Manda Homestay

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is great — it’s quiet, but you only need to take a short walk to reach restaurants and the beach. The bed was comfortable and the hot shower was great. The Wi-Fi also worked well. Having a fridge in the room and an outdoor kitchen was so convenient — you can make tea, cut fruit, etc. The staff were also very friendly! We would definitely recommend staying here. ✨

Sparkling clean room with all you need for a short stay in Sanur. Location is nice, walking distance to the beach and cafes, yet quite far from the road so it wasn’t noisy. Good water pressure in the shower, hot water is hot, and there’s a nice outside space with a kitchenette. I liked that the fridge was also outside, so the room being small didn’t feel too tight with stuff. The owners family is super nice and friendly and ready to help if needed.

There is no possibility of parking a big car due to a very narrow alley leading to the homestay. Normal taxis are ok to drop off and pick up though. The flush in the toilet sometimes works weirdly (but still works however).

1인실 침대가 큼(본인 혼자 씀). 방 자체 깔끔. 위치도 딱 좋음. 샤워기헤드 교체 가능. 직원들이 매우 친절!! 일출 보기 넘 좋은 위치.

카운터에선 잡히는 와이파이가 안내받은 책자에 적힌 와이파이는 사용할 수 없어서 개인톡으로 다른 와이파이 비번 받아서 썼음 직원이 3번룸 들어가서 와이파이 잘 작동하는지 확인하면 다음 사람한테도 좋겠네요~

The location is perfect. This homestay is so clean. The bed is fantastic. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The outside kitchen we like very much. Make your own coffee and breakfast. We will never try another place again and come definitely back.

-location: few minutes to beach and nice restaurants, and VERY QUIET place, kinda hidden (FYI Grab car cannot go all the way there, so if road is too narrow, you're probably in good place) -very nice and communicative staff -AC is very well designed, can cool whole big room and not freeze your sinuses -FYI keep your food stored closed, lizard ate my chips xD -the room was big, there was place to store things, big bed and soft pillows that can be easily modeled for neck shape -the building with rooms keeps trmperature for few quite long after turning off AC

-night lamp was a bit too dark for reading in my opinion

My room/porch and kitchen were tucked away to the side. My kitchen was indoors unlike others they have are outside. AC worked well and hot water. 10 min to beach walk and many restaurants near by. I will return! They rent bicycles! Great staff!!!

Mattress needs replacement. It has a dip where ever I moved. The walls are thin that I could hear the people talking in the next room. No free bike or water. No breakfast or coffee but I made my own. Small room but great for me!

We weren't really expecting too much of our stay in Sanur, but ended up loving it. It was only supposed to be a stop off for a while coming back on the fast ferry from our 2 months on the Gili's, ahead on of our 3 or 4 months around Bali. We ended up staying 13 nights. We chose Manda's as it had a small kitchen, and it was close to the beach and lots of great shops for us to buy groceries and cook for ourselves. The staff are all extremely lovely and helpful. It's spotlessly clean, with room service daily to clean, empty bins, make the bed etc. The rooms are modern, very comfortable and we're already thinking of booking again in a couple months time for a few nights at the end of our tour around Bali.

I had a lovely 2 night stay at Manda homestay. It is a lovely property , exactly as it shown and described. It was in a great location, quiet but just a short walk to shops and restaurants. I enjoyed using the kitchen with n my room very much. A clean and friendly place to stay, I recommend!

Its amazing! Clean, spacious, quiet, reasonable price and lovely host! They take care of the property very well. The plants around is pretty and complimented the unit, the sun and natural lights fill up the room properly. Its like mini apartments with proper stove and kitchen utensils to cook. The owner is extremely helpful and friendly, i felt so much like home! Mbok Putu clean the room properly and always have a big lovely smile in her face.

Very clean, very good facilities, 3 mins walk from main street without any of the chaos or noise from it. Very friendly staff, comfortably bed and rooms. Kitchen area was great. My bathroom DID have a sink for washing hands (some older reviews say no).

No tenía lavamanos en el interior del baño, fue algo que sabía antes de llegar porque al resecar pregunté y me comentaron que podía usar la ducha para lavarme la cara o los dientes, es incómodo pero nada del otro mundo, es decir te mojas los pies cada vez que te lavas la cara !

