Enfrente de la estación, no está en el centro, pero se puede ir andando y al lado del parking de la estación 9,50€ 24h (aparcar en Cork en la calle es de pago complicado, y limitado en tiempo). Tiene escaleras pero nos pusieron en el primer piso. Café, creamer, te y kettle. Checkin sencillo.
El precio quizás parece alto, pero Cork es una ciudad de alojamiento caro

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026El local es singular y me atrajo. Su situación es muy buena, en frente de la estación para poder desplazarte a otros pueblos cercanos. Las habitaciones están correctas con un tamaño aceptable. Al estar encima del pub, cuando regresas de una excursión puedes disfrutar de una pinta tranquilamente (esto es importante,,,). Pero lo mejor sin duda, es la atención recibida por Ethan; una gran persona. Tuvimos que avisar porque nos retrasamos al tener un percance en ruta, y nos esperó. Además nos informó de cosas que hacer en Cork y alrededores; y además atiende el pub!!!!!
Si vas con coche particular, el tema del aparcamiento no es fácil. En la calle es de pago (con la app lo puedes resolver). Si no, puedes optar a dejarlo por la noche en el parking de la estación. Pero tampoco fue un problema para nosotros.

She was the highlight of our stay. If you're only slightly or even strongly considering booking this accommodation, think no more. Just press the blue button!

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Just returned from a short trip to Cork … but felt like a lot longer …we stayed here at Station View Tavern…what a lovely place …yes it’s a little tired but spotlessly clean and comfortable, but most of all was the welcome we got from everyone, from emails before we arrived to us leaving. Honestly so friendly and helpful, it’s in a great place a short walk from everything, train station opposite, and the open top city bus stops right outside. If there’s anything you need to know just ask ! Everyone there is lovely ! We will definitely be back Thanks again xx

Een van de kamers lag aan de straatzijde, wat wel veel lawaai gaf. De andere kamer lag achteraan waar het wel rustiger was.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026My son and I shared a twin suite, en-suite. You can see that the room had new carpets and also the most comfy beds going. It had a wardrobe and a bedside cabinet, it was really nice. The bathroom was basic but suited our needs just silly little cosmic things like the shelf in the bathroom was a bit wonky and the hand rail in the shower was a bit rusty but otherwise we both agreed we would stay there again. The train station is directly in front of the hotel so ideal if your getting a train in. Bus route near the hotel and about 10min walk to the river.

Fensterscheibe war gebrochen, Türbeschlag der Badezimmertür war lose und war notdürftig mit Silikon angeklagt, Toilettenspülgriff war lose, Teppichboden im Zimmer wurde nur lose drauf gelegt. Man sah überall die ausgebrannten Ränder und den darunterliegenden Boden. Schiebetüre der Duschkabine schwergängig.

No fault of the owners, but being in a main road, it was very loud and it’s difficult to sleep. The amenities in the room are very basic and not very clean. Both carpet and bathroom need a proper clean. The shower door was broken and the ceiling mouldy. In my opinion the night rate is too expensive for what it is. It’s okay for one night but I wouldn’t stay longer.

No lift, a lot of stairs. A rather basic room. Bedroom and bathroom needed maintenance (e.g. several cracked floor tiles in bathroom and a towel rail looking like it was close to falling off - I didnt dare touch it !). Very expensive for what it was.

Reviewed May 27, 2026La propreté, des draps, de la moquette, de la salle de bain (présence de clous et de vis, tâches brunes sur les draps, canapé dégueulasse, chambre inconfortable). Clé unique pour l'entièreté du bâtiment donc insécurité + impossibilité de fermer à clé la salle de bain ou la porte d'entrée. Bruit environnant exécrable, impossible de dormir. Invisibilité du personnel, accueil neutre par le bar et départ solitaire. Et prix exorbitant pour le rapport qualité prix ! Lampes qui tournent, prises qui ne chargent presque pas, mobilier illogique, placement insensé, moquette qui se décolle et couverte de tâches. Odeur de javel dans le couloir.

Reviewed May 27, 2026Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zentrum war 10 bis 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Die Betten waren total durchgelegen und sehr unbequem. Die Dusche war gefährlich glatt. Der helle Strahler vor dem Zimmerfenster war in der Nacht doch störend.
