رائع وخدمة ماشاء الله والطاقم كلهم جيدين والشباب الي على الاستقبال عبارة عن ورود ربي يحفظهم ويحفظ المملكة

الاطلاله كانت ع الخلف

الفندق نظيف والمسافة من الفندق الي الحرم مقبوله المصاعد كافية

هناك كثافه في عدد الضيوف وتواجدهم في ممرات الاستقبال مما يشكل ازعاج للنزلاء

لا يوجد نظافة للغرف طول مدة الإقامة العاملين غير مهتمين بالنزلاء كان يوجد شخص محبوس ف المصعد ولا احد اهتم وذهب ل اخراجه

Hotel was good but staff were not very helpful my bathroom sink blocked and I ask them 5 times but they didn’t fix.

To much like long from haram to hotel and steep hill shuttle bus not available all the time I didn’t use bus even once from 4 days stay always use taxi

Обещали 2 спальный диван когда приехали дали 2 одна спальных диван. 2 дня обещали поменять так и не меняли

المكان نظيف وهادي وأطلاله ممتازه جدا.. الموظفون بشوشين وخدمتهم سريعه وكل شي في الفندق مممتاز تقدر تنزل الحرم على رجولك

االطلعه واحنا راجعين من الحرم على الأقدام طلعته صعبه شوي

موقع الفندق و مواقف السيارات متوفرة

انترنت ضعيف جدا و مرات منعدم. صار معي مشكلة في قنوات التلفاز كلمت موظف الاستقبال ولا حل ورسلت واتس اب على رقم المدير 059 287 0549 و الرسائل يقرأ ها و لا رد حتى على السلام عليكم.

Terrible service.

Terrible service. They have multiple third party companies HIDDEN! When you arrive there is no direct check in with hotel. You have to wait for their “SUPPLIER AGENT” to come after 4PM and fight for one hour to get your room. Then wait another 1 hour for them to clean the room so you will end up entering your room at 5:30:6pm evening So disgusting and terrible experience. First time I have faced with such situation. The moment you enter the lobby if you see hundreds of people waiting or fighting that means same experience awaiting you there Good luck 🤦🏻‍♂️

سكنا 10 ليالي نهاية رمضان في البرج الثالث، كل شيء كان تمام النظافة والترتيب والخدمات اليومية. الفندق قريب جدا مشي اقل من 8 د للحرم، العودة حول 15 د لأن فيها طلعة شوي لكن مقبولة في أوقات الزحام تكون أهون من زحمة الباصات. أحيانا في ليالي الزحام الشديد كنا نصلي على الرصيف أمام الفندق، مكبرات صوت الحرم توصل للصوت والصفوف متصلة. بشكل عام أفضل تجربة لنا في شارع أجياد مقابل التكلفة

الاستقبال ما كان أفضل شيء في البداية، وأعطونا غرفة خطأ كان فيها شخص آخر! يس بعدها ضبطوا الأمور وكل شيء تمام الغرفة ينقصها كواية ملابس، لكن توجد خدمة غسيل وكوي في الفندق برسوم جيدة

- The hotel rooms are clean - Sttaff are cheerful - so close to the south gate of Al massjid A nabawi - there is a Gym

- the food is the biggest issue, the quality is bad, low cost cheap products - the restaurant is understaffed, tou may find 1 person doing 3 pple tasks which generates bottlenecks along with bad to medium service quality

Following were in BAD condition Beds Bathroom And staff were not helpful at all, an instance- I put my Lugguage on trolley there were no helper to carry and then while I park my car and come back they threw my luggage on floor and took trolley ? When I complain to reception they say sorry we cannot control this !!! Will never book again

Location is very good apart from the steep hill coming back from Haram.

Check in and check out times were inconvenient. They need good restaurants or rather better variety in their restaurants.

القندق ما ينظفون الغرفه الا وانت واقف على روسهم اذا رحت ما ينظفون لما سالت الاستقبال قال سياسة الفندق ما ننظف الا وانت موجود بالغرفه يعني اروح اصلي والا انتظرهم ينظفون الغرفه المصاعد جدا زحمه ممكن تقعد ربع ساعه بالطلوع والنزول طلعة الفندق متعبه جدا الاستقبال مايرد اتصلت كذا مره بس عشان احد يجي يشيل الشنط مااحد يرد العمال عند الباب ينظفون الغرفه اللي جنبي افتحله الباب اقول تعال نظف اروح اصلي اجي ماحد نظف

لايوجد احذيه للحمام لاتوجد مكواة الرقم الموجود محد يرد ابدا حاولت الاتصال وانا بالحرم عشان اعرف مكان الباصات لكن للاسف خدمه سيئه اقامه ماراح اعيدها

The cleaness of d hotel

1. The Hill is so treble 2. No wifi at all throughout my stay which is very difficult for me to communicate 3. No buses at all 4.staff not helpfull mostly they don't understand what u are saying more especially the cleaners

Good huge property , good customer service, easy check in and check out , allowed late check out until 1pm so I can offer Zuhr prayers .

Location is around 15 minutes walk from Haram and on a steep ramp/ slope , on a way back if you are walking it can get you very tired specially if you are not fit enough to walk , disable , elderly or overweight.

Nous avons eu une chambre avec une très belle vue

Madame, Monsieur, Je souhaite vous faire part de mon insatisfaction concernant notre séjour dans votre établissement. Nous avions réservé une chambre double avec un lit double, mais une chambre quadruple avec quatre lits simples nous a été attribuée. Nous avons dû rapprocher les lits, ce qui a rendu le couchage inconfortable. Par ailleurs, la chambre était en mauvais état : travaux inachevés, fenêtre cassée et l’isolation phonique inexistante, ce qui nous permettait d’entendre clairement les bruits extérieurs. Télévision non fonctionnelle, et rideaux arrachés, laissant passer beaucoup de lumière en journée, ce qui empêchait tout repos. De plus, la fenêtre de la chambre, côté extérieur, était extrêmement sale, renforçant l’impression d’un manque général d’entretien. La salle de bain était également sale, avec des équipements rouillés et des fuites au sol. Malgré un séjour de neuf nuits et une réclamation effectuée sur place, aucune amélioration n’a été apportée. Je dispose de photos illustrant ces différents problèmes, même si je n’ai malheureusement pas pu documenter chaque souci individuellement. Dans l’attente de votre retour, je vous prie d’agréer, Madame, Monsieur, l’expression de mes salutations distinguées.

Great hotel. Friendly staff. Short distance from Haram. Only downside is its up the hill on way back from haram which can be difficult for elderly and people with joint problems or kids. But there are frequent taxis outside.
