Staff were ok.

My room smelt damp and seemed dirty.

Location close to pub street and the staff were really nice and friendly.

Dirty, musty, unhygienic, plenty of mould wherever you look, run down and in need of refurbishment. The pictures are misleading and don’t represent the current state of the property. You won‘t be able to enjoy the outside space nor the jacuzzi due to the uncontrolled „wildlife“ that can get into your room if you keep the windows open. Other than plenty of wild leaves falling from the surrounding tree, you can enjoy the jacuzzi with birds‘ poo, big red ants fighting each other and mould between the tiles, you need to make sure you don’t catch some sort of fungus. Your breakfast will be shared with the resident ants and many little flies, that if you don’t mind the filthy cushions you will be sitting on in the „restaurant“. Your will share your room with wall climbing frogs, spiders, ants, lizards, geckos and grasshoppers. You will fill your lungs with musty smells and black mould that was painted over and you might be sitting or touching a previous guest’s dried blood. You need to keep a watch for the rats running, climbing trees and playing with bread in your terrace. Just a disgusting place with no standards. We didn’t enjoy anything about this place at all, we felt like prisoners in the room as we feared what creature can get into the room. If you book this hotel you’ll be wasting your time, money and energy. We booked 4 nights and literally run away after 2 nights with our suitcases at 10pm looking for a different hotel, after already moving rooms once and being offered 2 other rooms one was nauseatingly smelly and of a lower category and in the other a huge spider was roaming around the bathtub and a lizard was having a stroll across the bathroom wall. Luckily the manager agreed to refund us the 2 last nights. Awful!

Very friendly and helpful staff that helped along the way and managed the room check-in appropriately to meet our expectations.

The photos in Booking.com were showing a bathtub inside the room, whereby upon check-in our room did not have it. The website should post the photos that reflect the real room layout and view.

Moderne luftige Bauweise mit vielen Schattenspendenden Pflanzen. Sehr freundliches Personal. Ein sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Wasserrefill jederzeit möglich. Und natürlich war es auch schön abends nochmal Schwimmengehen zu können. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit Balkon und bodentiefen Fenstern wo man direkt auf Pflanzen blickt.

Очень классный отель, дружелюбный и готовый всегда помочь персонал, шикарный номер с 3х метровой стеклянной дверью и окнами в пол, большой внутренний дворик с огромной каменной ванной. Все в зелени, на личной террасе аквариум с цветами и рыбками. Включенный завтрак выше всяких похвал. Трансфер, экскурсии, спа при отеле - все на уровне и по хорошим ценам. Остануться только восторженные воспоминания, однозначно рекомендуем:)

Gostamos da acomodação, do hotel e de todos os funcionários, o que acho que ficou a desejar foi um pouco no café da manhã que nos primeiros dias tínhamos que ficar pedindo, possivelmente por ter pouca gente no hotel mas poderia ter mais opções e variações. Esse é um ponto pessoal, fora isso foi tudo ótimo.

The location is excellent - close enough to Pub Street to go for food/drinks but far enough away so you’re not kept up at night. Only a cheap cab ride (~$7) from Angkor Wat. The staff are so lovely and helpful. We also had a massage which was great and a fair price. Loved having a jacuzzi as well!

Our room was cleaned several times but still had a noticeable musty smell. There were also a couple of issues in the bathroom (tap loose, water pooling on floor, etc). We didn’t raise this to staff but I am sure they would have acted on it if we had!

Excellent staff and services, good environment, locate very close to the market area so very convenient. The spa room provide good relax with privacy, massage and laundry were done perfectly!

Wir hatten zwei verschiedene Zimmer, beide waren sehr groß, sauber und gemütlich. Das Frühstück war gut, der Pool ganz nett zur Abkühlung nach einem anstrengenden Tag. Am Abreisetag durften wir noch den Nachmittag am Pool verbringen und duschen, bevor wir zum Flughafen gefahren sind. Das gesamte Personal ist so freundlich und hilfsbereit, alle Wünsche werden erfüllt. Tuktuks können direkt beim Hotel gebucht werden, zu den ortsüblichen Preisen. Die Lage ist zentral, aber ruhig, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig erreichbar.

