Aparte de que la habitación es una maravilla, la piscina, las vistas, la naturaleza y tiene una ubicación perfecta para entrar al.parque, es la entrada con diferencia con menos gente. El personal nos ayudó muchísimo en todas las gestiones, reservas, rutas, etc etc. Super aconsejable.

No es un pero, pero si hubiese un poquito mas de mantenimiento en las zonas comunes sería top.

Amazing mountain views in the hotel. Super nice staff, very helpful. Big room with panoramic windows. Quiet and calm area. Tasty breakfast.

Unfortunately, our room didn’t have full panoramic view as on photos because of tall bamboo which blocks the scenery. Hotel located in the village and someone from nearby was burning the garbage once in the evening, there was a bad smell in the room. But hotel can’t impact on it.

The pool was a little bit dirty and the bathtub in the room did not have hot water. I was very much looking forward to a bath after hiking all day but just never got hot.

Forse qualche rifinitura andrebbe rivista, purtroppo l’umidità del posto non aiuta con il buon mantenimento…

Das Personal ist eine Katastrophe, Sprachbarriere (sie sprechen und verstehen kaum Englisch) macht es noch schlimmer. Meine völlig verfärbte und noch feuchte Wäsche die mir mitgegeben wurde wollten sie auch noch schnell berechnen - Gast Zufriedenheit war ihnen auch egal. Sehr schade

We had to leave for our own safety and comfort.

Room is great and view from it is fantastic especially when it's foggy,service even better guys at reception will help whatever is needed. National park entrance is 7 min walk from hotel and they offered to drive me there...

Breakfast is fine , but dinner could have been better also couldn't pay with wechat, card was denied which is strange because i have been in China two weeks and everything worked with wechat just this single place didn't. Also at reception they had problems with my Mastercard so i had to pay my room with wechat.

Incredible location looking out over the mountains and in a nice quieter village only 10mins walk to the south east gate for the national park. The staff were amazing - it was nice to support a local family who own it. Food was excellent including the breakfast buffet.

Gorgeous mountain views from my room. About 700m walk to the National Forest park middle gate (less crowded). Tasty breakfast, with made to order eggs and noodles. Kevin and Liang are AMAZING!! It felt like I had personal organisers. They organised tickets, changed my entry schedule everyday(need to be booked the day before), drove me to the gate when I was running late…Hotel services in China is generally of high standards, but these guys are exceptional.

Camera molto bella, con vasca idromassaggio e vista mozzafiato dalla terrazza. Kevin è stato eccezionale nell'ospitalità, ci ha aiutato con qualsiasi necessità, anche con gli itinerari per visitare la zona e, cosa non da poco, parlava inglese senza difficoltà.

A voler proprio trovare un difetto si può migliorare la varietà del buffet per la colazione, ma l'abbiamo comunque trovata buona e sufficiente!

중국어를 모르면 의사 소통이 어려움. 일부 객실에 화장실 냄새가 심하고 날파리 같은 것들이 벽에 붙어 있고 날라 다님.. 시설이 오래 되어 지저분함. 이 호텔의 사진에 속으면 안 됨. 점심이나 저녁식사가 제공되나 오래 걸리고 가성비가 덜어짐. 주변에 식당이나 기타 시설은 거의 없음. 시설이나 위치에 비해 숙박비도 비싼 편임.

We were not sure if we would have hot water every morning and the electricity went out a few times.

Poor conditions. It was so cold inside that it made us change the hotel second night here. We told them that is cold inside the room (14’C) and he told us that is not that cold. Anyway he brought us a termal radiator to try to make it hotter. It did not work. We slept with a lot of clothes on us. The thing that made us change the hotel the second night, is that the staff closed the AC and the heater through the day and let a big window opened. We were hoping that maybe the room is a little bit wormer but it was worse. And I paid a looooot for no reason. I paid 200e/night (booked through booking) and they have like 55-60e/night the same room. I don t know how this got 5 stars. Breakfast was poor. Maybe because we were the only one staying there.

The staff were friendly and helpful and I felt comfortable with any request I had. The location is absolutely perfect, 8min walk from the national forest park.

The location, staff, facilities and food were all fantastic. The view from the room onto Zhangjiajie National Park was breathtaking. One of the guys even dropped us to our required gate of the park when we could not get a taxi, brilliant customer service!

