The Idea or the Design of the room could have been amazing....

But unfortunately none of the hot tubs worked. Due to the water coming from a JoJo tank, whenever we needed to flush the toilet or shower ect, it was a matter of requesting that the water be turned on. The breakfast wasn't anything special and most of the staff lacked manners. We ended up switching rooms 3 times and yet ended without having a hot tub experience.... Which was the whole reason I booked.

The property looks nice at the reception. They allowed us to check in earlier.

The location and surrounding areas seems unsafe and not child friendly. We were taken to our room, which had a horrible smell, like wet mat/ smelly feet. The bedding was not as seen on the pictures. We booked the family room, and all 3 beds had different duvets in multiple colours which seemed old, and unhygienic. We ended up leaving and had to book alternative accommodation and were told we can’t be refunded as we have already checked in. We are okay with loosing the money rather than sleeping in that environment and circumstances with our children. Would not recommend this place to anyone!!

When we were booking we were told about free breakfast but aowa dololo. We booked self catering but we were not allowed to use kitchen unless we pay so they can cook for us😢. The bedding jehova 😩were torned and full of stains and mdavazo smell 💔

That place is not safe for visitors.

That place is home, they make sure you are comfortable, I book a not decent room by mistake, when they show me the room with a laugh at their faces, the way I shout. They immediately change me with no fuss/ hussle But ke we no longer get a knock of breakfast🤪

I didn't like the breakfast at all my family nd I couldn't even manage to eat it...the waiter or a lady who brought the food to our room was so unfriendly with a frown face...

The breakfast was terrible. We could not even eat it. It’s a toasted bread with fried eggs, tomato slice and cucumber slice. They must just do away with it! No toiletries in the bathroom, and the shower soap holder was broken. There was a lot of noise from within the hotel around midnight which made us uneasy.

Clean environment,friendly staff.Very helpful gentlemen,they helped us with our luggages when checking in & out of the hotel.We were using a big car,they provided a big parking suitable for our car.Very safe parking under camera guidance.

No microwave. We were not informed that food cannot be ordered late 19h00.But thanks to Langa who helped us with plan B otherwise we were going to go to bed on an empty stomach. The 2nd exit veranda needs to be revamped & more welcoming just like the main reception.

On our check in date we were given a wrong room, which is they discribed it as budget. When we were about to bath, water in the shower was not coming out properly. We informed them and they never assisted us. The next day when we complained about the shower, the lady told us we can shower in 2 different rooms because we booked a room for 300.when we asked about breakfast she said we must pay for it. Only after when we told her to check our booking on their system she realized that she gave us the wrong room and breakfast was included in our booking.

Breakfast was okay.. but I had issues with the room that I had booked online Vs the one I got and I had to cancel the booking..lost money as a result but because it was late I had to book the available room. Meaning I basically paid twice to stay at that place

Everything about the place was amazing. The place was extremely clean, comfortable, and accommodating. We had such an amazing time staying at this hotel with my friends.

If you stay around Joburg, Uber there don't take your car as the parking is not ample and for me because of the location(Rossettenville), I'd sleep peacefully knowing my car is at home. The booking said the price includes breakfast. It doesn't. We got told this when we were asking for breakfast in the morning before checkout. They said they are working on fixing the internet, so until then, just take extra money because you have to pay for your breakfast.

The place is poorly maintained. Falling things, cupboard doors, shower door handles. Complimentary breakfast is like you have to beg for it. Drunk people come and knock at night while sleeping.

I didn't get to enjoy my breakfast cause it's been prepared from 8:00 as I was told and some of us we are working class so I left without breakfast which I paid for by the way,so it wasn't good at all I felt bad,in future I suggest they adjust their breakfast time at least from 7:00 to accommodate all of us who are having early mornings.also the TV only had Etv channel the rest were not clearly playing no SABC not sure if it was not programmed or what.the light switch on my bed was not working had to sleep with a light on which was uncomfortable

Staff were very helpful and very nice. I love the lights in the room (but one wasn't working properly) The room was done up very nice and the hot tub was amazing just (the lighting and buttons on the hottub didn't work).

They made a mixup with the booking, but were very active in finding a solution and fixing it. Upgraded 2 of my rooms. Reception area is actually very beautiful

Breakfast was not impressive at all. Very bland. I didn't eat it, and gave it away to the homeless. It's not a bad place, and it's not a good place. Very okay. But for the discounted price, definitely worthwhile. Wouldn't pay full price for it. Also the water finished very quickly in the morning. Had booked for 21 people and of the 21, only 7 people got hot water.

The staff are amazing but the facility has limited car park and no restaurant. Breakfast is served in the rooms, and if you are not ready, it becomes cold. It doesn't have a variety of choices. It is made and brought to you with what is available.

I really enjoyed the environment of the room inside and outside. I was also expecting breakfast on the last morning of departure.

I like absolutely nothing about this property except for my money back. I waited 3 hours for them to find my reservation after waiting hours at the airport for a shuttle that never arrived. I had to take a taxi when it became obvious no shuttle was coming. The room that I booked wasn't the one I was given. The shower doesn't work or the TV. No spa or pool at the hotel as indicated on their website. I had to calll maintenance multiple times throughout the night because water in the bathroom started to overflow. I checked out the next morning as imI had my family with me. The hotel staff stated that it's not the first their boss had mislead people in regards to what the hotel actually is. The staff stated that they had warned him to stop putting fake pic and activities that the hotel doesn't provide on the website. Oh yeah, the door doesn't close properly as it appeared to be broken. So big safety issues. Overall the hotel was just nasty, unsafe and a big scam. I wouldn't recommend a homeless person to stay there.

I liked their executive rooms very clean spacious and a good value for money their spa bath wow top tier things their staff is very friendly special mention to Memory for ever smiling and making my stay there as comfortable as I needed
