Residence G Nanshan

The breakfast was very bad!

the vibe and close to mtr station.

nothing

Homely

Breakfast set up and customer service also it’s an apartment setup

The breakfast was good. Not as much variety as a big hotel breakfast, but enough to eat. Can special order omelette, scrambled eggs etc. The breakfast room setting is nice, quiet with indoor trees, and the breakfast time window was long enough that it was not crowded when we were there. I loved the rooms, the modern hip design of the whole Residence G.

Nothing really. It is not in a popular location, but if you need to be in that area, it is perfectly fine.

Apart from breakfast everything is great. The gym is well equipped, the pool is clean and large, and the rooms are clean and comfortable (and exceptionally large). The location is great also.

Breakfast definitely has a room for an upgrade - eggs, seaweed soup and congee. That's pretty much it. I would expect something more diverse from such a great hotel.

The staffs were very helpful and friendly - thank you Nana, Niki and Yama. The facilities were very clean and well maintained as well. Would book again!

Heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt

Property is good. Spacious rooms and good facilities

The Residence location is excellent cos it is just 10 mins away from the wholesale centre in Nanshan. The property is clean and comfortable. Very good value.

Excellent location, comfortable and good value.

Amazing amazing, they really went above and beyond with this stay and allowed me to have a stress free time, from translation to sorting my packages and food, it was really appreciated it.

Quiet and convenient, nice deco and good quality of food at the executive lounge.

Breakfast staff great

The location is excellent. The apartment was spacious and has everything from washing machine to microwave. Excellent, will definitely stay there again.

An ninh khu vực cũng tương đối tốt.

friendly staff, they are helpful.

The lobby and the corridors are bit smelly, they need to open some windows sometimes to bring some fresh air.

Food, cleanliness, comfort

Nothing

The staff at the front desk were extremely welcoming and friendly.

Nothing in particular.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment and loved the space. The rooms were bright, airy and had high ceilings. Bathrooms were clean and it was quiet.

Breakfast selection was limited, but fresh. The toiletries in the bathroom were small, single use ones which was not environmentally friendly.

Pool & gym was fantastic.

Price was a bit high compared other hotel in this area.

Modern style and attentive English-speaking staff.

Location is not close to main attractions.

Cosy, convenient and a very relax place to stay. Just like being at home. Staffs are helpful and very polite. Room is big with kitchen, excellent!

Pretty nice breakfast. I liked the omelet. Friendly staff. Comfy bed with various pillow options. The one I requested (lavender) smelled nice. Wifi with inbuilt VPN. What a bonus!

No bathtub in my room. False advertisement.

perfect location for public transport

no bathroom amenities

The suite was large and cozy. The layout was nice and it seemed to have been recently updated. Everything felt clean and neat. The amenities were a bit more than we are used to at other hotels. The beds were cozy and the amenities felt clean.

We were told that a bed would be provided free of charge for our son, we even had an email stating as such. When we called down to request the bed they informed us there would be a nearly 400 RMB charge. Due to the language barrier we felt we couldn't argue the point. Although the staff generally speaks enough English, the language barrier was an issue several times during our stay.

gym and swimming pool are the highlights. Also love the fact that they have a washing machine in each room. super handy.