There were people who were very loud the first night we stayed. They were shouting and running outside the door until the early hours of the morning. There are several accommodations within a small outdoor area so this could not be helped by Purespace but it was extremely inconvenient and disappointing as we were up early every morning to explore the national park and could not sleep

On.avait réservé une chambre avec vue sur montagne mais on nous a donné une chambre avec vue sur piscine avec un jaccuzzi sauf que nous on voulait la vue montagne, on nous a dit que c'étais un surclassement sauf qu'on s'est aperçu que la chambre que nous avions réservé à la base avait été donnée à un autre couple. Dans la chambre il y a une odeur de moisissure c'est irrespirable ( et certainement dangereux pour la santé ) ainsi que des moisissures sur le mur de la salle de bain. Lorsqu'on marche sur le parquet on entend qu'il est imbibé d'eau à certain endroits certainement à cause du Jaccuzzi. Il y a un manque d'entretien et manque de finitions , des traces de peinture un peu partout sur les mur et le sol Il faisait un froid GLACIAL dans la salle de restauration , les portes sont grandes ouvertes c'est d'une souffrance extrême de manger dans ces conditions..quand il fait 3 degrés dehors je ne comprends pas pourquoi ouvrir les portes en grand .. même avec manteaux et bonnets on avait encore froid. Le petit déjeuner est pauvre en variétés il n'y a presque rien

Der Inhaber ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er unterstützt bei der Ticketbuchung und wenn man andere Anliegen hat, kann man sich immer an ihn wenden. Das Frühstück (Buffet war inkludiert) und das Abendessen, welches man sich bestellen kann, war sehr gut. Die Lage ist perfekt für den Besuch im Zhangjiajie Nationalpark.

Unser Zimmer war leider sehr schimmelig. Die Decke an der Dusche war sehr bedeckt mit Schimmel. Auch an der Zwischendecke der indirekten Beleuchtung im Hauptraum war es schon schimmelig. Dies hat man auch schon im Zimmer gerochen. Zudem hatten wir öfter Wanzen im Zimmer, die unter der Tür hinein gekrabbelt sind.

Staff gentilissimo, colazione e cena ottime, camera stupenda, ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, a 10 min a piedi dall'ingresso Wulingyuan del parco naturale di Zhangjiajie.

La camera è molto bella ma ci sarebbero da fare dei piccoli miglioramenti, tipo lo scarico del lavandino a vista e delle macchie di muffa presenti su qualche muro.

Posizione ottima, a 15 minuti a piedi dall'ingresso sud est del parco. Staff molto gentile e disponibile. Stanza grande e bella, colazione varia e abbondante

Swietne miejsce jesli ktos planuje 3-4 dni na wizyte w Parku Narodowym Zhangjiajie i troche odpoczynku w pieknych okolicznosciach przyrody po trekingu po gorach. Pieknie polozony hotel z cudownym widokiem na gory. Dodatkowo przemily pan na recepcji, ktory zabiegal abysmy byli zadowoleni, pomagal przy zaplanowaniu wycieczki do Parku Narodowego i sprawil ze nasz pobyt byl bardzo udany. Sam obiekt a dokladnie pokoje pieknie wyposazone / umeblowane i przestronne, z ogromnymi oknami. Szczegolnie te przy basenie. Wspaniale wrazenie robi apartament. Pokoje w "drugim rzedzie" juz troche mniej luksusowe.

Obiekt troche zaniedbany pod wzgledem poziomu czystosci. Obiekt juz troche "nadgryziony zebem czasu". Ogromne okna zaparowane wiec troche blokuje piekne widoki. Ale to byc moze z powodu klimatu i wilgoci, a nie zaniedbania. Najslabsza strona hotelu bylo jedzenie. Bardzo skromne sniadania, i niezbyt smaczne. Jeszcze slabsza oferta obiadu czy kolacji (cieplego posilku), a w okolicy nie ma duzego wyboru.

Las habitaciones del primer edificio son incómodas de llegar, muchas escaleras. No tienen aire acondicionado (el portátil no soporta el calor de verano) El baño no tiene una puerta sino que una cortina divisoria, súper incómodo

Personal muy amable y vistas bonitas

- Moho en la habitación y olor a humedad con paredes sucias - Agua de la piscina sucia (vimos respuestas del hotel de que en invierno no la limpiaban; pero fuimos en verano y tampoco estaba limpia) - Desayuno muy justo (vasos de cartón, mantequilla en una bolsa de plástico)

El alojamiento está muy cerca de la entrada del parque. El personal es muy muy amable y además habla inglés. Nos hicieron un upgrade a una habitación mejor sin coste adicional. La comida que preparan está buena.

