Sink clogged. Water takes 20mins to go down. Toilet & bathroom lights not working Aircon/ heater not working. No safe in room Freezer ice was full, nothing could fit inn. Plug in bathroom not working. Flushing in toilet jams and water runs nonstop

That there is no support with carrying of bags. A trolley can be helpful. Our room was not serviced on saturday- we did not know this is the case.

Reviewed Jan 29, 2026I like this place. It is cosy, self contained with a superb kitchenette and the host, Gloria, is very friendly. Everything you may need is available in high quality. The apartment is very clean. I see myself residing here everytime i am in town.

The place could have had an air conditioner or a fan instead. The sink in the bathroom was blocked so water couldn’t drain out.. leaving it very dirty and unpleasant. The corridors always smelled of cigarettes which was very bad for me as an asthmatic person.

Reviewed Sep 13, 2025The apartment was very poorly cleaned and had a smell that indicated so. The carpets and furniture had stains, the shower had mould. Unfortunately the fridge froze my supplies and the microwave didn’t heat up anything. The air conditioner didn’t work either.

Reviewed Aug 30, 2025Skye apartments are located in the heart of Sandton, a short walk or even shorter drive to two malls. It's very safe and the comfort of the guests is a major priority.
It would be lovely if findong the parking bay was made easier. At present the system is quite complex.
