Reviewed Jun 17, 2026We had a family 'bungalow' which included two bedrooms (a twin and a double). Great location for visiting Ypres town. Just a 15min walk along the river. Very peaceful location and we were able to park our motorbikes next to the bungalow. Very well equipped, we only had one night stay but it was perfect for our needs.
Nothing really. There was construction work going on (building a new reception I think) WiFi was not available unless stood next to the temporary reception area. But this was more of an inconvenience and not something we didn't like.

Reviewed May 8, 2026Prachtige locatie, middenin het groen. Leuke, propere huisjes! 10 minuten idyllisch wandelen van het centrum. Aanrader!
Op het moment van ons verblijf was er in de buurt een festival. Niet ideaal, als je net de rust en de natuur wil opzoeken. Maar het verblijf kon hier niet aan doen en al de rest was perfect in orde.

Reviewed Apr 17, 2026De bungalo was splinternieuw. Het was heel rustig want wij waren daar alleen. Heel mooie en comfortabele camping. Zeer proper en netjes. Wij hadden wifi in de bungalo. Vriendelijke gastheer 👍
TV was nog niet aangesloten. Licht in de zitruimte was iets te fel ´s avonds. Licht in de keuken en leefruimte zou apart moeten kunnen.

We stayed in winter. This shouldn't be let for winter. We had so many power outages throughout the night. All room radiators were taped off. So the place was cold. We couldn't do anything without the power. Extreamly disappointed. They shouldn't have let this place in the winter.

Reviewed Oct 30, 2025de ligging: wandelafstand van het centrum van Ieper. Gevoel van in de bossen te zitten, rook er lekker. Het aangename terras met ruime zitbank. We aten telkens buiten, ook al was het frisjes. Feit dat er een wasmachine is. De verwarming was nodig, en werkte goed.
DE donsdekens waren wat aan de lichte kant, we hebben allemaal een trui aangedaan om te slapen. Een extra deken zou goed zijn als het frisser wordt. Eventueel ergens een veegborstel (de kinderen waren met hun vuile schoenen beginnen rondlopen, het was toch wel niet meer proper :) en ik wou het zo niet achter laten :) .

Reviewed Oct 2, 2025The staff were very friendly and helpful. The lodge was extremely comfortable the bed is a good large king size for two which helped us sleep really well. Loved the dog bed and treats. The coffee machine was fabulous and a kettle for tea. We had plenty of towels and I liked the shower gel and shampoo. The lodges are well designed with cupboards either side of the bed and a little cubby hole with a plug either side and room for glass of water etc.
The door mat was very thin and slipped when we tried to wipe our feet. To help keep the lodge clean a more robust door mat would be better. It would be great to have USB ports by the bed.⁰

Reviewed Aug 16, 2025I've never tried glamping before, and this is more this a wooded hut/apartment. Well equipped, making the most out of the limited space, makes the hut feel more spacious. The camp site is mixed with everything from tent to caravan and hut, we didn't stay long enough to use all the services, but it seems they provide bike rental and other things making this a great place for a family trip. A beautiful track leads through the woods by a stream to the town. The town being in Belgium, therefore, has dozens of lovely restaurants and some of the best beers in the world. Would love to come back, and most likely stay here again. Oh, and thank you for the homemade Picon that was left. It was a lovely touch, and I'd not tried it before.
Minor inconvenience when we first arrived because it was after 1800, and we weren't sure how to access the property. But that's our fault. They had emailed me with the instructions. I wouldn't mention it, but another family was also having the same issue. So more a note to say. If you come late, check your email/messages for instructions, and all will be fine.

Reviewed Jul 22, 2025Campingpladsen ligger rigtig godt i forhold til Byen. Personalet var venlig og imødekommende. Teltene var af nyere dato og indrettet fornuftigt.
Der kunne ikke findes nogle køkkenfaciliteter på campingpladsen. Toiletbygningen var under renovation, hvorfor der var rigtig mange om at dele to bad og to toiletter, dette smittede meget tydeligt af på rengøringsstandarten. Der kunne kun hentes vand ved en vandpost på pladsen. Der kunne med fordel installeres en smule mere lys inde i og udenfor teltene (på terrassen) til de aftenerne. Pris og faciliteter hænger i dette tilfælde ikke sammen.

Ontbijt is er niet, maar moet besteld worden via bakker. Ontbijtboxen te uitgebreid, mogen kleiner en aan lagere prijs.

Reviewed Jul 14, 2025Zo blij dat we deze accommodatie gevonden hebben om te vertoeven na een dagje Bellewaerde. Een mooie wandeling brengt je zo in het centrum van Ieper. Een perfecte locatie voor zij die de Last Post aan de Menenpoort willen beleven. Locatie, netheid, faciliteiten, alles top!

Wisselende informatie / communicatie over parkeermogelijkheden op de camping. Nabij de lodge zijn beperkt parkeerplaatsen, bij drukte loop je het risico buiten de camping langs de weg te moeten parkeren. Overigens door personeel nu goed ter plekke opgelost.

Televisie werkt niet omdat er nog netverbinding is en niet op voorhand gemeld bij de boeking . Kleine verbetering puntjes zijn Extra dubbel stopcontact om batterijen van E - fietsen op te laden binnen Elek waterkoker voor thee tezetten .

Reviewed May 4, 2025Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, nous avions besoin de changer d'air et c'était parfait avec un joli soleil au rendez vous! De joli bungalow assez grand pour deux avec tout le nécessaire. Nous étions avec notre petite chienne, il y avait une petite attention pour elle ainsi qu'un coussin. Séjour au top! Allez y!
Le seul bémol, le savon de douche qui était trop liquide, diluer avec de l'eau sûrement... Donc pas top pour se laver ! Mais bon ce n'est qu'un détail!

Reviewed Apr 21, 2025-De lodge voor 6 personen was top , met een goed ligging op het domein. -Een mooi terras met gemakkelijke tuinmeubelen en zithoek. -Alles aanwezig wat je moet hebben voor Uw verblijf -Welkomsdrankje in de frigo
-De beloofde en bijbetaalde voorzieningen en attenties voor onze 2 honden hebben we niet gekregen maar toch 12€/hond betaald -De ontvangst verliep deels door de aanwezige dame een beetje raar en ook deels doordat we direct werden gewezen op enkele punten die niet werkten of er niet waren zoals wifi en tv bakje en wetende dat we dit al hadden gelezen in recensies van november 2024.