Aunque la habitación era nueva y espectacular, se notaba en exceso en la falta de mantenimiento. Teníamos una mancha gigante de moho en el techo, también había moho en la pared del baño e, incluso, en las cortinas. La humedad es tan grande que en algunas zonas del parquet se notaba agua debajo al pisar (por ejemplo, justo en la entrada de la habitación). Se notaba además un poco de dejadez por ejemplo, la puerta del baño no cerraba, la silicona del baño estaba negra… Para aumentar aún más la sensación de dejadez, ni siquiera se habían molestado en cortar el césped alrededor de la piscina. En cuanto al desayuno, hay otros detalles que también nos llamaron la atención. Por ejemplo, la mantequilla la servían dentro de una bolsa de plástico, en la cual todos los huéspedes metían el mismo cuchillo. Tampoco ofrecen tazas de cerámica o cristal sino que el café te lo tenías que tomar en vasos de cartón. No sabemos si es algo cultural o es simplemente que no saben hacer mejor las cosas pero creemos que este Hotel bien mantenido sería espectacular porque tanto las instalaciones como los exteriores son una maravilla.

Destacamos la ubicación, a tan solo 10 minutos caminando de la entrada al parque.y las vistas desde nuestra habitación y desde la piscina. Un remanso de paz El desayuno no es muy amplio, ni variado, pero suficiente, hay fruta, platos calientes, zumos y café. Si bien una cafetera Nespresso o similar, en lugar de café de filtro sería muy recomendable. Sin embargo si tenéis ocasión, os recomendamos comer o cenar algún día. Tuvimos ocasión de comer dos veces y la experiencia fue estupenda. El personal es muy amable y te ayudan con todo en cualquier momento.

뷰가 아주 좋았고 중문(쯔믄강)으로 가기 위한 위치도 좋았습니다. 풀장이 예약을 확정하는데 큰 역할을 했습니다. 조식도 생각보다는 좋았습니다. 3일 머물렀고 매일 아침 침실에서 걸어나와서 모닝수영을 했습니다.

Il personale dell’accoglienza è stato sempre molto gentile ed attento, aiutandoci anche nelle prenotazioni necessarie per il parco. La vista sulla montagna è molto bella.

La stanza non era pulita per bene e si sentiva odore di umido. La piscina non era praticabile a causa dell’acqua non pulita/filtrata. La colazione non offriva molto, non presentava alternative per un gusto occidentale.

The rooms were beautiful especially the breathtaking views when facing the mountain. Added on by the friendly staff who were super friendly and knowledgeable with the area. The food was also fantastic, grown locally and delicious.

I like the modern set up of the room. Nested I'm a good location just walking distance from YuanJieJiang National Park. The hosts are nice, he did give some tips/advices for the exploration.

Although it is close to middle gate of the park , most tours start from the east gate so we had to pay additional for tour company to pick us up and drop us off. The host and his wife were very nice and accommodating but no nearby stores or restaurant except for one on site.

Location about 20mins away from town but has a few small shops and restaurants around. Pool looked quite old and dirty, no one used the pool during our stay.

The pictures on the website do not represent the reality of the hotel which is terribly finished. It looked as it was still under construction (although it wasn’t). The AC pipes hanged from the room and there was a leak. Resulting to the AC, we would also like to mention that it was not sufficient for the room, it did not provide proper cooling and was very very noisy. The mattress was dirty, there were hairs that were not from us and stains. It should also be noted that towels smelled awful, as if they hadn’t been dried well. They smelled as a mix between humidity and tabaco, very unpleasant after you have a shower…. Lastly, we also thought the exterior was a total scam, when we checked the swimming pool it was green, as it if hadn’t been cleaned for months. Also the garden had not been taken cared of, and you could not lay there as wild plants were growing all over it. We have been in many many hotels all over china and other countries, and we are aware that not all of them are always excellent. However this hotel did look like a good and pleasant hotel, but it wasn’t, which made us feel it was a complete scam for the price we paid.

Kevin, the front desk employee, was extremely welcoming and helpful. He did all that was in his hand to make our stay easier and we are immensely thankful for it.

