Muy bien ubicado y limpio

We have stayed in 3 different parts of central Hanoi and this accommodation is in our view in the very best spot. Spotlessly clean. Very friendly English speaking staff. Powerful air con which was an absolute blessing in late August heat.

Its not very sociable. Didn't meet any other travellers there. Disapointed my room didn't get touched whilst I was there. No body asked if I wanted my room cleaned.. However generally great stay.

the staff are very friendly and helpful. if you need assistance with anything at all, they are there to help. we stayed in a private room and it was pretty nice. nothing fancy, but it’s simple and nice. the location is great, it’s very central to old quarter

it can be prone to ants a little. also no trash bin in the room except for a tiny one in the bathroom which sucked. also be prepared to pay cash because there are HEFTY fees if you want to pay with card:/

Propre, magnifique, le hall d'entrée est comme le salon de la maison, j'ai tout aimé, absolument tout, mais le café qu'ils servent là-bas est tout simplement divin. (Remerciements personnels à mes chers : October et Lenk)

מקום אחלה סה״כ, ממוקם בעיר העתיקה וקרוב להכל. המזגן עבד בסדר.

הבעיה שהמקום ממש לא היה זמין לפני שהגענו לפניות ולשאלות.. היינו צריכות עזרה בהסעה מהשדה, הם בקושי ענו והמענה הדל היה לא יעיל בכלל. כתוצאה מכך התקשינו מאוד בלמצוא הסעה, וזו שמצאנו הייתה מלכודת תיירים.

Great place right in the middle of the old town

The location is the best, very centralized.

The bathroom was not properly clean when I arrived, there was hair in the toilet. The shower gel smalls horrible, I had to buy a new one. Staff was not very friendly.

Super comfy beds. Clean room. Nice air conditioning and great location. On a beautiful buzzing street with lovely cafes nearby. Free snacks are available.

The staff could not keep track of the beds. When we arrived after check in the staff went around the rooms around ten times trying to figure out what beds were available and what beds weren't. At midnight one of my friends found a random man assigned to their beds.

L'emplacement de l'hostel était parfait, le staff très chaleureux et les chambres en dortoir très propres et je pense l'un des lits et toilettes les plus propres que j'ai vécu dans un hostel. Aussi toujours à disposition pour la lessive et recommendations ou puces de téléphone.

Schimmel im Bad und an den Wänden, sogar an der Decke von meinem Bett. Es hat gestunken. Leider gar nicht sozial.

There was mold all over the ceiling in my room. Was super uncomfortable as I was on a top bunk. I showed it to the staff and they said they were aware of it and essentially couldn’t deal with it because they were short staffed. They offered me a bottom bunk for my next night there and then I ended up moving to a different hostel.

The hostel itself is nice and comfortable, but the staff was so rude and disrespectful that it completely ruined the experience.

The staff was extremely rude and disrespectful during my stay. Due to an internal system issue with my reservation dates, they repeatedly pressured me for payment every few minutes and even approached me at my bed to charge me. I was always willing to pay normally at check-out, as nothing had been requested at check-in. The situation was handled very unprofessionally and made me feel very uncomfortable as a guest.

Great location and friendly staff. Good room layout

The air conditioning was making a horrible noise during the night so it had to be turned off. The bed wasn't very comfortable (possibly a broken bed frame?). The shower head would not stay attached to the wall when showering.

Very good value hostel with nice beds and facilities that provide good value. I stayed there as I booked the Loop through them, and so it was really handy to set off and get it all paid for in the place I was staying. Not really a social hostel, but I still had no issues meeting other travellers to hang out with.

Staff did the job and were helpful most of the time but a slight weird vibe - they really didn't care that much on one occasion when one of my shirts was taken from my room which was strange.

Top Lage, Betten sind super.

It is in a great location and the staff is friendly. The sit out balcony in the private room was great

The private rooms are a little small but it was not a big problem.

The dorm rooms are so asthetic and comfy, you'll just want to relax in the rooms. The overall property is also very good and clean. The staff is very friendly, they offer free snacks all the time . The location is also very good .

Friendly helpfull staff, close to St Joseph's Church, 12 minute easy walk to Lake, nice hot water & pressure in shower, hotel is situated in a good location good mix of locals & tourists

Best hostel for solo travellers as well as a group of friends. They are very friendly and helpful. Also it is at the best location.

I liked the helpful staff. The socialising possibilities with other guests. Possibilities for storage of baggage during the tour.

I did a tour with them and then stayed a night, I left my kindle on one of the nights tours in ha giang and they managed to get it back to Hanoi for me. Excellent! The dorm was also clean, cool and had privacy curtains and fans at each bed.

The staff of the hostel. Very helpful, polite and attentive to all our questions and requirements. Secondly, the location of the property, the majority of our visit places were near, the old quarter is near. The hostel was very clean as well.

Excellent location just beside the church. The staff are great, there’s a cosy but small common area with tea coffee and snacks available, beds are very comfortable and the dorms each have their own private bathrooms with great showers.

Not very social but depends on what you’re looking for.

The hostel is right in the heart of Hanoi, full of coffee shops around, easy to go in and out.

Is missing a social space. So didn’t find a very sociable hostel.

Great place to book Ha Giang Loop. Let me sleep on beds before I left for trip which was nice. They have great front desk that are very helpful. Small rooftop balcony that is a great place to relax after a long day.

Central location. Mixed dorm was great as was baggage storage. Reception people were lovely and booked Ha Giang tour through them and it was epic.

Need to fill soap and shampoo containers more frequently but really all was great.

Well-located hostel with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. Big, free lockers were available. Staff helpful and were happy to provide complementary luggage storage after checkout.

Wir fühlten uns bei unserer ersten Hanoi Reise sehr gut aufgehoben, die Taxi Abholung vom Flughafen war etwas holprig, hat aber nach Nachfrage per Whatts app super funktioniert.

Die Balkon Stühle dürften etwas bequemer sein.
