يجب الحذر من هذا الفندق انا حجزي مؤكد لغرفتين انا وعائلتي وللاسف عندما وصلت لهم اخبروني انه لايتوفر غرف بإسلوب سيئ جداً ثم ذهبت للفندق بجانبهم لفندق برنس الرائع جداً وانصح الجميع فيه وعدت لأخذ شنطي ورفضوا توصيلها حتى قمت بدفع مبلغ لهم لنقلها وبعد رفع شكوى ردوا بالبريد بكل وقاحة وكذب انه لايوجد لدي حجز مؤكد وبعد ارسال صورة من الحجز المؤكد وردهم بالتاكيد اعتذرت مديرتهم صوفيا وقالت الخطاء من الربط بينهم وبين بوكنق وللاسف بوكنق لم تتفاعل معي حتى الأن وانا ليفل 3 جينيسس وعميل لاكثر من 20 سنه معهم لذلك هذا اخر تعامل لي مع بوكنق وسوف انتقل الى تطبيق قودا والحجز مباشره من مواقع الفنادق لانه ارخص منهم ايضاً ودليل ان حجزي مؤكد اني استطيع التقييم الان لهم

Super modern, clean, centrally located, huge breakfast buffet, friendly stuff. I felt all the time comfortable.

The construction outside around the hotel was a bit noisy.

I extended my stay for one more night and had to change the room. The second room unfortunately was smelling like cigarette smoke.

Beach just across the street. Very nice breakfast with wide offer. Personal was very nice to us.

Das Personal mit CICI und Team und auch das Frühstückspersonal ist absolut spitze. Selten so freundliche und hilfsbereite Menschen getroffen.

Die Wände sind aus Papier, wir haben 2 Nächte nicht geschlafen. Obwohl wir das Zimmer wechseln durften haben wir nicht gut geschlafen. Die erste Nacht hatten wir Nachbarn, die wir durch die Trenntür gehört haben und zwar jedes Wort.

Loved the Room and Balcony with the Ocean View with amazing Sunrise to wake up too!! If you want sunset choose the City View! Great Gym with Proper Equipment not an after thought like so many other Hotels! Nice Rooftop Bar/Resto with plenty of food options and Drinks if you fancy a night in ! Staff were amazing and very helpful all the time! Son Tra is a nice quieter Beach/Area away from the usual Tourist Traps

Son Tra area is nice and quiet but a bit far to the main tourist My An and My Khe areas and too far in the heat to walk thats all i can fault if you can not fault the actual Hotel ! Pricey but worth it !

موقع الفندق جميل وقريب من المحلات واماكن ترفيه. إطلالة على البحر جدا جميلة

صراحه يعيبه صغر الغرف. خاصة إذا كنت عائلة. كنا شخصين وطفلين وطلبنا سرير إضافي بس اخبرونا بأنه غير متوفر. والغرفة مكتوب الشخصين وطفلين بس جدا صغيرة ما تكفي. كانت مناسبة لشخصين فقط

Il a fallu demander à plusieurs reprises sur deux jours d'affilés d'avoir du gel douche dans les chambres car il y en avait plus papier également. Sinon RAS.

Frühstück war wirklich sehr gut und auch die Mitarbeiterinnen waren alle sehr hilfsbereit. Ich kann diese saubere Unterkunft auch sehr empfehlen.

La literie est excellente, les installations aussi. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux et plusieurs choix L’hôtel dispose d’un Rooftop, et en plus la vue sur la mer. Nous avons une chambre balcon, vue face à la mer, le pied!

Красивый дизайн отеля, шикарный номер, красивая подсветка вечером. Хорошее отношение персонала, бонус в виде тарелки фруктов от управляющего. Наличие бассейна в отеле.

Отсутствие собственное пляжной зоны, внешней территории или хотя бы места где можно было бы помыть ноги. Многовато то мебели в номере , всю стильно и красиво, но периодически цепляешься за ножки стульев :) Рядом с отелем нет шезлонгов или какой то пляжной инфраструктуры, что не удобно . Можно конечно пройти минут 15-20 , но по жаре ходить не хочется . Хамам - это метр на метр кладовочка которая не работает:)

번화가에서는 좀 멀지만 조용한 미케비치를 즐길 수 있어서 좋았어요 숙소 근처에 작은 마트도 있고 무엇보다 신축에 침대가 완전 푹신해서 잠잘때 너무 좋았습니다 수영장은 큰 기대를 안했는데 생각보다 너무 좋았어요

커넥팅룸이 배정되어서 별로였어요 모르는 사람들과 문이 연결되어 있어서 지내는데 불편했습니다 (물론 문은 잘 잠겨있었고 투숙객이 열수 없는 구조이긴 했지만) 문 덕분에 옆방 소음이 너무 잘 들려서 아쉬웠음

Sehr schöne Zimmer, wir hatten die Ocean Suite im 23.Stock Wunderschöne Aussicht

Der Empfang war eine Katastrophe wir wurden praktisch über nichts informiert, die Angestellte schickte uns aufs Zimmer ohne uns die Zimmernummer zu sagen und auch ohne Zimmerkarte, so dass wir nachfragen mussten welche Zimmernummer und nach der Zimmerkarte, da haben wir auch nur eine bekommen. Die Spiegel im Bad waren schon bei unserer Ankunft schmutzig, und auch danach nicht richtig sauber. Einmal wurde sogar ein Schmutziger Lappen auf dem Nachttisch vergessen. Das Aus checken war das schlimmste wir wurden nicht gefragt wie es uns gefallen hat ob wir einen Fahrer benötigen oder ob wir unser Gepäck verstauen möchten. Das einzige was von ihr kam war „ You can Go „ Wir wussten nicht ob wir lachen oder eher weinen sollten. Da die Rezeption gleichzeitig das Aushängeschild eines Hotels ist , fanden wir es sehr traurig und kommen definitiv nicht noch einmal in dieses Hotel . Wir empfehlen es auch nicht weiter.

A special thank you to Tonny at the front desk. He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional throughout our stay. His warm attitude and helpfulness made a great first impression and really added to our overall experience. The hotel itself is excellent. Our room was spacious, very clean, and had a beautiful sea view. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was especially appreciated in the Da Nang heat. Housekeeping was great and everything felt fresh and well maintained. Breakfast was also a highlight ! delicious, with a wide variety of choices every morning. There was something different to try each day, and everything was very well prepared.

Сам отель стильно оформлен,на ресепшен работают молодые ребята,было очень долгое заселение,не могли найти чек об оплате,просили оплатить еще раз. Номер в принципе был чист, только на одной кровати на постельном белье было пятно и волос от предыдущих постояльцев, прям было видно что оно свежее,хотя нам сказали что только что номер освободился и его убрали, так как мы заселились поздно ночью персоналу об этом решили не говорить, подумали что на утро будет уборка номера и все поменяют,но ничего не поменяли вплоть до нашего отъезда. В номере есть чайник и не чашки а стаканы, и не совсем понятно как из них пить чай,так как не удобно держать горячий стакан без ручки, так же не было черного чая,только зеленый. Завтраки не вкусные, однообразные, ассортимент скудный. Отель находится довольно далеко,практически в конце береговой линии , пляж не оборудован лежаками, полотенца не дают.

Второй раз в этот отель заселятся не будем, всё таки от отеля уровня 5 звезд ждешь полного комфорта, у нас такого не было к сожалению, заселялись с большими ожиданиями из-за отзывов, но находимся в полном недоумении кто оставил такие положительные отзывы и за что, либо когда-то здесь все было супер но сейчас это увы не так
