ.

Nous avons apprécié l emplacement des 3 chambres face à la piscine. La déco et emplacement du logement à 20 m des restaurants et de la plage. Il s agit de logements normes 2 étoiles en France à mon avis destinés aux personnes habituées à voyager en Asie et à sortir de leur zone de confort par exemple la douche est à la vietnamienne. Nous avons sollicité notre hote pour louer 1 fourgonnette pour nous rendre à l aéroport de Danang plutôt que de voyager en 2 véhicules via Grab.

Nous avons séjourné en période de jours fériés donc l accès à la piscine était disons difficile et animé.

Very nice homestay just close to the beach with a nice swimming pool. There is nice garden. Quite a family vibe.

Breakfast not great, be aware that some rooms are directly on the swimming pool which does not give much privacy.

The location was good and pool ok

The cleanliness is a huge problem. I don’t get the good reviews. The style of the rooms is nice, but they need to learn to maintain everything. Dust, mold, hair, stains,… it just needs cleaning! We felt very uncomfortable. Also, when we arrived, the bathroom was soaked. We informed the staff, who simply passed with a towel to dry it up a bit. 1 hour later, same problem. Toilet is leaking = gross.

What a wonderful place to stay. Great value for money. A couple of minutes walk from restaurants and the beach. Only a short taxi trip to the centre of Hoi An. The family that run the property are such lovely people nothing to much trouble. Would stay again.

Nothing. Everything was just as the description given.

The owners and family were lovely. They would deal with a request or question we had nothing was trouble for them. The beds are big. The room was cleaned and cleaned towels when we requested. Breakfast was included. Mainly eggs and toast. But for the money no complaints. Only a couple of minutes to the beach and local restaurants,local shops and bars.

The beds are so big not much room to get in and out. The rooms could do with a long mirror. But overall. A great place to stay.

The location was good and the price was fair for what was given.

The apartment was fine, though the cleanliness wasn't great. Lots of dust all over especially on the fan and the extractor in the bathroom (which didn't work anyway). The fridge and freezer was very dirty, wouldn't want to put food in there. Also a lot of noise coming from the restaurant/resort? next door, not this places fault but worth mentioning.

Couldn’t stay longer

We had a great stay at the Dragon Sea homestay and only wish we could have stayed longer! The A/C and hot water worked well inside the clean apartment, the pool and sitting areas were great, and the location was just perfect with the beach so close and tons of shops and restaurants all around. Van was a helpful host with lots of information and always smiling. We understand why there were people staying for a month or more at this great homestay!

Nice and cozy homestay. We were on family trip with kids. Close to the beach and little clean swimming pool is very convenient for kids to enjoy.

Lovely clean apartment with ever so friendly staff . Only a 2 min walk to the great beach and numerous sea food shacks

The staff- especially Van- are kind and helpful. The location is perfect to access the beach and the main town area of An Bang. They have redone the JR suite and it is great!!!

This was my 2nd time to stay here. I like everything about it!!! (( I’ve never stayed in the hotel rooms because I prefer the bungalow.))

We stayed at Dragon Sea for 1 month. The location is fabulous & the owners and staff all very lovely and helpful. Our little apartment had a kitchen and washing machine. Thank you for having us Van & Huong. We look forward to starting with you in the future. Hen gap lai.

Amazing location close to the beach and restaurants. Perfect setup for a family stay near Hoi An.

De bar was een beetje een zooitje, maar het restaurant was ook gesloten (vanwege de winter?) dus wie weet ziet het er iets opgeruimder uit in de zomer.

A very nice hostess, always responds quickly to all questions and is helpful. I stayed in a room with a kitchen. The kitchen and bathroom were very dirty.

Really clean and cosy, beautiful garden, really responsive host whenever I had questions. Beach was across the road. I loved the little outdoor area too. It was the end of my trip and I ended up spending most of my time at the homestay - it was just so cosy!

Room was dirty. Ants everywhere, kitchen, bedroom. Stayed for 2 nights room wasn’t cleaned after 1st night. No change of towels.

