Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e super disponibile: ci ha mostrato i principali punti di interesse di Santorini, consigliato le attività da fare e, quando abbiamo detto di voler noleggiare un motorino, ha organizzato tutto lui. Il giorno dopo ce l’hanno consegnato direttamente davanti all’hotel, davvero comodissimo! La camera era bellissima, pulitissima e curata in ogni dettaglio, con tutti i comfort. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo l’angolo bar con macchina del caffè, bollitore, tè e due calici di vino. La jacuzzi esterna è sicuramente un valore aggiunto! Una menzione speciale va alla colazione, davvero eccezionale: non il solito buffet, ma diverse portate, tutto buonissimo, abbondante e preparato con grande cura. Si percepisce in ogni dettaglio la passione e l’amore che mettono nel loro lavoro. Struttura splendida e ospitalità impeccabile. Consigliatissima!

Unico lato negativo: aver pernottato solo una notte

The quality of Alaso is well reflected in what you see in the pictures. High standard stay in a beautiful, calm and well designed room. Also the warm welcome, the fast and discrete assistance and genuine hospitality of Michael is 10 out of 10. I highly recommend a stay at Alaso when visiting this jewel of Greece :)

Perfect location, just a 2-minute walk from the center of Fira, yet in a quiet area. The room was spacious, spotless, and had everything we needed. Breakfast was very good, and having a different omelet every day was a nice touch. There are plenty of restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and pharmacies nearby. A special thanks to Mike! He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. He gave us great recommendations and made everything much easier. His hospitality really made a difference. Highly recommended!

Mike è un host super preparato, gentile, disponibile, non ti fa sentire mai solo durante la vacanza, fornisce ottimi consigli ed è davvero sempre disponibile. La struttura è molto carina in una posizione centrale ma in un area silenziosa di Fira, vicino al parcheggio quindi anche Molto comoda

Everything. It’s clean and has all amenities needed for a good stay. Mike was amazing, he made check in smooth and was kind enough to provide suggestions for the evening. Will stay again if in Fira, since it’s also so close to the centre.

We really enjoyed the stay at Alaso Design Suites. The breakfast was exceptional with different combinations of both savory and sweet dishes every day. The property manager, Mike, is very kind and helped us by allowing us to stay at the property until late evening because our flight was delayed by two hours. The Rooms are curated down to every single detail, and cleaning service is very thorough. We truly recommend this place for your stay in Santorini!

Super consigliato! Ottima struttura, soggiorno piacevole e staff super cordiale. Zona ideale per chi non vuole noleggiare mezzi e usufruire della bus station di Thira.

Un soggiorno semplicemente fantastico! La struttura è moderna, raffinata e curata in ogni minimo dettaglio. La posizione è eccellente e la vasca idromassaggio è stata la ciliegina sulla torta. La camera è dotata di tutto ciò che si può desiderare: letto comodissimo, bagno impeccabile, asciugacapelli, ferro da stiro e tanti altri piccoli comfort che fanno davvero la differenza. Ma il vero valore aggiunto è Mike, un padrone di casa eccezionale: gentile, disponibile e sempre pronto a dare il consiglio giusto. La colazione è un’esperienza a parte, ogni giorno diversa e preparata con grande cura! Mike è inoltre un punto di riferimento fantastico per organizzare il soggiorno a Santorini: trasporti, escursioni, ristoranti, noleggio quad e qualsiasi altra esigenza. I suoi consigli ci hanno permesso di scoprire l’isola nel modo migliore. Struttura 10/10, ospitalità 10/10 e un’esperienza che ricorderemo a lungo. Consigliatissimo!

We had realy great time here it was spotless clean and the pol was realy amazing. Breakfast tasty and it was realy close to parking compare other locations. Restaurants and amazing views just 4 min Walk .

Il top del soggiorno è stato Mike, sempre simpatico, cordiale e disponibile, capace di rendere l’esperienza ancora più piacevole.

Choosing this hotel was the best decision we could have made! From the moment we arrived, Mike welcomed us with a big smile. He took the time to explain everything about Santorini, recommended places to visit and activities to do, and showed us everything clearly on a map. That level of care and hospitality is truly exceptional. When we entered the room, we were amazed. The jacuzzi was perfect, the room was beautifully designed, and everything was spotless, modern, and brand new. The breakfasts were excellent—delicious, varied, and thoughtfully prepared. There was always plenty of choice, and nothing was missing. Throughout our stay, the room was cleaned and organized every day, and everything was maintained to a very high standard. The location is unbeatable. It’s right in the heart of Fira, and just a 2-minute walk brings you to the main street with all the shops, restaurants, and attractions. I highly recommend this hotel! There is absolutely no reason to hesitate—just book it. We would definitely stay here again and again!

Etwas mehr Privatsphäre vorallem auf der Terasse/ im whirlpool im Obergeschoss wäre super.

The stay was incredible, the staff was very welcoming and met all of our needs and requests. The facility was clean, the hot tub was the perfect temperature. The breakfast was wonderful. The property is situated close to anything you might need.

Everything was excellent. The rooms were modern, clean, and the bed linen was changed daily. The hotel is in a perfect location, right in the center of Fira. The breakfasts were delicious and offered a good variety of options. The staff deserve special recognition. I have never experienced such a professional, friendly, and helpful team. Mike and the housekeeping staff did an outstanding job and made our stay exceptionally comfortable.

The hotel is well-designed and I like the style! The beds were extremely comfortable, it made me feel at home. The breakfast was excellent with freshly cut fruit, bread, omelette and a crepe. All of them has good taste. The dining place was spacious and they served the dishes one by one in our chosen one-hour breakfast window.

The room was a bit compact. It'd be better if it has a larger bathroom area.

