La localisation près d’une entrée moins fréquentée du parc était parfaite. Accès à cette entrée possible à pied depuis l’hôtel, mais Robert a pris le temps de m’accompagner en voiture gentiment et gratuitement. Personnel très arrangeant (en particulier Robert et Chelsey) sur toutes les demandes, bonne communication en anglais et aide précieuse pour réserver les billets et itinéraires. Petit déjeuner copieux.

Amazing service and incredibly helpful staff We had a great stay at Nvue Resorts. The hotel was comfortable and had everything we needed, but what really made our stay special was the staff. They were incredibly kind and helpful from the moment we contacted them before our arrival. They helped us book our tickets for Tianmen Mountain and Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, arranged for our luggage to be collected from the airport so we could go directly sightseeing, and were always available to answer our questions and help us plan our visit. Travelling in China as foreigners can sometimes require a little extra help with tickets, transport and local arrangements, and having such helpful staff made everything much easier and stress-free. We would definitely recommend staying here, especially if you are visiting Zhangjiajie for the first time. Thank you so much for everything! 😊

Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo la gentilezza, la disponibilità e l’ospitalità dello staff. Già al momento della prenotazione, prima tramite WhatsApp e poi direttamente in struttura, ci hanno aiutato con grande cortesia nell’organizzazione degli spostamenti e delle visite a Zhangjiajie. La struttura è pulita, confortevole e dotata di tutti i servizi necessari per un soggiorno piacevole. La posizione è davvero ottima: l’hotel è immerso nel verde e si trova a soli 10 minuti a piedi dal Middle Gate del National Forest Park. Nonostante la vicinanza, gli host ci hanno anche accompagnato gratuitamente con la loro auto privata fino all’ingresso del parco, dimostrando ancora una volta grande attenzione e disponibilità nei confronti degli ospiti. Un soggiorno davvero piacevole, reso ancora migliore dalla cordialità dello staff. Struttura assolutamente consigliata!

La cordialità dello staff i quali ci hanno prenotato tutti i biglietti per entrare al parco che si trova a esattamente 3 minuti di macchina dal resort!! Colazione buona. Camere SPETTACOLARI con una vista direttamente sulla montagna. Menzione d’onore per i due ragazzi della reception che ci hanno anche organizzato dei tour giornalieri per poter visitare il parco senza andare a caso. TUTTO TOP

El personal en recepción excepcional y en inglés. Plano en mano nos explicaron perfectamente los dos días de excursiones que hicimos. Se puede uno tomar una Coca Cola o cerveza bien frías en cualquier momento. Incluso jugar al billar de forma gratuita. Las cenas que hicimos riquísimas y a un precio fantástico. Habitaciones grandes y bien dotadas. Merece la pena coger una superior y las que tienen la bañera grande en la terraza genial. También merece la pena pedir habitación hacia la montaña porque las vistas desde la habitación que tiene unos ventanales inmensos, es del 10.

Aunque aparece en las fotos, no existe ya la piscina por un tema legal al estar muy cerca del parque. Pero esto no es ningún problema. De verdad que es un sitio genial. A saber qué está a la entrada del parque y no en la ciudad.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Chelsey war unsagbar engagiert und freundlich. Dadurch das sie super englisch gesprochen hat war die Kommunikation perfekt. Sie hat uns bei den Hiking Tourd super beraten, beim Tickkauf unterstützt (was wegen der drei mitreisenden Masterstudenten nicht ganz einfach war). Neben den angenehmen Aufenthalt hat definitive sie den Unterschied gemacht. Vielen Dank!

Die Betten waren sehr hart, aber nach einem kurzem Hinweis hat ein weicher Matratzeschoner Abhilfe geschaffen.

Отдых в этом отеле оставил очень приятные впечатления. Особенно хочется отметить работу персонала: благодаря помощи с организацией экскурсий наш отпуск стал намного интереснее и насыщеннее. Также нас приятно удивили при заселении — вместо забронированного номера предоставили номер более высокой категории без дополнительной оплаты. Это стало отличным бонусом и сделало отдых еще комфортнее. Спасибо всему персоналу за гостеприимство, внимательное отношение к гостям и отличный сервис. С удовольствием вернемся сюда снова!

