Sus indicaciones fueron claras, precisas y oportunas, lo que hizo que la estadía fuera muy cómoda desde el primer día. El departamento se encontraba impecablemente limpio, ordenado y en excelentes condiciones, reflejando un alto estándar de mantenimiento. Asimismo, las instalaciones son de gran calidad y el entorno es muy tranquilo y seguro; durante toda la estadía no se percibieron ruidos molestos, fiestas ni música que afectaran el descanso. También quiero destacar la amabilidad de los conserjes y la excelente ubicación, con numerosos comercios cercanos donde es posible encontrar todo lo necesario. Estoy profundamente agradecido por la atención recibida. Sin duda, recomendaría este alojamiento con total confianza. Una experiencia 100 % satisfactoria.

Reviewed May 27, 2026Super cheap considering it was a long weekend (public holiday). Very kind host. Close to all the shopping centres. Very clean. Hot running water. Heating system worked perfectly making our stay really comfortable during this cold weather. Fast wifi too; I was able to work and have online meetings with no problems.

La persona al llegar a la instalación me cobró más dinero de lo que aparecía en la aplicación. Al momento de llegar a la puerta y realizarle la transferencia me dijo que no le llegaba por lo que tuvimos que esperar harto rato culpando nos en vez de verificar en su banco. Dentro el departamento estaba sucio, alfombra sin aspirar. El baño que era en suite tenía el estractor tapado en mugre por lo que tuvimos que destaparlo nosotros para que funcionará. No tenía ropa de cama, solo las sábanas, el cobertor estaba en el clóset sucio. No volvería.

The bed was comfortable and there was a fan for if its hot. The host was very helpful and gave us detailed instructions on how to get to the flat and check in. The location is a <5min walk to the metro. Would definitely recommend and come again.

Small issues with reception regarding pool use due to the language barrier but was cleared up after a few minutes.

This man needs an award! My wife and I were impressed with the cleanliness of the apartment. Fully stocked, great view, amazing pool, great water pressure, and incredibly priced! Security at the door made it feel like a safer location, walking distance from great food! Truly 5 star treatment! Would recommend to my closest friends and family and hope it’s available for future travel!!

Reviewed Dec 30, 2025Ausstattung der Unterkunft und Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber waren sehr gut und sogar auf deutsch möglich. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nahegelegen. Auch mit der U-Bahn ist man schnell im Zentrum der Stadt.
Die Umgebung der Wohnung ist touristisch nicht schön und bei Dunkelheit laut Einheimischen auch nicht unbedingt sicher.

Quizás, desde algo muy personal, noté que había pocos restaurantes o carritos de comida chilena. El anfitrión ofrece servicio de traslado al aeropuerto a un precio razonable y muy cómodo. Es un joven discípulo del maestro Mian Tian, de carácter tímido y honesto. Además, por las mañanas sirve desayuno, lo que me resultó muy práctico.

Reviewed Jun 24, 2024The staff is impeccable, super nice and helpful. Clean and warm apartment came with free snacks and water, salt, oils. You can also see Amazing sunsets from the balcony or from the bed that had a big window.
Surroundings may look a bit intimidating (due to the neighbourhood) but I walked at night and didn’t feel unsafe, there are stores open up until midnight across the street so you don’t need to go far if you need to grab something.

Reviewed May 20, 2024We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Santiago de Chile. The combination of a perfect location, easy access to sights, close to restaurants and quiet neighborhood, made our stay truly enjoyable.
While everything was great, the only thing we missed was the convenience of a coffee machine. Perhaps adding one in the future would be a great touch.