It's a warm, welcoming space for solo traveller. I was surrounded with lovely families, the room was cleaned every day when you head out. Spacious room, comfy bed, and very handy kitchen! I stayed there for my PADI course, easy to access to the PADI school, and allows me to get everything I need for my trip from the Icon Mall~

We stayed here before, like the staff and very inexpensive. 10 min walk to the sea, restaurants and shopping.

The owner is very friendly. The room is comfortable; it has AC, a big closet, frigde, own terrace with table & chairs, clothing rack, and own bathroom with toilet. The mattress is comfortable and not as hard as other beds I’ve experienced in Indonesia :) If you like to sit outside before going to bed, bring mosquito spray.

Un des plus beaux et agréable hôtel que j’ai pu faire à Bali, je recommande à 100 %, il est dans une petite rue excentrée, calme à côté de tout à pied, tout est propre, Ketut fais le ménage dans nos chambres, tous les matins, elle travaille beaucoup, et tout le personnel est adorable et disponible. Deux bouteilles d’eau offertes et une bouilloire dans la chambres avec de la vaisselles .J’ai passé un super séjour, et je reviendrai.. encore merci, n’hésitez pas!!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped to find another adapter when I feedback that the initial they lent me was a slow charger. The ground is clean and well-kept.

On the first night, there a party nearby and played loud techno music till 1230am. The room reverberated with the pounding of the music. Luckily, it was only for 1 night.

Great little home stay right near the port. Staff took us in last minute after we missed our ferry and were super lovely!!

There is no sink in the bathroom but wasn’t the end of the world

Location perfect for me. 5 to 10 minutes walk to beach, depending how fast I walked, had to pass by the perfect Cafe to get to the beach so was often delayed. Nice quiet spot to return to after a day at beach and exploring. The hospitality and room servicing was exceptional as well. Great pick up from airport. You are not staying at the Hyatt but the value for money for the amenities and service you get is awesome.

No hand basin in the room was the only minor issue but talking with Wayan there will be a refurbishment to include handbasins in rooms early 2026. But don't let that sway your decision to stay beforehand.

Best place I stayed in Bali … the host was really friendly and helpful. Would happily stay again.

Классный номер с кухней, с ремонтом. Постель удобная, отлично выспались. В дали от дорог и пыли. Океан, магазины, кафе в шаговой доступности. До океана минут 10 ходьбы. В общем первая ночь понравилась, решили остаться на зимовку.

Les hôtes ont été très accueillants et chaleureux. La chambre était très propre et les draps du lit sentaient très bon ! La chambre était équipée d'un lit très confortable avec un matelas très épais, d'une cuisine et ses ustensiles, une bouilloire, des bouteilles d'eau, d'un frigo et d'une grande salle de douche avec des serviettes de bain et savon et shampooing. Et il y avait une petite terrasse avec table et chaises Merci beaucoup. Je recommande vivement !

Un de nos meilleurs hôtels à Bali.Situé dans un endroit calme à quelques encablures de la plage et du centre-ville cet établissement est composé de jolies petits pavillons de style balinais avec ou sans coin cuisine.Une très jolie végétation habille l’ensemble.Il y règne un sentiment de sérénité .Propriétaire et personnel d’une grande amabilité et d’une attention touchante.Un grand merci à Ketut pour sa gentillesse.Un vrai bonheur ce séjour.

Le lieu est calme, très bien placé, pas de bruit et à côté de la mer, les propriétaires sont super sympa, souriants et attachants. Nous avions réservé nos premières nuits en arrivant sur Bali là-bas et avons décidé d'y retourner avant de reprendre l'avion. Je recommande sans hésitation ! Authentique

When I arrived there, my taxi driver dropped me far from the entrance. When the middle-aged staff saw me from far away, she ran like a 100-meter sprinter to help me carry my big luggage. I was deeply moved by her kindness. Not only she but also all staff members were really kind and helpful. My room is also large and clean. And it is quite near from the beach and street. While I was staying here for 3 nights, nothing to be desired! Highly recommended!
