Very good, but one little thing: in the room smell so bag sewage system.

Chambres climatisées avec lit confortable et joli jardin avec piscine Personnel très gentil et super réactif, je me suis retrouvée avec le pommeau de la douchette des WC cassé dans les mains et je ne savais pas où couper l eau, je suis allée les voir pour les prévenir et ils m ont résolu le problème avec remplacement par un neuf dans les heures suivantes. Situées dans une rue calme très proche du night market Sindhu (moins de 5 min à pied) et d icon Bali et de la plage (environ 15 min à pied)

Moisissure dans la salle de bain cachée avec du scotch orange supplément mauvaise odeur, le trou d'évacuation de l'eau de la douche est a l'autre bout de la salle de bain donc on inondé tout. Chambre pas comme sur les photo vielle propreté pas fou la clim ne marche pas c'était un four on a dû couper le frigo qui faisait un bruit monstre, cousin dur comme pas possible. Pas de poubelle pour le papier toilette dans la salle de bain, fissures sur le mur. La goute d'eau c'est l'expérience gost busters avec la porte de la salle de bain qui s'ouvre et bouge toute seule. On devait rester deux nuits on n'en a fait qu'une

Frog Homestay is in a perfect location - close to the action and the night market, but far enough away to be a nice and quiet. The staff were very friendly. Room was comfortable. Woulod stay again

Lamentablemente, me dieron una habitación que tenía un olor muy fuerte a cañería y humedad. El baño tenía una una gran mancha de humedad y supongo que provenía de allí. Solicite cambiar de habitación, pero no tenían disponible. Así que tuve que buscar otro hotel para dormir.

Location was great and close to shops , icon Bali and only an 8 minute walk to the beach. Ice cold air con, a fridge freezer and very comfy beds !

Can’t fault anything , the staff were so friendly , the pool area is well looked after and very pretty , cold drinks available as well.

Wonderful staff, Robert was super accommodating and drove us around to multiple cultural sites, and even blessed us when we were leaving. The breakfast was yummy and the location is very ideal! The pool was lovely too.

Not many options for breakfast but what they do have is simple and tasty. When booking taxis or grabs they arrive at the next street along so just keep that in mind.

Very run down. No top sheet, only small blanket. TV & WiFi not working in our room. Asked them to fix, but never happened.

I can’t really fault it. It’s a Homestay that’s attempts to make you feel at home. Wi-Fi is a little frustrating, but that’s pretty much everywhere

Nothing to dislike

Ok comfortable room, nice swimming pool, nice and very quiet despite being close to major road.

My parents staying in another room got duvet but we didn't. Only pillows and bedsheet on the matterace (not even top bedsheet to cover with). After asking more than once, we got a bedsheet to cover with and some thin blankets but not duvet. Also no way to get extra pillow even though we asked more than once. Seems they are short on bedding. This made our short stay not very comfortable, apart from that everything was fine. I also don't recommend booking island boat through this homestay, we didn't get a good price and we got a very bad boat company.

Perfect location, clean rooms, and amazing helpful staff. They let me hold my bag there for a day while I went and stayed on Nusa Lembongan at no extra charge. Will be back next time I’m in Sanur!!! Thanks guys

This is very much an experience where you are part of a family stay. In my circumstances where I was in crisis following terrible news that saw me just waiting to get home to a very sick dear friend the support I received was incredible. I had a moment of distress and received such compassion. The stay was a comfort in a very difficult time. The welcome home at night by the adorable pets was a bonus. Clean, comfortable and so kind, I can’t recommend this stay enough and will return for sure. Thank you xxx

Very basic accommodation, matched the price well. The staff were very relaxed and made the check in and check out process really quick and easy - I stayed only one night so that was appreciated. I was able to park my scooter off the street and in the secure garage which was really great especially in this area. The hotel was very calm and quiet at night.

The room really was very basic, the bed was not super comfortable. I had to unplug the fridge at night because it was buzzing so much.

Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und ein kleines Familienunternehmen. Die Zimmer sind einfach und sauber. Das Homestay bietet einen Transportservice an. Der Innenhof mit Pool ist liebevoll gestaltet. Das Homestay hat ein gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis und ist nur ein paar Gehminuten vom hiesigen Nachtmarkt entfernt. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

A beautiful, well kept homestay with very friendly and helpful hosts. We enjoyed refreshing swims at the end of the day and sitting amongst all the greenery. The room was very clean and a good size. The aircon worked very well. There are a couple of breakfast options - we had the eggs which were delicious and we appreciated the plates of fresh fruit given as well! Although back from the beach, we liked the location. It was only a 10 min walk to the beach or Icon Mall and was on a quiet back street which we preferred. There were plenty of food options close by.

Our room probably needed a new shower head and adding a kettle etc to the room would make it better. We would have preferred a bigger blanket too, although I’m sure they would have given us another if we’d asked as they are wanting their guests to be comfortable and happy!

Odpływ w łazience. Ale to wina tych co to budowali. Biorąc prysznic właściwie cała łazienka i ubikacja są mokre.

Le personnel est vraiment très gentil et agréable. Les extérieurs sont très beaux.

La douche à côté ( au dessus) des toilettes et l’odeur d’humidité dans la chambre. Le wifi également fonctionnait très aléatoirement.

L emplacement pas loin du marché et de la plage nous avons dormi au calme. Notre avion partait le soir nous avons pu laisser nos bagages et passer la journée à sanur et profiter de la piscine. J ai adoré la déco du jardin petit déjeuné sur place mais attention les prix mentionnés sur Booking ne sont pas bon tout est à la carte

Je n avais pas de draps pour dormir et la poire de douche était cassée pour une nuit porche de l aéroport et de sanur c'est suffisant très bon rapport qualité prix

We really enjoyed the family feel and friendliness of the staff. The pool was lovely as were the breakfasts we received. Robert, Jack and family couldn’t have been more helpful.

