Close to the beach via a well paved path. Close to Icon shopping mall and lots of boutiques, cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance. Rooms 9 and 10, Deluxe rooms are spacious and have an undercover outdoor sitting room between them. This was great for us, 2 friends travelling together. Staff were helpful, although some had limited English.

Not the fault of the property, but there is no pool. I thought I had booked a property with a pool. Be aware that there may be loud motorcycle noise from the road. Other guests were very loud until very late one night. Beds are very firm.

Everything was excellent..The staff are always so helpful and friendly.The location is very central to everything anyone would need. .

Julia 2 is a family run guesthouse, comfortable, clean and safe in a very good cental location.

Nothing. There is no swimming pool but that didn't detract as the beachfront is a very short walk where you can hire sun beds or pay a nominal fee to swim in big hotel pools.

The location was great, close walking distance to many restaurants and the beach walk. The staff were very accommodating, welcoming us after a late flight. I didn't have a good night sleep as the mattress was too hard for my liking and they offered to swap us to their other location at Yulia 1, they offered to take us and try the mattress they really couldn't do enough to help us which I was very grateful for. Good value for money.

For me unfortunately the mattress was really hard, I did not sleep well.

Staff was a bit loud; I was right by the kitchen and needed to sleep early.

At the Yulia 2 I had a nice room with perfect and silent AC and a big bathroom with shower and stable water temperature control. The bed was comfy and all was in top condition. The Yulia 2 is located at the corner of a main road in Sanur and a small street leading directly to the beach where you can swim. Walking or biking is possible up north and down south at the coast. Breakfast is served at Billy's or at your veranda and is very delicious and many great choices are available including Indonesian and Western style menu. Staff is very helpful and friendly and it is a pleasure to be a guest.

lots of traffic nearby. also, the hotel booked a car to pick me up at the airport. but I did not confirm that I wanted it. I asked the price. I ended up paying the car IDR 300,000 when I could have taken a gojek for IDR 35,000. I mentioned to the homestay that they were premature in booking the car. They did not respond to that message. Also, lots of sounds of traffic nearby.

Все понравилось , чисто, отличная цена , отношение персонала , месторасположение 👍 В номере был кондиционер и вентилятор Ребенок 4 лет проживает бесплатно, даже предоставили дополнительное место ему, хотя он спит с нами все равно , но приятно что позаботились Самое главное это классное месторасположение , оч удобно и торговый центр рядом и все супермаркеты и пляж отель порадовал 👍

- mein Zimmer war direkt am Restaurant. Man konnte schon früh morgens die Musik hören - Vorhänge habe ich zugelassen, da die Toilette des Restaurants direkt an meinem Zimmer war und die Gäste reingucken konnten

Удобное расположение, чисто, есть все необходимое, холодильник, сейф, маленькая кухня с плитой, по просьбе дали чайник, завтраки хорошие, по меню в кафе. При желании можно пообедать и поужинать. Хозяева приятные.

C'est la troisième fois que je viens à Yulia 2 Homestay. Endroit Balinais agréable, vraiment très agréable avec une équipe super et sympa 👍. Merci à Ketut, Kadek, Hilo, Koma et Putu et le Boss que je salue bien Matur Suskma. Manuel.

Nous n'avons pas été bien reçu,le réceptionniste dormait littéralement en me parlant. Il ne me trouvait pas alors que j'étais sur le tableau derrière lui. Nous avions demandé une chambre à deux lits. Il n'en n' avait pas. J'ai annulé la réservation sur place. Merci booking.

The room and bed was large with separate bathroom and separate other room with wardrobe, working desk/shelf. Had tv, decent size fridge, aircon, good wifi, and fantastically located to shops, cafe's etc, and 2 min walk to the beach

The bed was a little hard but that might be a personal preference for some. Once the hot water started to come through the shower there was no way to adjust it so that it was cooler. The water was too hot to stand under it but I managed with what I had.