Good place to that in an Bang beach area Hoi An. The location and room was great and very comfy. Close to the beach and the area its self is great for restaurants, cafes and amenities.

Van and her family are wonderful, welcoming hosts. The location was amazing, shops, restaurants and the beach and within 1 min walk. Nice quiet homestay. Pool was a great bonus too.

Charming homestay, we loved the location at An Bang, literally a couple of minutes from the beach. Also good distance for a bicycle ride to Hoi An centre. The owner was very helpful and responsive to WhatsApp communication and offered to organise a few things for us lie tickets for the memories show, private airport transfer etc

We were a group of 8 people ( 2 families) and I had specifically checked in advance that there were free bicycles available. When we arrived the owner said she didn't have enough bikes but would organise them all for us which was appreciated. At check out she presented us with a bill for the bikes though - which we didn't end up paying but very uncomfortable having to argue over that. One of our two apartments had a bad musty smell and we found a huge cockroach in the other one (appreciate it may be rather normal in Vietnam..?)

Quiet and comfortable. The staff really friendly. Easy check in. If we had wanted breakfast they would have arranged it. Stayed in the 2 bedroom unit was reasonable and had a big fridge and washing machine. Would definitely stay there again. 😀

We liked everything about the hotel and An Bang village. The hosts were very helpful and reacted quickly to all our requests, even helped us with a delivery from a marketplace. Our 4 y.o. daughter liked swimming in the small pool and walking around the hotel premises. The hotel is located in the centre of An Bang village, very close to the sea. The outside are is quite busy but inside the hotel premises we felt quiet, private and relaxed.

We had such a lovely stay here, so sad to leave. Van was so helpful and kind, nothing was too much trouble. We had two bedrooms in our spotlessly clean bungalow, aircon and a fan. A well appointed kitchen and a view of Vans beautiful garden. The place was near to the main street and just a minute or two from the beach. The Soul Spa is very close and offers great treatments with a discount for people staying at the home stay. We miss all the family (including the doggies) very much already and can't wait to go back!

It was one of the best holidays in Vietnam! Wonderful, friendly family, high level of service, beautiful new house and new furniture and appliances! First line by the sea. We will definitely be back soon! We highly recommend visiting Sea Dragon!

Dragon sea Homestay has beautiful private rooms with little sitting areas out the front where you can play cards and relax. It was also in a great location close to the beach

Lovely Homestay in beautiful grounds close to the beach with friendly and helpful owners. On the same street as lots of restaurants and bars too. They had some renovations happening so had to change to a different room to the one we had booked, and we were upgraded to a family suite with 2 bedrooms, it was a full apartment with a kitchen and lots of space. Also water, soft drinks and tea available to buy too. Also a short (10 minute) taxi or grab ride into Hoi An old town or half an hour drive from Danang city so lots in the area to explore.

The bathroom wasn’t as nice as the photos looked in the room we ended up in.

Location is brilliant with only a 2 minute walk to the beach, less to the main street with all the cafes. Pool is great, clean and mainly in the sun for most of the day. Air conditioner works well, bed was comfortable. The owners are lovely and can't do enough to help make your stay a pleasant one.

Lovely homestay. Van and her husband took good care of us. Felt like home. Nice pool. Beach 1 minute walk. We worshipped the sun and the sea at Mr. Ca's sunbeds. Great ladies took care. The other one named Tung. Free bikes to drive through rice fields to Hoi An centre in 20-30 minutes. Great restaurants around. Recommend Na Huy. Van arranged tours for us. Visited Cham island, Marble mountains and Monkey mountain. Lady Buddha was huge and gorgeous. Had a marvellous 10 days.

Thank you for the very very pleasant stay. Room was clean, comfortable and have a small kitchen attached to it. The fridge was brand new and cold. Shower water was warm and strong, using solar heating system. I would choose Dragon Sea again if I have another chance to comeback to An Bang beach. Keep up the excellent work!!