El personal muy amabley la habitación increíble, el baño imenso, las toallas perfectas. Me gustó todo.

Igual un espejo en la habitación estaría bien, pero me arreglé muy bien con el del baño.

Die Lage war gut, obwohl es der Taxifahrer gar nicht finden konnte. Frühstück war sehr einfach, nicht viel Auswahl, Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen, kein Luxus aber auch Preis war sehr gut. Wir hatten 3 Zimmer, davon eine Hochzeitssuite - nicht wirklich toll aber ok. Alle 3 Zimmer waren leider im Hotel verteilt, obwohl ich geschrieben habe, ob wir bitte alle in der Nähe wohnen können. Gegenüber konnte man gute Massage genießen und in der Nähe waren 2 recht gute und sehr günstige Restaurants.

The room was huge with the most comfortable bed, we had the best sleep of our Cambodia trip! The bathroom was also huge with a big bath. It felt very safe and the staff were helpful, letting us check in early from the night bus from Koh Rong. It's a good location with Pub Street within walking distance and plenty to do in the surrounding area.

It could've been improved had the AC been easier to adjust, it was either blasting or off. Breakfast was average, with terrible music! The pool was too cold to use when we were there in December. I would've liked the option to choose to have the room with the bath within it, rather than in the bathroom, but the options don't go that far.

Staff amazing. Fast/stable wifi. Room cleaned/towels changed/new water daily without asking. Beds and pillow super comfortable. Room size generous. Shower had hot water and good pressure (not electric). River, many restaurants, pharmacies, coffee/smoothie shops, cat cafe, barber, m/cycle rental (Grab better) and night market all very short walk. Quiet location, no noisy bars. Pub St. and Old Market easy walk. USP is the bath...

Bath took ages to fill and too easy to accidentally drain it. Floor tiles showing lots of wear and discoloration. Very noisy a/c. Room overdue for some renovation. Breakfast had limited choice and only buffet at weekend.

La habitación es muy cómoda, con aire acondicionado muy bueno. La ducha es genial. El hotel tiene ascensor, la piscina tiene chorros de agua tipo hidromasaje y el desayuno también estuvo muy bien (es limitado de opciones pero están bien)

Las condiciones de Booking decían que nos daban determinadas cosas incluidas en el precio. Los recepcionistas no lo sabían pero cuando les pregunté enseguida hablaron con el manager y arreglaron lo que faltaba. Todos muy atentos!

We liked the location, not too far walking to the main streets or 5 min tuk-tuk ride. We appreciated how kindly was the receptionist staff. Laundry fast set. Also, the breakfast buffet was not bad.

Rooms and bathrooms kind of old, need some works to renovate. Bidet spray pressure was way too high. Hanging lamps can't be shut down, you have to sleep with lights all night long.

Очень плохие завтраки. Из мясного только сосиски какого то непонятного цвета, омлет, очень острая лапша и рис,хлеб, масло, ни колбасы ни бекона, ни сыра. И к тому же все холодное. Руководству надо задуматься по поводу завтрака, или не включать его в стоимость или разнообразить, мы за 6 дней практически ничего не ели

That staff at King Rock were all helpful and friendly. Front Desk staff… day and night shift were always helpful, smiled, went out of their way to make me comfortable. The restaurant was good. Breakfast buffet had everything that I wanted. The restaurant staff were top notch. Always helpful and friendly. The pool was clean and refreshing. The pool staff was attentive and kept the entire area clean and inviting. The.room was spacious, TV was newer, smart tv with apps, chromecast, etc. The mattress was good. Between hard and soft … it right in the middle, maybe a bit toward hard. Did I mention how excellent the staff was? 😂

This is a hard one… king rock exceeded my expectations regarding the entire experience, it’s difficult to answer.

The staff went above and beyond to make your stay special. I loved my room with the private jacuzzi, such good value for money. I excellent location 5 mins walk to town. Breakfast is good, noodles, fruit, croissants, bread. Good selection. I loved this hotel I didn’t want to leave!