Clean, spacious room and bathroom. Great value for money. Quiet location

We have stayed at Yulia 2 on 5 different occasions. It is our favourite homestay in Bali.

We requested a ground floor bedroom and this was confirmed online but when we arrived no ground floor bedroom was available.

The staff are wonderful, of course. The room was large, the balcony was spacious with a very comfortable lounge. A/C and fan was a nice surprise. The bed was more comfortable than I was expecting. The breakfast at Billy's was excellent, as usual.

For some reason there was only a sheet on the bed, no blanket or quilt. As I arrived late at night I didn't worry and just used one of the big towels supplied as a blanket. There was no fridge or kettle, but it was my fault for assuming there would be, rather than scanning the room description to see if they were supplied. All in all, it's great value for money in a premium location.

Great access to Main Street and really close to the beach. Restaurant on premises was really convenient. Helpful and caring staff. Large comfortable room. Cable tv channels. Good fridge. Nice courtyard. Really good value for money.

The big four poster bed was comfy but very squeaky. Only a blanket supplied so had to use my sarong as a top sheet. An electric jug would have been good but easy enough to get hot water from the restaurant.

Чисто и комфортно для проживания, работающий телевизор с ютубом:) большой холодильник, есть газовая плита (наверное если долго проживать можно установить балон с газом и готовить) по запросу дали чайник и немного посуды, просторная душевая с необходимыми принадлежностями. Всё вопросы и просьбы решают очень быстро. Расположение удобное, 2мин до пляжа, рядом супермаркеты кафе, торговый центр.

Příjemný, ochotný personál. Pokoj čistý, vzdušný s balkonem. Ručníky na pokoji. Součastí ubytování je i restaurace, kam jsme chodili na jídlo, které bylo dobré.

The location is perfect, very close to the beach and shops/restaurants but still quiet. The staff was nice and the room was basic, but big & clean and had everything you need.

Noisy road

Die Lage ist top, nah zum Shopping, nah zum Strand. Besser geht kaum. Grosser Kuehlschrank. Freundliches Personal (wie eigentlich immer in Bali).

Der Zimmerservice erfolgte leider nicht täglich. Die Bettdecke empfand ich als etwas kratzig; hier wäre ein zusätzlicher Bezug oder ein Bedsheet angenehm gewesen. Die Suite wirkte auf mich insgesamt etwas dunkel, auch durch die eher dunklen Möbel. Etwas mehr Helligkeit und eine freundlichere Raumgestaltung würden dem Zimmer meiner Meinung nach sehr guttun.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral; nicht weit zum Strand und auch gleich in einer Geschäftsstraße mit vielen Restaurants und Geschäften. Die Klimaanlage war mir zu kalt, nachts hatte ich gefroren. Ich habe eine Decke bekommen und das hat Abhilfe geschafft.

Nachts war es sehr laut durch den Straßenverkehr.Das ging bis nach Mitternacht. Ich habe auf Grund meiner Bitte, mir ein Zimmer weiter hinten zu geben, erst eine Zusage erhalten für den nächsten Tag. Daraus wurde leider nichts. Die Gründe wurden mir nicht gesagt. Ich habe mich erneut an das Personal gewendet. Dann hat es eine Frau bearbeitet und ich konnte dann 2 oder 3 Tage später (1.4.) in ein anderes Hotel umziehen, das dem gleichen Inhaber gehörte, ohne Zuzahlung. Dort hatte ich dann nachts Ruhe. Auch fand ich das Frühstück in Yulia 2 nicht gut. Ich war froh, dass ich es nicht mit gebucht hatte. Da hat man fürs gleiche Geld in anderen Restaurants ein größeres und viel besseres Angebot bekommen. Auch lief im Bad nach dem Duschen das Wasser ewig nicht ab.

The. Local owner and staff were really helpful and picked me up from the airport at 1am. They were friendly and made me feel welcome. The room was big and clean, very comfortable. It is situated just near the main Sanur road and close to Icon. Highly recommend.

