Best overall experience,best staffs and was given the exact room as shown in the image. Proper hygiene and friendly behaviour,and the receptionist behaviour was too good and cooperative, would like to definitely suggest this hotel for your comfort stay .

They scammed us and gave us one bed for three people and said they will give us a mattress to sleep on the floor. I ordered two beds one double and one regular but they fought with us for a few minutes and then asked that we add money to add a bed. Insane.

Nothing it was with out doubt the worst hovel I have been in I slept in my clothes for 3 days in fear of infection and I’m not joking

I was in constant fear for 3 nights I knew it was a massive mistake when we arrived at 4am, stepped over the roadside hobos to find the security guard/night porter asleep under a blanket in the foyer. He had to unchain the front doors to let us in and re chains them as we entered. I thought - where the hell have I come to. He just growled. After checking in, we entered the elevator which had a distinct aroma of eau de tom cat piss. Oh God, the room was even worse. I must say, slightly perturbed on leaving that they insisted on checking the room to make sure I hadn’t stolen the grey, mouldy, foisty towels.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were polite, helpful, and always ready to assist. Even after checkout, they kindly allowed me to keep my luggage at the hotel for a few hours and also let me use one of their rooms before leaving, which was very thoughtful and helpful. The location is convenient and made it easy for us to travel to nearby places. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others visiting the city.

Terrible hotel in all senses. The rooms did not look like the descriptions at all, it said room included shower, bath, hairdryer, where were they? It was just a plastic bucket, the shower head was extremely rusty (impossible to use), no hairdryer, towels were damp and looked like they had not been changed in ages!! Room was dirty, found several cockroaches and used cigarette buds in the drain. Pillows had stains, duvets had smoking burn holes… Floors were dusty and not cleaned at all. Additionally, the rooms reeked of tobacco coming in from other rooms.. walls are also extremely thin (the description said the walls are thick and sound proof). What’s more, one of my items magically disappeared after cleaning service!!!! There was also construction going on although it said newly renovated, zero signs of that. For the price paid, the hotel does not meet the quality at all. Would not recommend it to anyone.

It is not a good hotel for ppl who expect clean,neat,Comfortable stay..Even English news paper they could not provide even on payment basis..Towels I didn't touch even,brown in colour, ages old geyser, TV doesn't work..foul smell in lift..I felt like I was cheated..

אין שום קשר בין הפרסום של המלון למה שיש במציאות. הזמנו 2 חדרים עם מרפסת נוף לגן עם מיני בר וקומקום. מצאנו מלון שאין בו אף מרפסת ובטח שאין נוף לגן ולא מיני בר או קומקום חשמלי. קיבלנו חדר מלוכלך ללא חלון ולאחר ויכוח נתנו חדר אחד עם חלון, חדר מזוהם בתוספת תשלום מזומן במקום. הגענו ל 24 שעות בחצות אחרי טיסה ויצאנו למוחורת אחרי חצות לטיסה חזרה. כך שלא הייתה אפשרות לחפש משהו אחר לא ראוי לבני אדם.

At first, I thought the hotel was okay. However, I was disappointed with the overall cleanliness. While the room itself was acceptable, the floor did not seem properly cleaned, and the hallway outside had visible piles of garbage, which made the environment feel quite dirty. It was also misleading to describe the hotel as renovated. It appeared that only the entrance and perhaps a few rooms had been updated, while the rest of the property did not reflect this claim. Unfortunately, there was no hot water during my stay. I was repeatedly told it would be available “in 15 minutes,” but it never came. After long travels, a hot shower is not a luxury but a basic expectation. For this reason, I requested a partial refund, as I do not believe €26 is reasonable for a room -in India- without hot water. My request was declined, and I did not receive an apology. Additionally, I was asked to check out at 10 AM, which felt quite early for a hotel in this price range. Overall, my experience was disappointing, and I cannot recommend this hotel.
