Prince Hotel Da Nang

All staff at the hotel were great. From the doorman to the manager, all were friendly and ensured that our stay was pleasant. The room was amazing, True to the pictures online, very close to the beach. Will come here again if visiting Da Nang

Perhaps the breakfast selection could have more variety - appreciate that the hotel have halal breakfast menu for us. The hotel is slightly further from the main city area.

Great stay! Everything was wonderful! We especially loved the location and the beautiful beach. The rooms were always spotlessly clean, the food was delicious, and the staff were very professional, friendly, and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and were very happy with our experience!

Прекрасные завтраки! Очень дешевая и оперативная химчистка одежды. Детские футболки утром отдали и в тот же вечер получили. Стоимость химчистки 1 футболки - 100 руб на наши деньги! Отличный пляж в шаговой доступности через дорогу. Через 1 здание гостиницы отличный супермаркет с хорошим выбором фруктов. Также каждый вечер к отелю подъезжает мини- повозка с многообразием фруктов на продажу. В соседнем здании есть ресторан с морепродуктами. Внешне не очень привлекательный, но все местные едят там, что по словам гида характеризует ресторан только с хорошей стороны. Вернемся 100%!

The staff was extremely nice, from reception to cleaning to restaurant. The client experience manager An was very helpful with all the advice and was always available to answer our questions. He helped us with all the booking (restaurants, transportation to Ba Na Hills and Hoi An and spa services). Our group of 14 was very satisfied with the staff and their hospitality.

Superbe piscine ouverte sue l’extérieure mais protégée par un toit donc idéal par temps de pluie ou soleil trop fort. Chambres familiales au top (avoir 2 toilettes est clairement un luxe!) Superbe petit-déjeuner Sky bar super et les 2 soirs où nous y avons été il était désert!

Joints de la douche un peu noir à certains endroit

Wonderful staff who treated us like royalty, lovely pool which was often empty so it could be enjoyed peacefully, clean rooms with comfortable bed and powerful shower. Ocean view is definitely worth it.

ファミリールームに宿泊しました。 お部屋は広くてとても清潔で、ベッドも寝心地が良く、毎晩ぐっすり眠ることができました。家族みんなでソファに座ってゆっくりくつろげるスペースがあり、さらにバスルームとトイレが2つあったので、外出前の準備やシャワーの時間もスムーズで、とても快適に過ごせました。ファミリールームを選んで本当に良かったと思います。 朝食も種類が豊富で、とても美味しかったです。 スタッフの皆さんもいつも笑顔で親切に対応してくださり、おかげで本当に楽しい滞在になりました。 またダナンを訪れる機会があれば、ぜひこちらに宿泊したいと思います。ありがとうございました。

I stayed here before they changed their name to Prince Hotel last year in Jan 2025. I came back here for the view & convenience. This hotel is slightly less than 30mins drive from the airport, it's right next to the beach where you can get a really sick view of the sunrise from your balcony instead of having to go down to the beach - this was great cos we woke up for the sunrise and then crawled back to bed to catch a few more hrs of sleep. The bed in the room is firm and comfortable.

I won't say this is something I didn't like but something I felt was different was the quality and level of the service staff at the hotel. The previous year I came, all the staff were exceptional, they went above and beyond to ensure your stay was comfortable and convenient, this time round, the service felt a bit more mediocre. They were not rude nor were they bad, but not the standard of Vietnamese hospitality that I experienced the previous time I was here and also in comparison to the other parts of Vietnam that I have been to.

We stayed at this hotel while I was down with an injury and couldn't walk wall. It was a beautiful and relaxing place to rest and recuperate. The room was large and spacious with a bathtub to relax and a huge balcony with an exceptionally beautiful view of the beach and the water beyond. I felt like I was still on vacation, even though I wasn't mobile enough to leave the room. When I was up and moving again, it was lovely to be able to walk right across the street and straight into the sea. The location can't be beat if you're planning for a visit to the beach!

الازعاج كان هناك اصلاحات في المبنى القريب بالاضافه الى صوت الحفلات على الشاطئ مزعج جدا الى وقت متاخر من الليل

Tout, très bel hôtel et chambre très agréable. Tout est qualitatif. Petit déjeuner plus que parfait.

La musique de fond au restaurant ou à la piscine est trop forte et toujours le même style, dance avec une voix féminine ennuyeuse. Ce serait bien de réduire le volume et d’avoir d’autres playlists.

Das Hotel hat sehr schöne grosse Zimmer. Das Essen vom Room Service ist top, auch die Kaffee Bar unten. Das Pool ist ok. Das Personal war sehr nett. Gesichtsbehandlungen sind zu empfehlen. Rooftop Bar auch sehr nett.

Allgemein etwas n die Jahre gekommen. Der Speisesaal für das Frühstück hat uns nicht angesprochen.

Check-in chaotisch. Mein vietnamesischer Sohn wurde unfreundlich nehandelt, weil die Reception dachte, er sei ein Reiseführer. Gast ist Kõnig kennt man.offenbar nicjt. Völlig überfordertes Personal. Der Service weit weg von 5 Sterne Hotel. Hotel Gäste ohne Anstand vorwiegend aus Russland. Frühstücksraum zu jeder Zeit total überfüllt und zu wenig Personal. Kein sauberes Geschirr und Besteck beim Buffet. Schlimmer als ein Personal Restaurant

​La chambre est particulièrement confortable et dotée d'équipements (mobilier et sanitaires) de grande qualité. Le vrai plus reste le spacieux balcon avec vue sur la mer, une véritable invitation à la détente. Concernant la piscine, bien qu'un peu fraîche au premier abord, elle s'avère très agréable une fois qu'on y est. Son exposition est idéale : elle est abritée du soleil, ce qui permet de profiter des transats sans souffrir de la chaleur. .

