The villa was beautiful and cleaned everyday on my requested time. All of the staff were amazing and made sure everything was perfect during my stay. I loved it here so much I extended!

This was my third time staying at Umalas Creek Villas. Ive stayed at many hotel, resorts and villas in Bali and Umalas Creek is by far my favourite. The team and villas are top class.

Villa was really clean and nice. The staff were really helpful and friendly. We checked out in the AMs to go for the Mt Batur sunrise tour. My girlfriend ended up feeling sick in the morning and we wanted to go back to the villa to rest. However, our villa was already cleaned, and they allowed the next occupants to stay since we have already checked out. Nonetheless, the staff went out of their way and allowed us to rest in the living room of the another villa till 12pm and gave us a free coconut drink. Really helpful and lovely staff.

Umalas Creek Villas totally exceeded expectations! Modern, comfy, and spotless villas with awesome facilities. Staff were kind and attentive, making our stay effortless. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway in Bali.

Beautiful facilities, great safety. There were security on site till a certain time that made us feel very safe. Staff were amazing, so kind and treated us well the entire time, wish we stayed longer

This hotel was such a quiet little sanctuary away from the chaos of Canggu — honestly the perfect escape without actually being far from anything. You’re close to all the cafés, gyms, and beaches, but the moment you step inside it feels like you’ve been transported into your own private nature retreat. Super peaceful, no street noise, just calm. The villa itself was stunning. The ceilings were really high, the living room was huge, and the whole space felt airy and beautifully designed. The kitchen was spotless and well equipped, everything was solidly built, and the little touches — like the Dysons and the in-room sauna speakers — made it feel so elevated. The wellness facilities were the highlight for me. The pool was gorgeous, but the hot tub, ice bath, and sauna were next level. The sauna gets properly hot, the ice bath gets properly cold, and they’re available 24/7. I loved starting my mornings there and winding down at night in the hot tub. It was honestly so relaxing and grounding — I slept better, recovered better, and now I can’t imagine staying anywhere that doesn’t have this setup. Great water pressure, consistently hot water, super comfortable overall. Just a really thoughtful, luxurious, peaceful stay. Perfect for anyone who wants to be near the action but come home to total tranquility.

Loved my stay here! The location is super chill and private, especially with our own pool, but still close enough to Seminyak and Canggu, so it was easy to go out for food and coffee. The villa was clean and modern, and I was obsessed with the amenities — the sauna, cold plunge, jacuzzi, and pool, which are shared among other guests, but not many people when we used it at night. It felt like a mini wellness retreat. Shoutout to Made, who was super friendly and quick to help with anything I needed. Overall, such a comfy and convenient spot — would totally stay here again.

Die Ausstattung des Zimmers und die gesamte Anlage wäre eigentlich top, aber leider ist es sehr heruntergekommen.

Die Bettwäsche, die Hand- und Badetücher waren dreckig und wurden vom Personal nach Reklamation ersetzt. Aus dem Abflussloch der Dusche stank es bestialisch nach Kanalisation. Auch aus dem Klimaanlagen und den Belüftungssystemen kam Gestank in die Räumlichkeiten. Der Aufenthalt war dadurch sehr unangenehm und wir waren froh, es nach zwei Nächten zu verlassen. Leider kann ich diese Unterkunft absolut nicht weiterempfehlen. Wir haben in der Villa 4 übernachtet.

Redelijk nieuw, heerlijke spa geur in huis. Faciliteiten waren top. Waar vind je een sauna, ijsbad, jacuzzi en zwembad terug.. Geweldige koffie -ontbijttent in de buurt Sajin.

Misschien locatie maar met een grab taxi of scooter ben je zo overal.

Very attentive staff, from reception to service personal, everyone was very welcoming and friendly. The beds have too tier king koil madress, which makes you sleep very well. The villa has a good size is modern and well equipped. Of anything is missing the concierge service will promptly attend any needs. The pool incl. Hot tub, ice bath and sauna are amazing and a small sanctuary in busy Ubud.

The cleaning could be a bit better

如果能提供早餐就更好了，送洗衣物的價格過高，還需要額外支付21%的服務費，建議若有送洗需求可以到外面的洗衣店，費用僅需villa送洗的1/10左右，而且品質更好，效率(當天即可取件)更高。

職員非常願意幫忙，亦很關心我們，環境非常舒適！！！

Best stay in this villa, super luxuries with affordable price. Everything is well organized, super nice. Villa had 2 stories, living room and kitchen down, bedroom, walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom upstairs. They have pool, sauna and cold plunge to use 24/7

The room was stunning always kept to the highest standard. The staff where always there to help with anything we needed. Whether it was translation, help with travel, advice on where to go, anything ! I felt safe with 24hpur security who everytime we come home late would make sure we got to our villa safely. I couldn't of asked for anything more, will definitely be coming back next time.

Very modern, clean and comfortable. Nice beds. Good ac. Nice swimming pool.

Location. Hot tub not very hot. Some smell from bathrooms. Pricing seems strange 2 bed corner much nicer than standard 2 bed or 1 bed but all very close in price. Wifi not the best.

Beautiful place. Everything feels brand new. The photos are accurate representation. Convenience store is within short walking distance. There are quite a few places to eat nearby as well. Staff can be contacted on watsapp and responds quickly.

Small matter really. This place is relatively new, so maybe that is why Grab app could not quite find it. But the pin location is near enough.

Clean, modern, useful and conveniently designated. Loved the ice maker in the refrigerator and the water dispenser full of clean water at all times. It even had a dyson hait dryer. Attention to details was remarkable.

I don’t have enough words to describe how amazing our stay with you was! Everything was perfect, everything brand new, the villa for the two of us was even better than the pictures, I tought I was never going to say that about any hotel/villa but here is true. Main pool, jacuzzi, ice bath, sauna working 24/7? Amazing!!! perfect location, markets and atm around. Security 24/7? Wow! Staff almost all day? Excellent! The amount of plants surrounding the Villas? Incredible. This is the perfect combination of a modern place that a lot of people need in Bali, but at the same time keeps you in the Bali vibe. This is the place you need if you want to have perfect pictures and memories! Thank you Umalas Creek team!

We have had an amazing stay at Umalas Creek Villas. From the moment we booked the accomodation, the staff was already very helpful in offering help. The facilities itself turned out to be above expectation and the staff was always there to help. Whether it was office staff, cleaning staff, garden staff or security staff. Everyone was always happy to help. We have had a great time here. Suksma!

Really spacious and cozy villa

Facilities at this location is well thought out that they contribute to a relaxing stay. Tucked away location and layout gives for lots of privacy for guests. We were a group of 11 and this place catered to all our needs. Facilities inside the villa are high tech as well.

There was nothing NOT to like about the place. It's fairly new but the staff are welcome to any feedback to elevate each experience.

Good location, clean and modern , no bugs like mosquitoes etc like in more traditional style villas with more semi outdoor space, great quality amenities like nice Dyson hairdryer, speaker in every room. Spacious it’s perfect for house parties but of course not too loud

No phone in the rooms but it’s ok as we can text the front desk Via WhatsApp , also we were group of 6 I think it would be great if there were more complimentary coffee capsules instead of just 2, for a 3-bedroom unit, but got some extras but after we requested, also I wish there’s handrail in the staircase to be more child friendly

Stayed at Umalas Creek Villas and had a wonderful time. It’s tucked away in a peaceful area, perfect for relaxing, but still just a short drive to Seminyak. The staff was kind and made sure we were well taken care of. Would love to visit again!
