The property looks exactly like in the picture. There is everything in. Nothing is missing, all clean and relaxing.

We didn’t really like the location. Although it is central and convenient, I would have preferred this aspect of the area to be mentioned in the description beforehand. The neighborhood has a rather rough and uncomfortable atmosphere, with a noisy crowd and people shouting and making noise until around 3 a.m. As two women traveling alone, we did not feel particularly safe or comfortable coming back to the accommodation late at night. We believe this is important information that future guests should be aware of when choosing the property.

Wir waren zu fünft unterwegs mit einem kleinen Baby und hatten zwei Zimmer. In einem Zimmer wurden leider Haare aufgefunden. Wir haben allerdings ein neues Zimmer ohne Probleme erhalten. Mit kleinen Kindern würde ich die Unterkunft aufgrund der Lage möglicherweise nicht buchen. Die Straße der Unterkunft wirkt nicht sehr freundlich und sicher.

We did not stay there

we could not stay there. Our taxi driver advised us that it was unsafe for women to stay there. When we arrived there were several men (near 20) standing outside the car staring inside the windows at us. Our taxi driver told us not to get out and drove us back to the centre of Athens. We had to book another accommodation for the night

The toilet and all bathroom fittings are very poorly designed (probably designed by an amateur company). They look okay a first glance, but they certainly don't work properly. The toilet flush splashes a lot of water outside the toilet bowl which was beyond disgusting. I found myself needing to stand clear of the toilet when flushing and then mopping the floor for the water that was splashed. The shower was also terrible not only at keeping a constant flow of water but also at maintaining the temperature; it was either too hot (hot enough to cause burns) or not warm enough. When setting the knob to a particular temperature, it would gradually get cooler every few seconds till it was no longer a comfortable warm. The bathroom sink was mostly clogged and would barely drain. The mattress was the cheapest foam I have come across; no support whatsoever and got a slight ache in the middle back. I booked for 3 nights and left after the first night at 1pm (so there were 2 nights left on the reservation) and requested a refund. The lady on mezzanine floor that monitors the cameras (Maria I think is her name) intentionally mislead me with false assurances that they would refund the remaining nights if the refund is initiated via booking; I did exactly that but then they denied the refund for the remaining nights.

The apartment was excellent, exactly as shown in the photos provided! Very clean, very spacious, very comfortable, very beautiful decoration. It had everything! I loved it!

The view was amazing..great bedrooms and a lovely outside terrace..air conditioning was fantastic..

A microwave would be good..its uphill from the port..and taxis are hard to come by...but we enjoyed our stay..recommend..

Lokacija loša, nebezbedna, domaćin nedostupan, šifra koju smo dobili za ulazak nije radila, na intervencije i molbe nisu odgovarli, ostali smo za zajedno sa nekim gostima na ulici i morali smo da uzmemo hotel u blizini za prenoćište. Sve u svemu užasno iskustvo sa domaćibom koga ne bi preporučio nikom osim najvećem neprijatelju.

The room was given to us late which delayed our afternoon plans, and when it happened it had a very strong smell of cleaning products, we had to keep the windows open for a while

Only disadvantage is that it is located in a weird neiborhood, however we did not face any issues at all. It is 2 walking minutes from a high street.

Super modernes Apartment, sehr sauber. Sehr komfortabel eingerichtet. Lage Zentral auch wenn vielleicht nicht das beste Viertel. Hat uns aber auch nicht gestört. Kommunikation wegen Eingangs Code hat wunderbar funktioniert. Haben uns sehr sicher gefühlt. Circa 600 m zu Fuß ins Zentrum von Athen zum Monastiraki Platz. Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Umgebung..

Einziger Wunsch, einen etwas größeren Abfallbehälter in der Küche😊

Sehr saubere Unterkunft - top ausgestattet. Personal sehr freundlich. Wir konnten sowohl vor dem Checkin als auch beim Check out die Koffer am Empfang stehen lassen. Nebenan gibt es ein Café vom Hotel. Sehr leckerer Kaffee.

Fenster leider nicht schalldicht. Das Viertel ist etwas rauer, einige Obdachlose und in einigen Straßen (auch am Hotel) wird die Nacht zum Tag mit verschiedenen Händlern. Schade dass das Hotel nicht in einem anderen Viertel liegt, sonst würden wir hier erneut übernachten.

In a very noisy area. Would be woken up everyday at 5am. Windows very thin? Could hear bin men? Delivery trucks, People talking etc.

Het ligt goed centraal, je kan alles te voet bereiken. Ook de metro is goed bereikbaar. Tegenover de accomodatie is een winkel.

Er was te weinig keuze in broodjes voor het ontbijt.

Ak má niekto v pláne veľa si variť, môže byť pre neho veľkosť kuchynskej linky a vybavenie nedostatočné. Ak máte v pláne si chystať bežné občerstvenie/ raňajky a nejaké snacky je to úplne postačujúce.

Nous avons apprécié la propreté et la sécurisation de l'immeuble. L'appartement reste moderne et conforme aux photos.

Le quartier était insalubre et on ne se sentait pas en sécurité. Il y a des hommes partout dans la rue de l'hôtel qui nous regardent avec insistance. Les rues font peur et parraissent très dangereuses la nuit. Heureusement qu'il y a un vigile le soir. Il y a une boîte juste en face qui fait beaucoup de bruit avant minuit. Regardez street view.

