Tesisin konumu çok iyi Luksor ve Karnak tapınaklarına yakın. Havuzu iyiydi gezi sonrası rahatlamak için ideal. Personel güler yüzlü ve yardımsever, herşey için teşekkürler.

Sabah kahvaltısı biraz zayıftı ve peynirlerin tadı kötüydü. Ama bunun dışında herşey güzeldi.

Prime located 4 star professional Hotel. Located on the east bank of Luxor over looking the Nile with the Valley of Kings mountains on the West bank. Luxor museum and local ferry 10 minute walk away. Reception team most helpful and friendly on arrival. The bedrooms are large and very clean.Black out curtains for a good nights sleep.Thankyou to Alaa housekeeping manager in providing a nile view room for me.Asmaa cleaned my room to the highest of standards daily. Free internet,tea and coffee are provided to guests in their rooms. Breakfast is plentiful offering local and international buffet with excellent attentive waiter service. Lunches and Dinners are provided plus room service. Cuisine is excellent and fresh. Fantastic burgers and Pizzas for a lighter meal at good value for money. Beautiful maintained gardens by the gardeners. Large swimming Pool with complimentary beach towels provided. Stylish lounge bar which is open from 5pm to enjoy a relaxing drink. The Hotel hosts a number of gift shops within. Equiped large Gym with Spa clinic. I highly recommend this Hotel for its position,value for money,accomodation,cuisine and friendly staff. Guests relations Managers Mr.Aly and Miss Gi Gi are always available to ensure a great stay. A big thankyou to the wonderful friendly staff who made me feel so welcome as a solo traveller.

Por la noche se puede pasear junto al río, donde hay varios cafés para tomar algo. El hotel tiene piscina grande y un gimnasio. Habitación con balcón (en nuestro caso con preciosas vistas al río), grande, limpia y cómoda. Repetiríamos sin dudarlo..

La única pega, por decir algo, la relativa falta de variedad del desayuno.

Ciò che mi fa assegnare due stelle (ma anche una andrebbe bene, data la gravità della situazione) è un episodio molto spiacevole accaduto prima del soggiorno. Pochi giorni dopo aver effettuato la prenotazione, vengo contattato via whatsapp da tale "JMT Indust", che citando i miei dati personali, nome e cognome, numero di prenotazione corretto, date del soggiorno corrette - tengo a ripetere: i dati personali e quelli relativi alla prenotazione erano tutti corretti - chiede un altro pagamento per completare la prenotazione stessa e invia un link da cliccare. Possedendo qualche competenza d'informatica, ho capito che si trattava di un tentativo di phishing per svuotarmi il conto. Il sito fake era una copia quasi identica di quello di booking.com. Il 31 scrivo all'hotel per informarli di questo episodio increscioso. Rispondono solo una settimana dopo, il primo agosto, dicendo in maniera abbastanza rude che si tratta di hacker e che loro non hanno mai inviato messaggi del genere. Stop. Nemmeno un "ci scusi per l'accaduto, indagheremo...", niente. Per loro, deduco, è perfettamente normale che qualcuno abbia accesso alla loro banca dati, rubi le informazioni dei clienti e provi a truffarli. Per fortuna l'assistenza di Booking ha garantito sicurezza al posto loro. Detto ciò: l'albergo in sé costa molto più di quello che vale. Pulizia accettabile, fatta eccezione per le mosche morte trovate sul pavimento. Il wifi non ha mai funzionato, pur avendolo fatto presente al personale della reception.

El Wifi no funccionaba muy bien. La otra cosa y no depende del hotel es la manera como te ofrecen los servicios la gente local, especialmente los del carrito, justo sales del hotel y ya te estan persiguiendo para que subas y son la verdad muy pesados. Algo se deberia hacer para no llegar a este acoso. En realidad no insultan como otros paises ni ponen malas caras pero te persiguen dirante un tiempo, una situacion poco agradable para turistas europeos que nos gusta ir a la nuestra. Vuelvo a repetir, el hotel no tiene nada que ver.

Las camas son cómodas, muy limpio, el a.c funciona bien, el pequeño balcón con vistas al Nilo da tranquilidad. Te dejan agua cada día. La piscina muy grande y limpia. Te dan toallas para la hamacas. Hay vigilante. El gimnasio con a.c y muchas máquinas. El personal muy amable La ubicación es genial para ir caminando al templo de Luxor y caminar al lado del Nilo. A Karnak con la calor mejor taxi q suelen estar delante del hotel y se ofrecen rápidamente. Ojo! Hay algunos personajes q están fuera del hotel y te asaltan a la que sales explicándote q trabajan en el hotel (mentira) y van al market a comprar azafrán y te persiguen para llevarte al market o te taladran para q les des algo.

La ducha no sale con mucha presión. El wifi funciona bien pero te dan un número para conectarte y deja de funcionar al 2º día y has de volver a pedir otro

The staff were so kind and lovely. They really made the stay in Luxor! We ate dinner at the hotel restaurant which was delicious and open 24hours. We swam in the pool which was nice and cool on the hot day. The hotel room was exceptional and we had a beautiful view on the mountains!