We absolutely loved our stay here. Without a doubt, the highlight was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. They helped us book our tickets for Zhangjiajie National Forest Park and, even more importantly, they carefully explained how to organize our two-day visit to make the most of our time. Their recommendations were excellent and made our trip much more enjoyable. We also really appreciated that they drove us to the park entrance every morning, which made everything much easier and more convenient. The food at the hotel was excellent. We had dinner there and every dish was delicious, generous in portion size, and reasonably priced. The breakfast was also very tasty, with a good variety of freshly prepared options that gave us a perfect start to each day. The hotel is located in a peaceful and quiet area, making it the perfect place to relax after a long day exploring the park. The rooms were comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was warm and relaxing. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. If we ever return, we would definitely stay here again.

The staff are exceptional helpful and super kind. They helped us book all our various park visits and guided us through the process. The lady doing the breakfast and evening meals prepares fabulous home cooked meals. We ate here every night and it was all delicious. The hotel is fantastic. The price includes an airport transfer. The rooms are clean and spacious. The breakfasts are delicious. And the staff is very welcoming and always attentive.

Замечательный отель. Расположен близко к восточным воротам, буквально в 10 минутах ходьбы. Трансфер из отеля и в отель бесплатный, если написать в WeChat, то за вами пришлют машину. Ребята на ресепшен хорошо говоря на Английском, помогают со всеми вопросами: купить билеты, вызвать такси, построить маршрут: куда и на какое количество времени отправится, трансфер от Вокзала в день прибытия! Не было ни одного вопроса, с которым бы они не помогли. Завтраки хорошие. Хороший кофе - что для нас очень важно. Уборка каждый день. Прачечная самостоятельного обслуживания. Ванные принадлежности. Белое хрустящее белье. Вид на горы потрясающий. Номер у нас был большой, с выходом на террасу, где было классно посидеть и попить кофе.

An absolutely incredible stay at the NVUE Resort. From the moment we arrived, the staff’s service was flawless: super friendly, warm, and always willing to help. They explained all the park activities to us with maps and tons of detail, which made organizing our visits so much easier. They also spoke perfect English, so communication was effortless the whole time. The location is fantastic, perfect for getting around Zhangjiajie National Park without any hassle. The rooms are great, comfortable, and have everything you need, and everything was spotlessly clean throughout the hotel. In short, a perfect experience. We’d come back without hesitation and recommend it 100% to anyone visiting Zhangjiajie. A huge thank you to the team for making our stay so special!

The best part of our trip was meeting Nancy, Tim and Robert they are a credit to the Hotel. Exceptionally friendly and helpful and couldn’t do enough for you. They are your future.! 😀 we loved our stay and they made it special ❤️. They planned all of our trips made it really easiest easy for us to understand and if we got stuck, we could message them on WeChat which we did once and Nancy immediately replied , It was much better than trying to book it yourself as they knew everything about the parks.

Everything was perfect apart from one small recommendation to add another mirror in the bedroom, a full length dressing mirror or another kind of mirror.

Staff was extremely attentive and helpful for anything we needed at the resort and very knowledgeable for guides around the parks and stops. Great views from the balcony, comfortable guest rooms, and fresh breakfast each morning were just perfect. Also can’t beat the location just 5 minutes from middle gate with no crowds.

Nous n'avons pas pu rêver mieux pour l'hôtel. Les chambres étaient superbes. Le personnel de l'hôtel était très aimable et toujours disponible pour nous aider. C'est grâce à eux que nous avons découvert ZhangJiaJie de la meilleure des manières à travers le parc national et la porte du Paradis. Et il ne faut pas oublier le dîner. Les repas étaient très très bon. Merci au chef ! Encore merci à tout le personnel de l'hôtel d'avoir rendu notre voyage inoubliable. Nous espérons y retourner à l'avenir !

Il y a normalement une piscine à l'hôtel. Malheureusement, elle n'était pas encore ouverte durant ce mois de mai. Nous n'avons malheureusement pas pu en profiter.

Nice peaceful resort close to the middle gate. The staff were all friendly and so helpful. Especially the beautiful Nancy who planned and booked all of our activities. Her help and advice was priceless. The meals were great. We highly recommend staying here if you are looking for an enjoyable stress free break. The mini bath on the balcony was a great place to chill after the days activities.

Exceptional hospitality. Great location (5-10 mins walk away from the Southeast entrance of the National Forest Park). The serenity and beauty of the mountains are in front of you.

Chinese breakfast is great, however having more variety every now and then would be wonderful.

