Reviewed Feb 9, 2026Muy buena recepción y atención para entrar. Todo en la habitación era nuevo. Estancia muy cómoda y tranquila. El baño estaba muy limpio y bien equipado. No nos faltó nada. Nos recomendaron el Victoria Manor para cenar. Todo un acierto. De repetir.
Buena localización en barrio residencial pero un poco apartado de los restaurantes.

Reviewed Aug 4, 2025Fijne familiekamer met goede verwarming en elektrische dekens. Alles was keurig schoon. Prima voor een bezoek aan mountain zebra national park.
Er is geen eigen keuken, die is in een gezamenlijke ruimte. Het ligt in een veilige wijk, Cradock zelf vonden we minder veilig aanvoelen.

Reviewed Mar 25, 2025I liked the theme of the room. The property is neat and situated in a Quiet neighbourhood. The dinning hall is exceptional with lots of interesting reading material.
The room was a bit on smaller scale. Myself and Hubby did'nt have enough space to put our bags. It's mostly suitable for someone who travels alone. However it was a great stay, we enjoyed our stay.

Bedding needs an upgrade - new duvet, duvet cover and pillows required. The wifi connected to the router but there was no connection to the internet. TV needs an upgrade to smart tv for you tube and netflix. Existing TV had some sort of issue as the sound went off three times without reason.

Reviewed Mar 18, 2024It was easy to find, loved the modern finishes in the bedrooms, air conditioner worked perfectly and saved us from the heat 🙈. The host was very helpful, carried our bags into our different rooms and responded to messages very quickly. He also made sure that we had an access to iron and ironing board. Above everything else it easy to check in and checking out as well. Most importantly, we felt very safe.

The owner had a stinking attitude but I was not surprised because that how they behave when someone stands their grounds. They are so used to be worshipped as if we are still in the 50's. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone because the owner is so arrogant and egomaniac.

Reviewed Dec 25, 2023The owner was rude and unprofessional. He thought that we are still leave in 1940's where everyone had to 'worship' white people. When I stood up for myself, he did not like it because he thinks everyone has to say: "Ja baas / Nee baas" because that how they used to be treated in the olden days. I am going to upload the messages of this unprofessional manchild of an owner.