Nous sommes très reconnaissantes de ce séjour, et tenons à adresser une mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner, copieux et varié.

- L’établissement récent et sa taille (6 chambres), son emplacement dans une ruelle très calme et très proche du centre animé, - La chambre très bien agencée, décorée et fonctionnelle avec terrasse et jacuzzi privé, - L’accueil très chaleureux du gérant, son attention envers les clients ainsi que le merveilleux petit déjeuner copieux servi tous les matins.

Our host Mike was fabulous - he gave us a very warm welcome and took great care of us throughout our trip, breakfast was delicious and substantial, and the location was a close walk to everything. The plunge pool was also the perfect way to unwind after walking around the villages day and night!

Clean and modern. Loved the private hot tub. Michael, the property manager , was friendly, professional and very helpful. Every morning we were treated to a huge, delicious breakfast. The hotel location was very good in that it was convenient to the bus depot and walkable to the Caldera, wonderful restaurants and shopping. It’s not one of the hotels on the side of the mountain so no sea views but that wasn’t essential for us. We would recommend this adorable boutique hotel.

Mike is de beste host die wij ooit hebben gehad. Hij was zo aardig, attent en behulpzaam en nam al onze zorgen uit onze handen door onze excursies te boeken. Altijd werden we door hem gastvrij en enthousiast ontvangen. De kamer overtrof onze verwachtingen. Het was zo luxe en schoon en eigenlijk mooier dan op de foto's. Lekker ontspannen in de ruime jacuzzi en het is rustig gelegen tussen de huizen in het centrum. De locatie is perfect: 4 minuten lopen naar de bus die over het hele eiland gaat, met de bus is het 10 minuten naar de airport, 6 minuten lopen naar de kabelbaan, 2 minuten lopen naar Santorini Main Square met de vele restaurantjes, een kleine buurtsupermarkt op 2 minuten afstand en 3-4 minuten lopen naar de kust voor de caldera view. Elke ochtend was het ontbijt vers bereid en divers en al met al was de service 11 out of 10. Alleen voor deze locatie en de gastheer Mike zou ik voor 100% naar de suites terugkeren.

Our stay in Santorini was absolutely incredible. The location was perfect — close to Fira town, making it so easy to explore the island, restaurants, and shops while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and the hot tub was the perfect touch after long days exploring the island. What truly made the experience unforgettable was the host Mike! His hospitality and service were exceptional from start to finish. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, always with a warm and welcoming attitude. Every morning, the breakfast was fresh, delicious, and something we genuinely looked forward to each day. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Santorini and would happily stay here again

Mike war ein super Gastgeber – extrem nett und aufmerksam. Wir durften sogar gratis das Champions-League-Spiel Bayern vs. Paris schauen und er hat uns dazu Pizza, Sandwiches, Snacks und Bier gebracht. Wirklich außergewöhnlicher Service! Die Suite war außerdem extrem sauber und der Whirlpool einfach perfekt zum Entspannen. Man kann sich dort auch super sonnen und die Lage ist einfach mega. Für mich wirklich eines der besten Resorts in Santorini. Auch die kleinen Details wie die Rituals-Seifen waren top. Man merkt einfach, dass hier auf alles geachtet wird.

Das Zimmer war zwar nicht sehr groß, aber sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Jaccuzi auf der kleinen Terrasse war super und das Frühstück abwechslungsreich.

Everything. The staff (especially Nick) went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The suite was really well thought out and aesthetic, with an outdoor jacuzzi. The breakfast was great, location to Santorini main square very convenient, amenities of the room made it extra comfortable.

We stayed in the executive suite and the room was very clean and modern. It had beautiful decor. The hot tub was a great addition and perfect way to end the day. Perfect facilities, fantastic breakfast, central and quiet location, cosy private swimming pool that is always heated. Mike is very kind and helpful. A dream come true, we will be back.

Au regard du prix à Santorin, le rapport qualité prix est excellent et je ne vois rien à ajouter.

Everything was designed and arranged with comfort in mind. The breakfast was excellent, the staff is very professional, polite and helpful. But I must warn you. The jacuzzi is a trap. It will keep you there for hours, in that relaxing bubble bath, with a bit of wind and sunshine ☀️.

O apartamento é novo e bonito, tudo funciona. Fica perto do centro e da rua principal. Tem mercadinhos por perto e também está próximo da estação de ônibus. O café da manhã é ótimo. Sobre o staff, o Mike tem que ser destacado. Esteve disponível para nos ajudar com tudo o que precisamos, além da gentileza e educação. É uma pessoa incrível.

Could not fault this place in any way! It's superb, so well designed and styled. Linens are crisp and fresh (at the end of the summer season!) room was incredibly clean and because it's all new is so well maintained. Michael and his wife are an absolute joy! Their breakfast's were so lovely, and the room the serve in is stylish and he has satellite TV if needed. We absolutely loved the proximity to everything, literally around the corner and up the hill and you're in the middle of it all -maybe 3 mins

We spent terrific three days in the Alaso Design Suite. It was the hospitality and genuine kindness of the whole staff that made our holiday extra pleasant. The Suite is in the heart of Fira on the island. Many restaurants and shops are nearby. Main bus station is just a few minutes walking distance away from the Suite making things much easier for visiting other parts of the island, the famous Oia area, the red and black beaches, even going to airport, etc. The Suite is a state-of-the -art one. Its modern design makes it like a 5-star hotel. The unique jet jacuzzi just outside of our suite made us good relaxation after activities. Breakfast was a premium service. We loved the different Italian food each morning. Thanks!

Allt! Rummen var jättefina, mysigt med en egen bubbelpool. Väldigt lyxig och god frukost! Otroligt trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Vi kommer mer än gärna tillbaka.