We had a fantastic stay at Aracan Luxor Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Luxor. The hotel itself was comfortable, clean, and in a great location, but what truly made our experience special was the incredible staff. A special thank you to Vergenia at reception, who was exceptionally welcoming, professional, and always happy to help. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable and stress-free, and her kindness made a lasting impression on us. The restaurant staff were also absolutely outstanding. Every meal was made even better by their warm hospitality, attentiveness, and genuine friendliness. They consistently provided excellent service and always made us feel valued and welcome. It’s the people who make a hotel memorable, and the team at Aracan Luxor Hotel did exactly that. Thank you all for making our stay such a wonderful experience. Ci siamo trovati molto bene in questo hotel. È moderno, pulito e curato con posizione perfetta. Un grazie speciale a Virginia, che ci ha accolto con il sorriso al nostro arrivo, al signore che non mi ricordo il nome che ci ha aiutati a portare le valigie e a Gigi, che è stata gentile al checkout . Lo consigliamo sicuramente!

I needed assistance because my luggage never arrived, and I was left without my personal belongings. I needed basic items such as shampoo, conditioner, and a hairbrush, but I was told there was no way they could help. In my opinion, as a guest in need, they could have gone to a pharmacy and provided these essential items. Unfortunately, they said they were unable to assist me.

I traveled here back in March of 2026. The staff could not have been more helpful. The hotel manager (Gigi) was especially helpful and personally took care of all our needs.

Everything was fantastic. There wasnt a single flaw in our stay. The location was perfect and the onsite restaurant and breakfast was exceptional.

Deben apartar realmente la zona de fumadores ya que está en el mismo lobby sin ninguna división y todo termina oliendo mal.

4 guests (men friends) being served alcohol on the poolside, they were being very loud and disruptive. I left and went back to my room. Guests should not be allowed to drink alcohol in the pool.

The room was spacious and cleaned and we had everything we needed. The breakfast is good and the staff helpful and nice. The location is just in front of the Nile river, so possible to enjoy the view while having breakfast. The pool area is nice, although the pool should be cleaned.

The rooms were not soundproof, which means we could hear the noises coming from the other rooms or from outside making it impossible to sleep without earplugs. The door that lead to the balcony couldn’t lock. Guests smoked in the room and we could smell it in ours.

Breakfast was not nice. Besides being limited, it was neither fresh not appealing. Vegetables were dry and seemed like they were cut for a very long time, fruits were also not fresh, same with bread and pastries.

The Italian restaurant (only food option) in the hotel is terrible. We went to eat there for convenience and not to be hassled outside the hotel and this was by far the worst food we had in Egypt.

Great value for money it's like being in a resort with 3 restaurants,lovely pool area and recommend using the spa for a massage or treatment and has some shops inside. Food was good and great value,and have to mention Ali on customer relations really looked after us wonderful man as were all the staff,a credit to the hotel we wouldn't hesitate to go back if we returned to luxor.

La chambre de grande taille, avec un balcon et une vue sur le Nil. Et plusieurs tables et des fauteuils. Le grand hall de l'hôtel, très confortable. La localisation qui permet de faire une partie des visites à pied.

Le plus agaçant : le fait que même à l'intérieur de l'hôtel, toutes les prestations proposées sont à des prix exorbitants. Les boutiques vendent des timbres mais à un prix "touriste" indécent. Par ailleurs la chasse d'eau marchait très très mal, ce qui est étonnant pour ce genre d'hôtel. Il faudrait plus de chaises et d'ombre près de la piscine.

Stunning hotel. Location is fantastic. Five minutes walk from Luxor temple if that, and even closer to Luxor Museum. The staff were so friendly. Absolutely brilliant. Found me a very reliable taxi driver for my three day stay. The whole place exceeded expectations and I really loved having a beer each afternoon and watching the sun go down over the Nile.

Das Hotel bietet alles für einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in Luxor. Man hat eine super Aussicht und kann morgens sogar die Ballons aufsteigen sehen, während man Frühstückt.😍 Das Hotel ist sehr zentral und in einer schönen gegend. Es gibt mehrere Shops im Hotel und Touren können auch vor Ort gebucht werden. ☀️ Die Zimmer sind modern und sauber. Ebenso riecht es sehr gut im, was häufiger in anderen Hotels nicht der Fall ist. Der Pool und die gesamte Anlage sind sehr gepflegt. Es wird stets Service angeboten, während man sich auf einer liege entspannt Sonnen kann 🏝️ es werden auch alkoholische Getränke angeboten, was in vielen anderen Hotels oft nicht der Fall ist. Ebenso gibt es ein Restaurant am Pool mit italienischem Flair. Der Aufzug, Klimaanlage, Föhn, TV etc. Alles funktioniert einwandfrei. Es gibt einen 24h Room Service und leckeres Essen. Das Frühstück bietet eine riesige Auswahl und ist sehr international. 🥘 Der Service und das Personal sind Weltklasse ✨ Stets freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Wenn man hier ankommt muss man sich um nichts mehr kümmern. Man merkt das es dem Personal wirklich am Herzen liegt, das es ihren Gästen gut geht. 🙏 Und ebenso merkt man wie entspannt und erfreut andere Gaste über Ihren Aufenthalt hier sind. Das Klientel der Urlauber ist generell sehr angenehm. Vielen Dank nochmal an das Team, ihr wart alle super. Durch euch hatte ich eine wirklich sehr schöne Zeit in Luxor ♥️ Komme gerne wieder
