Reviewed Aug 26, 2026Het appartement is ruim, heeft een groot, zeer comfortabel bed en een mooi balkon met jacuzzi. Het is super schoon. Er is direct uitzicht op het kruger park vanaf het appartement. Wij hadden daar bijna dagelijks uitzicht op de olifanten en zelfs op leeuwen. Geweldige host. zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Host heeft geholpen met uitzoeken van de safari, de transfers, restaurants, etc. In noodgevallen wordt er daarnaast direct gehandeld, en contact opgenomen met doktoren en ziekenhuizen. Absoluut beste appartement waar ik ooit gezeten heb. Als je een appartement zoekt, is dit het appartement wat je wilt!

Builders were busy from 08H00 to 17h00 every day at two adjacent properties, which disturbed the peace and we left most days, because of the noise. It would have been nice to know that up front.

Die „Straßen“ und auch der Zufahrtsweg sind leider eine Zumutung. Der Duschablauf funktionierte kaum. Einige Küchenutensilien sollten getauscht/entsorgt werden.

Reviewed May 6, 2026We had an amazing stay, so peaceful!! The jacuzzi is the highlight of the place! We spotted some zebras and giraffes, which was so amazing yet scary because they were so close, but overall great experience. I would definitely recommend and we’ll definitely be back!
WiFi was down on our last day, wasn’t really a big deal for us as we were there to relax. The owner was on site and promptly advised as soon as it went down and arranged for it to get fixed. Great service!

Reviewed Apr 14, 2026We had a wonderful stay – the location is peaceful and perfect for a true bush experience, and it’s an excellent base for visiting Kruger. The apartment was spacious, clean, and very well equipped, with great air conditioning and a lovely outdoor area to relax in after a day out. The host was friendly and helpful, making everything very easy.
Only very minor issues, which are understandable in a rural setting. The power couldn’t handle running the oven, air con, and jacuzzi at the same time, so it would trip. There was also an issue with the stair light affecting the WiFi, meaning we couldn’t use it, which made early morning starts a little tricky in the dark. The owner did say this is due to be fixed soon.

Reviewed Mar 19, 2026Alles!! Die Lage am Fluss, Giraffen, Zebras, Impalas …. kamen bis zur Terasse , und auf der anderen Seite des Flusses konnten wir die Hippos und Elefanten beobachten.Das Appartement ist modern, behaglich und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Der Whirlpool ein Traum.

We saw a Dozen giraffes grazing right behind the House.it was the Highlight of our South Africa Trip. The Whirlpool and Barbecue on the Deck are fantastic. The owners responded very quickly when a Problem was arising.
The Access roads have been severly damaged from the recents floods. We were happy to have a car with high clearance. Some small things would have been great to have:: Matches, Salt and Pepper, oil and drinking water.

The host is exceptional with excellent communication and is super responsive. Nothing was too much trouble and she provided all the information and details required for an excellent stay, with recommendations of nearby activities to partake in.

Reviewed Jan 8, 2026Pictures don't do justice for this place. I also loved the fact that it's close to crocodile bridge gate and above all you can see into kruger from the balcony while enjoying sundowners. We'll surely be back during holiday season.
Absolutely nothing to dislike the place is beautiful and a walking distance to the river.

Reviewed Dec 15, 2025Really loved the view the property gave of the crocodile river was even lucky enough to see a lion across the river.The hot tub was also really relaxing and being able to recline in the hot tub while watching the crocodile river was definitely a huge bonus. The apartment was also fully equipped with all the appliances you would need, and the bed was super comfy. I am definitely looking forward to my next stay here!

Reviewed Dec 8, 2025I just wanted to say that your property is absolutely stunning! The reviews are spot on, it's truly a gem. We loved how clean and well-maintained everything was. One of the highlights was definitely the wildlife that visited us we had the best views of animals right from our doorstep! And being next to the river was just the cherry on top. We also really appreciated the hot water in the bathroom it was always available when we needed it, which was a total lifesaver

De balkondeur zat op slot waardoor we de eerste dag niet naar buiten konden. Toen we door het raam de afdek van de jaccuzzi optilden zat daar het water van de vorige huurders nog in (zag er niet bepaald fris uit). Als je in bed ligt (met je benen tegen de bank) en er loopt iemand dan word je zeeziek want de hele blokhut op palen wiebelt heen en weer. Enorm veel muggen. Waar komen die langs? Nou waarschijnlijk door de kieren in de vloer waardoor je zo heen kunt kijken. Als klap op de vuurpijl schoot er een beest dat verdacht veel op een kakkerlak leek achter de wasbak in de badkamer.

Reviewed Oct 19, 2025Die Unterkunft liegt sehr dicht am Crocodile River, hat eine gut ausgestattete Küche und einen tollen Ausblick vom Balkon. Die Kommunikation mit der Inhaberin verlief einwandfrei. Wir hatten zu jeder Zeit einen Ansprechpartner. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Only stayed 2 nights. Should of booked longer, at least 4 nights 😏