​Cependant, l'expérience est ternie par plusieurs points négatifs. L'entretien de la piscine laisse à désirer avec la présence d'algues sur les marches et les spots immergés. De plus, si le personnel fait son travail, il se montre surtout bon commercial et manque cruellement de chaleur et de considération pour le bien-être des clients. Le petit-déjeuner reste également décevant avec des produits qui manquent de qualité. Compte tenu de ces fausses notes, le tarif global est clairement trop élevé.

Viele Russen und Gäste ays GUS Staaten. Hotel entspricht den Sternen nicht.

Generell nichts Spezielles, ein Hotel am Meer. Publikum, naja, viele Russen. Kein Anstand, setzen sich ihne Fragen an meinen Tisch, plündern das Buffet. Wirklich tiefes Niveau für ein 5 Sterne Hotel.

Sehr schlechter Service vom check-in, alle völlig überfordert.mit 3 Zimmerbuchungen. Personal.am Frühstücks-Buffet võllig am Anschlag Weit weg von anderen 5 Sterne Hotels in Vietnam.

L'hôtel était très bien. Le personnel sympathique, le lit confortable. La chambre est très jolie. Seul bémol au regard du prix (chambre vue ocean) : - de la lumière très tôt le matin car les rideaux ne sont pas occultants complètement - on entend pas mal le son de la rue - le personnel est très sympathique mais en fond parfois un petit peu trop Je recommande quand même cet hotel

The staff is really polite and helpful, good location, great views. The rooms are big.

Not much, it’s not really giving hotel more apartments/suites. The furniture is a bit outdated. I think they should consider putting modern ones. The Tv is a bit far from the bed.

Camere curate, mic dejun excelent, dar ca și amplasare, ne-am fi dorit să stăm mai aproape de zona centrală a plajei, pentru că nu aveai multe restaurante în zona hotelului și nici spațiu cu șezlonguri pe plajă. Piscina micuță, la etaj inferior, nu am fost tentați să o folosim. Raport calitate /preț bun.

大きな道路を渡ったらすぐ海です。上から見たらハワイのようなラインでとてもキレイ😍 海側で夜まで音楽🎵が流れるのが聞こえ楽しかったです。 テレビは日本の番組もあって良かったです。

プールの大きなプラスチックのパネル　紐かゴム紐か何かで止めてありましたが早く治してほしいです。

its quiet and clean. housekeepers are really quick to clean the room. The only concerns that I have is they do not change my bed sheet when they cleaning my room until I speak out. I stayed there for 10 nights. I don't quietly asked them to coming in and clean my room, but I have to asked them to change the bed sheet every time, which surprise me that they only fold it back.

Adding more elevators would significantly improve the guest experience. During my stay, I noticed long wait times for the elevators on multiple occasions. Additionally, due to the proximity to the beach and pool, the elevator floors were frequently wet and slippery from swimming guests. Implementing wet-floor mats or clearer signage for swimmers would help address this safety issue.

The cleanness and nice staff

The buffet of the restaurant on the last floor was very bad, we paid 2.000.000 per person only to be served cold , bad and small selection of food. We were promised unlimited wagyu, the meat was cold, we asked to get a new well done batch and they gave us an undercooked and somehow cold one. Everything else was fine tho.

Das Hotel war während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts sehr sauber und gepflegt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das freundliche, hilfsbereite und zuvorkommende Personal – man fühlt sich hier wirklich willkommen und gut aufgehoben. Ein großes Plus war für uns der überdachte Infinity-Pool. Da wir mit einem Kind gereist sind, konnten wir die Sonne besser vermeiden und mussten uns weniger Sorgen um Sonnenbrand machen. Außerdem war der Pool angenehm kühl. Das mag zunächst nebensächlich klingen, aber in vielen Beach Clubs und anderen Anlagen waren die Pools durch die Hitze oft sehr warm. Die Lage im Norden von Da Nang hat uns ebenfalls gefallen, da es dort abends deutlich ruhiger ist und weniger Gerüche und Trubel als in anderen Bereichen der Stadt gibt.

Wenn wir überhaupt etwas nennen müssten, dann wären es die nicht klimatisierten Aufzüge, die bei den hohen Außentemperaturen etwas unangenehm werden können. Außerdem haben manche Gäste beim Frühstück die Zangen für Speisen mit und ohne Schweinefleisch vertauscht. Das liegt natürlich nicht direkt in der Verantwortung des Hotels, könnte aber eventuell etwas besser gekennzeichnet oder kontrolliert werden.

The size of the room was fantastic with lots of storage. The only additional we would of loved is a neopresso type coffee maker would of been great

Das Frühstück war umfangreich auch in den Stosszeiten war immer alles da!!! Auf zack 😍 Zimmer super groß und die Aussicht war der Hammer. Lage super! Gym war Top und danach in den Pool einfach super. Kommen gerne wieder

We loved the friendly and service-minded personnel, always ready to assist and answer any questions. We had a great experience from the moment we arrived thanks to the staff 😊 This reminded me of another positive experience I had around 2009 (?) at a Prince Hotel in Tokyo.

We struggled a bit with the noise from the traffic, with the constant honking while we slept, but I suspect that's a common issue for the hotels along the waterfront. Unsure if there's anything more the hotel could've done structurally as far as noise isolation goes.