We loved this place it was perfect , air con , very comfortable beds and quiet great location. Gorgeous little restaurant attached with a beautiful breakfast included in the price . Friendly helpful staff we felt at home here ❤️

I had often gone passed here and had eaten in the restaurant. There seem to be many mature solo women travellers. So l thought l would check the place out on a short 4 day trip. The price , location and staff sets it apart from the accommodation nearby. I had one of the superior rooms it was large, the bed was comfy and it very clean. I arrived late and l had sent a message asking if l could have Nasi Goreng and a Bintang which they arranged for me ( calling it in as the restaurant was closed ) During my stay ( l was going to a wedding ) l needed a iron, again not a problem. I found Yuli 2 so accommodating , safe, comfortable and banging for your money. I will most definitely be staying here when in Sanur. ( plus they have the best spa just 20 meters away Inspirations a must do )

Отличный, бюджетный отель, с исключительно удачным расположением в середине города на главной улице, рядом с пляжем. Есть дорога на пляж, не нужно проходить через торговый центр или соседние, дорогие отели. Отзывчивый и дружелюбный персонал, во всем помогали, всегда шли на встречу в просьбах, регулярная уборка раз в два дня, при отеле есть кафе со средним ценником, где можно брать питьевую воду. Во всех номерах есть горячая вода, с хорошим напором. Все очень понравилось.

Немного шумно от дороги, но "беруши в уши" помогают . Рекомендую взять с собой фумигатор от комаров, в местных магазинах в продаже не нашла.

Lage und Anlage sowie dad angeschlossene Restaurant schön und sehr zentral. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit - wenn man es findet. War allerdings nur 1 Nacht dort.

Dusche war unbeweglich und etwas verkalkt mit in die Jahre gekommene (schwierig zu bedienende Armaturen). Das Wasser war richtig heiß und wg Armaturen schwierig zu regulieren.

De vogels in kooitjes. Vogels horen te vliegen daar zijn ze voor gemaakt. Als je van ze houdt, dan laat je ze vliegen en geef je ze de vrijheid. Bedankt namens de vogels🙏❤️❤️

Ligger midt i byen som er super, og nær stranda som også er kjekt.

Det er mye støy fra gata, fra kjøkken/restaurant som hører til stedet. Folk som jobber her bryr seg lite om at andre prøver å sovner eller sover på morgen. De skriker til hverandre, spiller høyt musikk…. Av 3 dager her hadde jeg bare varmt vann en av dagene. Vanne står på gulvet på badet. De holder en due i borde og kunne ikke se under mitt opphold at den fikk vann eller mat. Den prøvde desperat å komme ut 😢

La camera è grande, la mia al primo piano con balconcino sul cortile interno...abbastanza pulita, bagno grande con acqua calda... molto vicina alla spiaggia e a ristorantini ... Perfetto

C erano lavori in corso nella camera adiacente, alla fine non ci sn stati disagi ma avrei preferito saperlo al momento della prenotazione giorni prima, nn la sera prima dell arrivo a quel punto non potevo più cancellare la prenotazione

Świetna lokalizacja, blisko do plaży, naprzeciwko marketu, restauracja przy hotelu godna polecenia.

Hałas z ulicy. Mimo zgłoszenia przy rezerwacji preferencji pokoju dla niepalących, sąsiednie pokoje okazały się palące i w pokoju czuć było dym.

Thankyou to Yulia 2 staff for accommodating and hospitality in the guest room for a 8 night stay . The room was cleaned every 2 days as requested. Fitted with a bathroom , a strong ceiling fan , hot water shower and a working toilet. The location was the highlight , down the road to the beach and located on the main sanur road access to restaurants and cafe's and 300m from icon mall.

Would of been nice to have a mini fridge to store cold water as the room got very hot , the smell of humidity took some time to get used to but wasn't a major problem