A lovely serene boutique hotel in the heart of Siem Reap. The staff were exceptional and took such good care of myself and my husband. A big thank you to Mr Kim, Ms Mary, Mr Lyheng and Ms Khim. We had a jacuzzi room which was great and felt very spoilt. After the bustle of Siem Reap, to walk into the reception was very zen. We will definitely be going back to Siem Reap and will be staying at the King Rock Boutique hotel again. 🙏

We were very happy with our choice of this hotel in Siem Reap. From the first contact, the staff were incredibly helpful and gave us great tips for our stay. The room was spacious, spotless, and well maintained, with a huge and very comfortable bed. The large, clean bathroom had excellent hot water, and the balcony was perfect for relaxing. Breakfast was a real highlight, with an excellent and generous selection of both local and continental dishes. The hotel is full of greenery, creating a peaceful, refreshing atmosphere. The location is ideal—just a five-minute walk to Pub Street, yet quiet and away from the crowds. Highly recommended!

鏡がお風呂場にひとつしかなかったのは微妙でした。３日間滞在して、バスタブの栓と洗面所の栓がどちらも詰まり、そのままにしていたら、翌日の清掃後、その栓が抜かれていただけでした。エアコンのつきもよくなかったです。スタッフもどの人も入口にいるのに挨拶がなくて残念でした。

The staff are attentive and happy to assist with issues The on site day spa was great to use on my first day after a long flight Close enough to town to walk in or get a cheap tuktuk ride if it's to hot or raining No issues and thanks to the hotel team for creating an atmosphere where I can relax and unwind

Posizione perfetta: appena 8 minuti a piedi e si arriva a Pub Street ma a differenza di quelle vie in cui fino a tarda notte potrebbe esserci rumore e musica, al King rock regna l’assoluta pace. Vicino si trovano ristoranti per tutti i gusti e anche lavanderie con pagamento in base al peso del bucato. Il personale é estremamente gentile, sin dal primo giorno ti fornisce tutte le informazioni di cui puoi avere bisogno, comprese le escursioni ad Angkor con i servizi di trasporto in auto o tuktuk. Non manca mai il sorriso. Ottima la pulizia delle camere, letto comodo e doccia enorme open space nell’area lavandino. Bellissimo il balcone con vista piscina.

Aggiungerei solo qualche opzione dolce in più alla colazione ma non é stato un problema per me in quanto in vacanza preferisco le opzioni salate.

Great location with easy access to the town. The pool area was refreshing and perfect for us, especially at nighttime. Every staff member went out of their way to ensure our every need and comfort was met. One of our best staff experiences ever.

The a/c in the room we were originally assigned didn't work, and we were upgraded to an amazing junior suite. This still had minor faults, eg phone wasn't working, one blind was stuck open and the curtains were stained. But these could be overlooked because the rest of the room was lovely. The buffet breakfast was unfortunately cold by 9am, but the a la carte options were great. Ideally the dining area would be enclosed to allow for the room to be air conditioned.

Le piscine is beautiful and very nice to relax after a visit. Room are big and well equipped.

All the extras are overpriced: extra bed, laundry. Also we broke a glass (like a very simple water glass probably worth less than 1 $) and they charged 5 $ for it. Knowing we stayed 1 week with 2 rooms, I would never have expected to be charged for this.

The location is great, the staff are easy to talk to, and very accommodating. The rooms are clean but need better upkeep.

AC placement is not so good, so the rooms are a bit hot. It gets better towards night time. Booking dot com details indicate parking spaces. Actually, you park on the street.

The stay was great, the staff was so attentive. They made us a breakfast box to take with us to watch the sunrise at Angkor Wat. The pool area was really nice. We could check out at 4pm for an extra 15$. Beds were comfy. They had a mosquito trap device in the room.

There were a few blackouts (which I understand is normal there) and the AC didn’t automatically turn back on, so sometimes in the night this was problematic.

The best and biggest bed we’ve had since our first night in Hanoi 23 days ago Pool was ideal in the hot afternoon with a great little bar
