Beautiful property with high tech standards. Everywhere you walk, there’s this lovely scent all around. Friendly staff and great outdoor pool

I was going to say the gym but they are working on upgrading it at the moment for a bigger one so I have no negative feedback

فندق ممتاز وجميل جدا يقع في حي الحمراء في جده أعجبني نظافة الغرف وتعامل موظفين الاستقبال خصوصا الأخت ابتسام الزهراني .

لايوجد مواقف الا للسيارات الصغيره ووقفت السياره بالشمس طوال اليوم اضافه للازعاج لان الفندق يعمل صيانه اثناء الصباح الباكر وكمية ازعاج واهتزازت بالغرفه ولم استطع النوم الا بعد الظهر

الكافيه المغلق في الطابق 8 لا يوجد فطه تهوية جيدة للمدخنين

كل شي كان جميل الموقع اللوبي الغرفة كانت رائعه

الذي لم يعجبني الشاشة في الغرف لا تدعم سمارت تي في بمعنى لا استطيع انزل تطبيقات الخاصة بي بالشاشة وحتى كاس العالم لا يعرف في الغرف ثانياً الكوفي في اللوبي يغلق الساعة 12:30 والمفروض يكون 24 ساعة واسعار كوستا كوفي جداً مبالغ فيه مثلاً مشروب الكوردتادو ساخن بره 14 ريال في الفندق 35 ريال

الفندق جميل وسعرها مناسب على التصنيف وتجهيزات الغرفة، ايضا وفريق الاستقبال رائع واخص بالذكر الاستاذة وديان ( متعاونه وبشوشه) ، الافطار جميل .. الاقامة كانت جميلة 👍🏻

Gym could be better.

I've stayed at several hotels in this area, and this is the best of them by a clear margin — though for unglamorous reasons. Its strengths are operational rather than cosmetic: it's simply run better than its neighbors. The location is excellent. But what actually separated it from the nearby alternatives was execution. The rooms are noticeably quieter, the wifi was fast and reliable for the whole stay, and the staff were quick and genuinely capable. When I asked for a late check-out they sorted it without fuss.

One thing didn't work: I couldn't get my laptop to cast to the room's TV, despite a few tries. Small, but worth knowing if you plan to stream your own screen. None of that changes the verdict. If you're weighing up the hotels in this area, this is the one to book.

Sehr schönes, Stillvolles aber modernes Hotel. Großes Zimmer, schöne Ausstattung. Die Abholung mit dem günstigen Hotel shuttle am Flughafen lief sehr gut und der wagen war für uns völlig ausreichend Komfortabel

Lage war nicht so zentral das wir fußläufig in die Altstadt oder zum Cruise terminal gekommen sind aber Uber Fahrdienst hat zuverlässig funktioniert.

Il personale estremamente disponibile e gentile. La colazione ottima. La pulizia delle camere. La hall con tutti i giochi per bambini, mia figlia ha amato tutte le attività a disposizione.

Forse un po' caro.

Late check out attended without any problem. Room clean I will come back for sure.

I loved the play area for kids with coloring pictures and legos, it was the best quality for me as a mom

I did not like that however I put the curtains, the son is not blocked from the sides

المكان جدا نظيف هادي ومريح -الاستقبال سريعين ولطيفين واخص بالذكر ابتسام الزهراني (اتمنى ان الاسم صحيح) -جلسة اللوبي جدا جميلة وفيها كوستا كوفي-الافطار متوسط ويحتاج تطوير -جلسة الروف جميلة وهادية-بشكل عام اقامة مريحة ونوم هادي واستقبال لطيف انصح به

السبا كان مغلق للاسف للاصلاحات اتمنى يتم تعويضنا بايام إقامة اضافية او دخول للسبا

Nothing at all

I didnt like the room. I was putting on a smoking floor with my 7 month old baby and we do not smoke. There was a no smoking sign in the room with a 500 riyal fine. When I called reception she said she will look into it 2 hours went by and my baby was asleep and the smoke smell started again and my husband went physically to reception to get help and our room was changed. Then the breakfast was not appetising and it said buffet but the choices were minimal. While we were eating the managing was shouting at the staff. We didnt go the second day for breakfast as it was not a good atmosphere. The housekeeping entered our room without our permission and when asked why they said hotel policy. There is a house keeping sign but we never put it on. The hotel manager rami came and he was racist against us said maybe things are done differently in Indian but we are not even Indian and he assumed we were and then denied it. No apology or curtesy was shown. The day we were leaving we called for a porter and no one came 30 minutes had gone by and reception was of no help. Eventually physically went to reception and sat there and got help only after 15minutes. Very unfriendly staff especially ghe female receptionist are very bad and they are the face of the hotel.
