The fact that it doesn’t have a curfew and you can come in and go whenever you want.. it’s also in safe location

had a wonderful stay at this establishment. Everything was top-tier, from the accommodation itself to the atmosphere of the room. The space was clean, comfortable, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. The ambience made it easy to relax and feel at home. I truly enjoyed my experience and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for quality accommodation and a great environment.🥰👑💫

the security aspect needs improvement. I had to wake up almost every time the gate opened, which disturbed my rest. I believe the establishment should strengthen its security management and minimise noise disruptions to ensure guests can sleep peacefully throughout the night.

The treatment we received there, we booked two rooms for two nights all the way from Mthatha(Eastern Cape) unfortunately our transport arrived very early at Joburg as 05:00 when we arrived at there we called and asked if can we get inside the yard since it was too early and the guy who was driving was willing to wait with us inside his car, the guy who answerd the phone said he sees our booking but he can't open for us for the safety of other guest we have to wait until 14:00 check in time we then left to look for the nearest garage parked there and sleep, after some time we go back there and asked for landlords number we called him and he said we can get inside if we gonna pay a daily rate in order to get a room while we wait for our rooms, because we were tired for a long distance we paid and when we get to the room that we paid for daily rate water was cold, then they said they gonna open one room of those we booked to bath simce the rooms were available but it was not check in time the shower sliding door was not mobing properly so it fell and we were told to pay shower door money again or else we will be reported to booking.com and some amount will be deducted from my account as I was the one who booked, they replaced the door with another from the other room and it was not moving also and I showed the lady there as they were saying it's our fault she couldn't open it either she had to lif it with both hands to show that it was not our fault