Locația. Locația este îngrozitoare, nu poți să ieși seara singură pe stradă, este gălăgie noaptea, nu m am simțit în siguranță deloc. În zona, mai ales pe stradă este plin de refugiați și homeless din Pakistan, Vietnam, Siria etc

Very nice staff, we were able to leave our luggage for a few hours. In general, a very modern and clean apartment with all you need. It is very close to the city center. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at ELA FIVE RESIDENCES and were genuinely impressed by the apartment and the overall service. Everything looked new, modern, and very well maintained. It was refreshing to see that nothing felt worn out or overused. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed, and we especially appreciated the daily housekeeping service. We were traveling with our one year old baby, and the hosts kindly provided a baby crib and a high chair, which made our stay much more comfortable and convenient. The location is excellent, with most attractions and points of interest reachable within 10 sto 15 minutes. There are several open air shops and busy streets nearby, so there are often quite a lot of people in the area. This might not suit everyone, but it was not an issue for us at all.

The only minor downside was that the sliding bathroom door tended to squeak, which occasionally caused problems when our baby was sleeping. However, this was a very small issue compared to an otherwise excellent experience.

We had another fantastic stay at ELA FIVE RESIDENCES. Just like during our previous visit, we were impressed by the quality of the apartment and the attention to detail. Everything was spotless, modern, and felt brand new. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the daily housekeeping service was a great bonus. We were traveling with our one year old baby, and the hosts once again provided a baby crib and a high chair, which we greatly appreciated. The location is excellent, with most attractions and key places easily reachable within 10 to 15 minutes. The surrounding area has many open air shops and can be quite lively, with plenty of people around. While this may not be ideal for everyone, we personally enjoyed the atmosphere and found it perfectly comfortable. The hosts were friendly, professional, and very accommodating throughout our stay. We would not hesitate to return and highly recommend ELA FIVE RESIDENCES to anyone visiting the area.

The only potential downside was the surrounding area, as there are several open air shops nearby and the streets can get quite busy with many people around. This may not be ideal for everyone, but it did not bother us at all and had no negative impact on our stay.

Das Viertel in dem das Appartement liegt ist nicht gerade das Beste. Insbesondere Nachts wimmelte es von Männergruppen, die sich in der anliegenden Straße trafen und bis in die Nacht laut kommunizierten. Wr waren ganz oben im 7 Stock, schöne große Terrasse allerdings sieht man nur auf alte Häuser mit Baracken auf den Dächern. Gute U-Bahn Anbindung.

Like a lot of Athens there is the new, like this apartment block, along some grubby buildings. However the apartment block is immaculate and has good security.

The apartment was clean, easy to get to, and the staff were lovely.

הגענו באמצע הלילה עייפים אחרי הטיסה. הקוד של החדר שקיבלנו לא פתח את הדלת. לא היה עם מי לדבר, אף אחד לא היה בקבלה. מספר הטלפון שנתנו לנו באישור ההגעה היה לא זמין. מצאנו את עצמנו באמצע הלילה עם תינוקת ואדם בן 84 מחפשים מלון אחר. זה הרס לנו את כל הטיול.

Equipa muito simpática e prestável. Os quartos são novos e com todos os confortos muito acima da média. A relação qualidade/preço é muito boa. Não é a mais incrível localização mas em Atenas isso paga-se bem, e apesar de tudo está próxima do mercado e do metro.

New building, close to subway

Neighbourhood. Didn’t feel safe while walking from city center in the evening/night. Inside the room was very loud because of the clubs and traffic on the street. It was very hard to sleep.

The interior is nice and clean and the place is spacious. Located quite close to the metro and city center, so within walking distance from everything you need. Easy to check in and premises are quite nice.

We were located on the first floor and the sound isolation was quite bad. You could hear cars passing by and people shouting throughout our stay. I guess the area itself gets a bit rowdy in the evenings so that could be a problem for light sleepers. The mattress is also on the softer side, way softer than what I would prefer.

Locatia este îngrozitoare. La intersectia a doua strazi pe care stau multe persoane de culoare pana seara tarziu. In conditiile in care geamurile sunt foarte subtiri, este mai mult decat dificil sa dormi cand afara se zbiară pana la 2-3 dimineata. Pacat de interiorul cladirii, care arata impecabil

Le premier soir impossible de dormir car il y a une boîte de nuit en bas de la chambre donc l’hôtel nous a changé de chambre la deuxième nuit

Le logement est récent ,bien équipé. On peut préparer café ,thé le matin et c'est appréciable .Une personne est à l'accueil et assure la sécurité , très courant dans les hôtels du quartier. Il ya des peignoirs et des échantillons de savons ....les serviettes sont remplacées quotidiennement.

L'emplacement près du quartier Omonia que nous avons malgré tout su apprécier de jour. J'avais lu les commentaires mais le vivre est tout autre même pas motivé pour sortir le soir tellement l'environnement est glauque : .des vendeurs àla sauvette , marché improvisé dans la rue juste en bas de la résidence tard le soir , ça grouille de gens....le quartier est délabré et la salle en face de la résidence met la musique techno pas de très bon goût tres tard le soir.Une effervescence qui ne permet pas d'apprécier le séjour pleinement. Même s'il n'y a pas eu d'incidents le sentiment d'insécurité est resté présent .

Rooms were clean, tidy and well kitted out. We appreciated the room cleaning. The facilities were great. The fridge and aircon are brilliant and the bed is comfortable.

The shower curtain in the room being diagonally across the shower was annoying.