Our bathroom door did not close as the shower had made the door swell and not fit, this wasn’t enough of a problem to upset our stay…

Solo estuvimos una noche, está cerca del aeropuerto y nos gustó la habitación y la zona, al lado del mercado nocturno.

Velmi dobrá poloha, super bazén a milí lidé, kteří ubytování provozují. Vybavení jednoduché, ale vše, co člověk na krátký pobyt potřebuje tam bylo. Pohodlná postel a možnost dokoupit si snídani a/nebo kávu. Dobrý poměr ceny a kvality.

Great location near Icon mall, beach, short ride to Sanur Harbour. Cosy, feels like living in a garden.

It will be nice if can lend out a hairdryer when needed. Not expecting to provide in room as this is a low budget place.

Unfortunately we got a room in the sun. That means from 7 am to 16.30 pm sun on your terrace so you can't sit outside as there is no shade! It was fully booked so no option to change room The airconditioning started to leak really bad, we got new towels and could use the old ones to keep the water from going on the floor. They would call maintenance, they never came in the 2 nights we had left. No desk in the room like in some of the picture so a small room with a bed No drinking water available :( Only 2 plugs in the room and 1 of that is in use for the fridge . The other is next to the sink Wifi not good.

Un nescafé pris dans la zone partagé (style auberge) , c'est à dire un pot laissé par d'ancien client ...-> facturé 20 K par personne !! faut pas exagéré même si cela ne rprésente pas grand chose , pour 20 K vous avez un expresso dans un hotel 4 étoiles sur la plage de SANUR

Location is perfect, a few minutes from the beach and Icon Bali mall. The staff were very welcoming and always helpful.

The whole atmosphere is very warm and welcoming. The family owners are all really kind, friendly and helpful. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable.

Such a beautiful garden surrounding the sparkling pool. Staff and owner were very friendly and accommodating. My upstairs room had a balcony which always had cool breezes. Aircon and wifi worked well. A little oasis. Very handy to Sinhu night markets, restaurants and bars. Only a very short walk to Icon Mall and the beach. Quiet.

As a solo female traveller, the homestay, being set back from the main road, meant a very quiet and dark walk back in the evenings. Felt safe during early evening hours but would recommend Gojek bike back if staying out late. Had the very common issue of a smell coming from the bathroom drain. Just place something on top of it when not showering, that fixes the problem.

The location is great, plenty of options for food, shopping, and beach. The staff are so nice and helpful when needed. The pool is a nice option to cool off during the hot days. The grounds are really beautiful taken care of with lush garden vibes.

The rooms smell very wet and moldy. The sink in my room wasn’t mounted properly. The shower isn’t inclosed at all so the water runs everywhere and the drain is t positioned in a good spot for drainage. The bed was a bit uncomfortable and I wasn’t provided a proper duvet just a weird throw at the end of the bed. The WiFi was intermittent but worked when it would connect.

Room is very big. It is located very near to sindhu morning and night market so you dont have to worry that there is no food to eat. Walking distance to icon shopping mall where you have more food options. Next to the mall is a beach. Across the street there is also many massage. At the homestay the dog and cat is super cute too! Dog will recognize you from the coridoor and walk back woth you. Cat will follow you up to your room! Given the price, it is ok to stay there just that the facilities is pretty old.

There is only one socket available in the room which is located next to the basin so it is very dangerous while you have to charge your devices, there may be water just around it. Another socket is under the table next to your bed. However, only if you have a super long wire, if not you are unable to use it. Basin choke for the first few days, after that as you use it more then it is ok. Water pressure for shower is super low, take you a while to shower. Air con only turn cold after 8hours when you are about to wake up. There is also cockroach and mosquito spotted in the room. Might have some language barrier communicating with the owner.

The staff were great. It was nice to chat to them at breakfast. The breakfast was nice and made with care each day. The room was a good size. The pool was great. I really liked the plants/garden area. The location is perfect - away from the noise but walking distance to the beach and shops.

The air conditioning in my room has been placed in a location that makes in ineffective. We closed the bathroom door which helped a little bit but over all the temperature of the room was uncomfortable. Sitting outside by the pool and garden was nicer than being in the room due to the heat.

I booked this guesthouse very spontaneously and I’m more than satisfied! The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming – you feel at home right away. The room was clean, cozy, and nicely decorated. I especially loved the pool, which was perfect for relaxing. They also offer breakfast, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The location is great as well – everything is easily accessible.

Honestly, there’s nothing to complain about. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The location is quiet and relaxing, with the beach only a 10 minute walk away and the night market just 3 minutes from the homestay. The ambiance is lovely, the staff are friendly and welcoming, and the pool was sparkling clean. The beds were also very comfortable.

Unfortunately, there was no air conditioning in one room for two nights, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable. The rooms felt shabby and in need of maintenance. The shower was poorly maintained, with only around ten water jets working and clearly needing a deep clean. Housekeeping was inconsistent. The manager promised a refund if the air conditioning wasn’t fixed after the first night, but this was not honoured.

Sehr gute, zentrale Lage und schöner Garten. Zimmer was wie beschrieben, sehr sauber. DerPool war zwar klein aber super zum kurzen erfrischen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Beautiful garden and clean pool. Our room was comfortable and we really liked our generous balcony position. Staff were very pleasant.

Some extra maintenance is due. Bathroom dr couldn’t close and front dr is tight. Fridge shelves are broken and need replacing.
