It was a place my partner and I found in a pinch, and we really felt safe and comfortable. The staff was friendly, and the room is really nice and spacious. It may soon become another place to visit when in the area.

The toilet was a little loose, and was leaking a little bit. Not a criticism, but the bathroom sink could definitely have a small bar of soap to wash hands. The bed frame is a little low, but very comfortable for a good rest.

. - It was tidy - It was clean - It was comfortable - The particular room we had this time had a larger bathroom while still having the large shower, so that was a bit nicer.

. - This particular didn't have a curtain at its bathroom window and so at night someone can see completely into the bathroom.

Bed was very comfortable and staff very competent, clean, no noise. I got injured while hiking during the day. The lady at reception gave me something to ease the pain. And open kitchen to access plates and cutlery

I.could not find a fork to have dinner.

The place is nice and quiet. Facilities are good and the location is perfect.

The room had a lot of paint stains on the floor. It looked like it wasn't cleaned although there was no dust or dirtyness. And I would advice them to keep a spare blanket in the rooms. We shouldn't go enquire about blankets at night. Otherwise I would still recommend this place. Keep it up guys

They provided only one towel, and the outside light was too bright. It was too bright in the room I struggled to sleep.

Aya was excellent in welcoming us .or when had problems in our rooms . She was happy to assist .

Our small fridge wasn't working .

the stuff was amazing . room was very clean. they cleaned everyday with permission . since its winter i loved that there us an AC and there was an extra blanket.

the room i booked is a bit small and does not have an eating table .

Took the King Suite this time and here's what I liked: - The bed was much bigger, which was nice. - Desk space was much bigger, which was nice. - Bathroom had way more spacious, which was nice. - Unlike all the other rooms I've had, this room at least has plug power points with 2-pin connections at the bedside tables of the bed. This was very convenient since the other rooms I've had didn't even have plug points at the bedside tables.

Took the King Suite this time and here's what I didn't like: - Unlike the Small Double Room and the Double Room I've had before, this more expensive room didn't even have a dustbin. - The bathroom had a bath with a shower head instead of a nice large actual shower like the other room's I've had here. There is a LARGE amount of unused space in the bathroom which could be used to implement a nice shower in addition to the bath that is there. This would make the "King Suite" nicer in the sense that it would have the big bath PLUS an actual shower. - The finishing in this room looks incomplete, and I would have expected it to look better than the other rooms I've had. - The old solid wood vanity didn't look so good. Maybe upgrading to a more modern vanity would be better looking.

- Modern and stylish. - Aircon is a plus. - For our needs the location was great. - I took a bigger room this time, which unlike the "Small Double Room" has a decent step or two for my elderly mother to use, to get into the room.

- Arriving in the evening I could hear the neighboring guest's TV but figured it wouldn't bother too much... - I guess somebody complained because at 1AM in the morning the security had to come tell that same neighboring guest to quiet down as I myself even heard them slamming doors, speaking way too loud, and by now the TV was way louder as well. - While the shower is a nice size, the space around it to use the basin and toilet is extremely narrow. - The escutcheon plate around the shower tap is completely loose and gets in the way when trying to operate the tap. My elderly mother did not figure that out at the time and so inconveniently ended up having to shower at a neighboring unit. - This is the second time I've lodged here, with a different unit this time, and in both times the toilet seat was loose and sliding around. This, as well as the previous point makes it clear that small maintenance matters require some attention around this venue. - The one device's remote did not have batteries at all. Surely someone should be checking these things — I don't see why guests should have to swap batteries between remotes to be using them. - The room was booked for two adults, but besides the small towel there was only one large towel. Surely guests aren't intended to share towels?

The pillows and the sheets were dirty and the bed was as hard as a rock. The tv was not working, we finally called the staff to come help switch it on but they also failed

- The location was helpful as I needed to move between Wilgeheuwel and here. Not too far apart. - The room design is very tidy and modern. - It seemed pretty full and other lodgers seemed to be honoring the rules of no loud noise. This is an important thing, so I liked that! - Aircon for cooling/warming.

- It was cold. On my second night there was suddenly a warm additional blanket in the cupboard. Why was it not there from day one? Luckily I had aircon for warmth. - There was no teaspoon or stir sticks to stir coffee with. I had to ask. - The dogs next door are a MASSIVE noise disturbance. Late night barking/howling and early morning barking/howling. - The Microwave is full of food splatter on the inside.

Rooms are exactly as depicted in the pictures, brilliant hot showers, wonderful beds and decor. Small tuckshop in reception was an absolute treat when munchies hit at midnight. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. Keep up the great work and outstanding service. Nosipho, you are an absolute star. No request was too much trouble.

The location is perfect, the surroundings are very clean, and the receptionist was great. I did not meet other staff members. The room was very clean.

While the room was generally acceptable, there were a few issues that affected my stay. The room would have felt much more comfortable with a rug or small carpet. The biggest concern was the shower. The floor tiles appear to be wall tiles, making the surface very slippery when wet. This is a serious safety hazard, as someone could easily slip, fall, and sustain a serious injury—particularly a solo traveller who may not be found immediately. Additionally, the bathroom basin tap leaked, which should be repaired as part of the hotel's routine maintenance.

I like that the bed was clean with the towels, the aircon was working, proper parking and the place was clean.

We did not have hot water to take a shower, the plugs were not working and the fridge was not working, the coffee table was too small.

Person next to my room played his TV very loud and right thru the night, 2 nights in a row, the stickers that say no noise yo respect the next door person, they just ignored to. Did not receive an towl, was not ready when I booked in at 2.30..stayed 2 days and the staff did not bring any even the second day.

My man didn't like the fact that the tv didn't give him many options like, soccer or movies like Netflix and stuff

Easy check in process. Friendly staff. The room was also very spacious and comfortable. Location is easily accessible and close to amenities.

There was construction in progress and the cutting of the paving bricks began early on the Sunday morning while we would have loved to sleep in a little bit more :(

The bed in that room was something else .. didn't sleep well with my man 😔😔 it was like a ship sinking 😭...

The place is squeaky clean and it's quiet. More so the little shop inside was very useful. Thinking of being a regular.

I like the aesthetic of the guesthouse

The sheets were dirty, we couldn’t watch anything on the TV, and there was no hot water. Even after we were told to wait for 20 minutes, we still had to wash using the basin and heat water with the kettle.