Beautiful location, view on the mountains. Room was spacious and well equiped. It is 5 minutes walking distance from the entrance of the park. Food was good and staff really helpful. This village is beautiful and quiet which is nice compare to the vibrant atmosphere of the national park. Definetly recommend this place

The staff there were very welcoming, able to speak english to converse and even helped us get us cheaper tickets for the national park and their Charming xiangxi show. The location of the stay is just a 10mins walk from the southern gate of the national park which is very convenient for anyone visiting the avatar mountains. Around the stay is also an open field mountain side farm which is great for a morning stroll if you want. Our room was well maintained and clean. Toilet has a bidet so that was a plus. Also a bonus, our room had a automatic mahjong table which anyone can enjoy. They provide a simple breakfast for you to choose from, no complains. You can also order dinner from them at an earlier time and be ready at the timing you want, with local meats and veges which was very nice and filling! The owner of the stay is also very nice, I left my jacket at the stay forgetting about it and he offered to help express mail my item to my next stay and was very helpful and communicative throughout the whole process! This stay is definitely worth a shot, away from the usual city stays, you get to stargaze a little at night away from the city lights. Give it a shot!

The best part of the hotel was Kevin. I would give him 5 stars for his dedication and support. It wasn't difficult for us to communicate with him as he could manage with English. He helped us to get to the zhangjiajie entrance with his car 2 times and guided us to book our tickets for the park. Felt at home atmosphere as all staff were very friendly though they didn't speak English. Our 4 days stay was memorable and would highly recommend this place and Kevin.

The property is managed by a family who did all they could to make us feel at home. Right from the arrival we were upgraded to a much better room with a smal fee. The whole rice terraces around the hotel belong to that family and the owner was kind enough to show us around as she accompanied us to the ZHangiaje Ticket office on a very rainy day. She was always available to give us all the information we needed to enjoy our stay in the park and never counted her time when it came to help us !!! The welcome from all the staff and the assistance is really what make this stay unforgettable. You will not regret booking here, it's more than just a hotel, it's a homestay where you feel like home. Like other people mentionned, the fact that it's located nearby (10 min walk) one of the less crowded ticket office is a BIG PLUS and helps us save time. The village where the hotel is located is quiet and charming, especially the side around the terraces. Food in the hotel is good (maybe a little bit spicy so please ask non spicy if you prefer it that way)....There were some other restaurant options in the village but we didn't try them. We were happy with Purespace food option. Th ebreakfast, although not fullly western, had at least a few things we could eat (yoghurt, fruits, eegs, bread, juice). I think booking here is one of the BEST OPTION when you visite Zhangiajie. Lastly you can count on the hotel if you need to rent a driver, and they are not too restrictive in regards to checkout time : again it feels more like home than a hotel. My 3 years old boy loved the place and he was very happy staying in this homestay. PLEASE book RIGHT NOW !!!

The view from our suite was beautiful and the staff were super helpful. Waking up each morning and taking a jacuzzi bath was just what I needed after all the hiking through the parks.

The hotel was in a great location, within walking distance to the Zhangjiajie park entrance but away from the bustle of Wulingyan town. Rooms were nicely decorated and spacious with views of the mountains. Staff was extremely kind and helpful, both in helping us find good hiking routes in the park and surprised me with a cake for by birthday!

The jacuzzi wasn't working. We booked the more expensive suite because of the jacuzzi. After a long day hiking we thought having this would benefit our muscles. The manager couldn't find the way to turn on the control panel. Perhaps the circuit breaker was off. The breakfast start at 8pm was to late. The advantage of the location was that we could walk 10 minutes to the park entrance which opened at 7:30am. The delay of the breakfast meant we arrived into the park after the tour buses and had to wait over an hour in long queues at the lift. They should provide an express breakfast for guests of coffee and quick pastry at 7 so you could get to the park when they open. This would give guests the location advantage ahead of the tour buses leaving from town below.

The location was exceptional. Nestled outside of the Zhangjiajie National Park, it was within walking distance of the park. The scenic views of the village were idyllic - a landmark in its own right

The highest order of service any hotel can offer is to anticipate the needs of its customers. Susu, the hotel manager, embodies this and made sure that I had the best experience possible. She was a master concierge and helped me book my cars and tickets with expert efficiency and with her help I was able to craft an itinerary that was beyond something I could have came up with on my own. I was taken everywhere by guides and drivers that were friendly and accommodating and I was able to make the most out of my solo trip and feel safe and taken care of the entire stay. The property was clean and the scene from my room was an influencer’s paradise.

Beautiful place, wonderful host. Our host went thousands of extra miles to help us and arrange stuff for us so we can fully enjoy Zhangjiajie in our short 2 days trip. This hotel has the best view in town (if you pick the better room), and the room was super comfy. We went during low season, quite cold but lucky the sky was clear so we can fully enjoy our experience!