To book a room with a mountain view, one needs to book a room with a bathtub on the balcony. The bathtub has been of little use (over 3 days we haven’t seen anyone using such bathtubs), while it is taking half of the balcony space and water is leaking under it.

We really enjoyed our stay in this resort. Location was good, 7 minutes walk to the entrance of the park. Clean and nice rooms including a balcony with a beautiful view. We got some great advises from Robert where to go and help by booking tickets. Recommend this place for sure.

The hotel is very close to the Forest Park, and they provide a shuttle service. All of them speak English. This has been my experience—one of the best days I’ve had in China, and this is the best hotel I’ve stayed at.

The staff went above and beyond to make our trip as comfortable and memorable during our very first time traveling with family in China. They helped book all our tickets for Zhangjiajie park and Tianmen mountain, arranged for a car to pick us up from the airport and drop us off to our next hotel, and even helped us immensely with tips and details with our itinerary within the parks. Particularly Nie and Robert were truly the standouts who made our stay so comfortable as they truly exceeded our expectations in taking care of us, all within their best ability in speaking English (which was very good!). Nie took care of us from day one in helping us feel comfortable especially as she was the point person in translating our questions and requests to the local staff there and Robert was the expert of the parks who sat down with us to help lay out a detailed route in navigating the mountains and parks. The resort is a 15 minute walk from the middle gate which helped us avoid the tour bus crowds that usually start at the East gate. And everything felt incredibly clean and modern. We really loved our stay here and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this accomodation to anyone visiting Zhangjiajie! P.S the food here is really good! Very authentic, homey Chinese cuisine (particularly their beef and vegetable dish and stir fried cabbage). Love you guys and really appreciate all the warmth you guys showed us <3

No complaints. I will mention, we didn't have this issue at all because we knew how to keep the screen up while our windows were open.. but we did see other guests having issues with bugs coming into their rooms. But the staff were so accommodating in killing the bugs late into their night.

Nos ayudaron a planificar la visita al parque y compraron nuestras entradas.(El primer día nos acompañaron a la entrada del parque para asegurarse de que todo estuviese bien).La habitación era enorme y con unas vistas espectaculares.Recomiendo pedir la comida que preparan en el propio hotel... nos encantó.Nuestra estancia nos demostró que no siempre es necesario hablar el mismo idioma para entenderse.

La llegada en Didi no fue fácil,Aconsejo tener preparada la dirección en chino previamente.

Gutes Frühstück - nettes Restaurant mit sehr guten Damen in der Küche - lecker ! Das Zimmer war grosszügig und gut eingerichtet. Das Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist perfekt mit ca. 15 min Fussweg zu einem Eingang in den Nationalpark.

Die Beschreibung der Klimaanlage war etwas komplex - so hat es einen Tag gebraucht bis wir es warm im Zimmer hatten.

The staff was very friendly. Tim helped me plan the visit to the park. The guys were kind of bringing to and picking me up the entrance of the park, that is anyway very close. Food was also great.

Was only confused at the arrival if that was the entrance of the hotel. Probably there could be .ore signs.

We loved the location of the hotel, as it was 3min car ride from the park entrance (and the staff helped us getting there in the morning, later we just used didi to come back, it's super cheap). It was great not to be in the car for 45min each way to get to the park (as it would be if you stay in Zhangjiajie city). the food was amazing in the hotel restaurant, so I wouldn't bother to go to any other local place (especially if you don't eat pork, as finding chicken/veggie options in local places is a challenge and hotel restaurant provides all the options). They also have chinese wine "the great wall" which was a great try too. we loved our room with a terrace and a bathtub outside. The staff helps with everything, booking the entrances, recommending food options etc. Super helpful.

it was a bit cold inside when we arrived, but after some time it got better. also, as we visited in the fall, the outside of the hotel needed a bit of care (the swimming pool area, as not in use was not taken care of). it didn't bother us much, as it was cold outside and we wouldn't use the swimming pool anyway.

Staff went above and beyond to assist with all aspects of the logistics for the Forest Park - being so close to the entrance was a big plus - room was clean and very comfortable- food was really tasty and good option to be able to stay in at the hotel - overall a very comfortable and efficient stay

La location è da rivedere, letto scomodissimo, la colazione non é internazionale da rivedere in assoluto! Manca ascensore che al 4 piano può essere un problema, anche se il personale si fa sempre carico nello spostare le valigie.
