I like the fact that Little fall area is a perfect area

Eagle nest staff are not organised i had to move 4 times from one room to another place was dirty dust glass and curtlery were not clean,shef who preparing my breakfast did not take bath before preparing breakfast im saying this because his colleag only woke him up after i request mybreakfast worse part i saw hiw touching russian with his bear hands i wonder if he washed hands before he touche the food ,furniture is detorated actual i was very discuting.

There isn't proper management. With the way things are going the place will probably shut down in the next year or so. The owners probably need a better manager. Place has dirt on walls and fans, breakfast was cold and they don't know how to make coffee. Breakfast took forever.

The security guard was very friendly and tried his best to help. The location was not bad. There was hot water.

Took ages to check in even though there was no line. First room stunk of smoke and was dirty. Another room was offered. It also smelled of smoke, but not as bad. The bathroom tap was broken. The room was dirty. The bed was not comfortable. WiFi did not work. No soap was provided. I DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE. If I had arrived at the accomodation earlier, I would have made a plan to stay somewhere else. Unfortunately, I arrived in the evening and there was no time to find somewhere else. When I complained to the owner/manager, he said that they "do not allow smoking". I asked for a full refund. He said that they do not give refunds. I submitted a cancelation request and then he offered a 50% discount. I asked for a full refund and in exchange, I would not leave a review or the review would be slightly better on account of his helpfulness. He said that he would no longer offer a refund as he doesn't like threats and proceeded to threaten me by saying that "reviews can be done both ways". I look forward to his review. He was rude in how he handled the situation. I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN.

Very close to the hospital which is where I needed to be (4 min drive to be exact). Honestly the reviews are really harsh for this place - it really was good. It was clean and had everything you need. WiFi was good. Tv worked fine. Driver the receptionist was very helpful. My only criticism would be the breakfast really isn’t great. It’s perfect for the night.

*ONE OF THE STAFF MEMBERS LIED ABOUT THE POOL *NO COMMUNICATION ABOUT THE POOL BEING OUT OF ORDER *ONE OF THE TOWELS WAS DIRTY *THERE WAS NO ELECTRICITY SO WE HAD TO EAT COLD FOOD *THEY DIDN'T HAVE A WA WELCOME AND SHOW US HOW THINGS WORKED,WE HAD TO GO ASK THEM BIT BY BIT *THE FRIDGE WAS NOT WORKING ONLY THE FREEZER WAS WORKING *ONE OF THE GLASSES HAD A CRACK *THE HAND SOAPS,SHOWER GEL,SHAMPOOS ETC BOTTLES WERE EMPTY

THE BOOKING WAS EASY. LOCATION ALL GOOD.

TV WAS NOT WORKING, NO REMOTE IN THE ROOM. NO MILK FOR COFFEE, HAD A VISITOR MANAGED TO OPEN MY DOOR FROM OUTSIDE. BREAKFAST WAS INCLUDED IN MY STAY WHEN I ASKED THEY COULD NOT CONFIRM AND I DID NOT KNOW WHERE TO SIT DOWN AND CONFIRM BRAEKFAST. NOBODY AT THE MAIN GATE BUT DID NOT WAIT LONG FOR HELP.

The place as a whole was awesome, very friendly staff and lovely atmosphere.

On the day I was checking out, I ordered breakfast, and it took long, it was really wonderful though. The plate was ice cold as a result the food got cold extremely quickly. It would be appreciated if that could be addressed and improvement shown

Poor customer service. The receptionist is very slow and unattentive.

There was no cutlery in the roo.m nor glasses.

The property told me that the price I paid was not accepted. It was not a weekend rate. And I did not go to the facility. Whereas I tried to show them the booking via WhatsApp they just told me that they are fully booked. So I have lost my money plus the international transfers fees

The location is fine. Easy access to the shopping centres, malls, restaurant, and other tourism offerings. The establishment appeals to me particularly the rooms, reception arrangement, and where the pool is located.

The services offered were very limited, i.e., entrance access was a nightmare. The security personnel manning the entrance gate was not available. The receptionist had to undertake all the tasks at hand. He prepared and served breakfast, man the gate, washed and hung the laundry, attended to the electricity which was quite erratic, took phone calls, etc. Breakfast was horrible. Shortage of food, no utensils, no coffee. The breakfast was appalling in general. The swimming was out of order for entire period we spent there. My grandkids, nieces and nephews were not impressed with that eventuality or circumstance.

The rooms and bathrooms were dirty, not cleaned properly. Towels had a lots of fluff. No security at the Gate so took forever for the main gate to be opened for us. 1 ply toilet paper. Paid for breakfast but when we went for breakfast there was not left. Dirty plates and glasses on the tables. Pool was green

The check in time is 2pm and I got there at 3:30pm and the was a lady busy cleaning. My host send me a WhatsApp after making a booking and ask me to pay R1500 to her personal account to make sure that I won't cancel and for her to pay for our entrance at the pool. She said I will get R500 refund when I check out. Then I found out that she did not pay anything for us for pools entrance and games as she promised. I had to pay R750 for our entrance. After checking out I asked for my refund but she doesn't respond. I'm so disappointed.

The room was clean & comfortable to be in.

The pool was dirty,it led to allergies on my body & also we booked for 2 day breakfast & only received it once, on our last day we didn't get breakfast before we check out

Upon arrival, we were allocated a room when we checked the bed we noticed that it was not clean, like someone already slept on it. We were then moved to another room. No side lamps. In the morning when we asked about breakfast, which we already paid for, we were told its only served from 7:30. Very late for normal 6:30 breakfast time. We had to leave without eating breakfast.

The owner/caretaker is very rude! Can’t speak to customers, couldn’t even help us with a complaint we had. Attitude is also very bad. Breakfast was a 0/10. Old and cold meat served, no drinks offered. Will NEVER go there again, rather look for accommodation elsewhere.

1. The staff were unprofessional 2. The first room he sent us to didn’t have power and the second one was not prepared ahead of time, no towels, dusty, roaches, dirty 3. It’s over priced. I mean what facility doesn’t have a smart tv this day an age, especially for the amount we paid. We’ve had better for less of the price in the same area. 4. The shower either wouldn’t switch on at times and it was mouldy and the water pressure was low. 5. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. 6. The environment was weird, uncomfortable, smelly, dirty and overall this was an unpleasant stay. In summary, everything.

Its in a good location

The rooms were not cleaned properly. Poor network and wifi connection. Loud guests no consideration of other guests Staff failed to tell other guests to respect other people.

The room setup is meticulous. The reception is also meticulous and comfortable 👌

The staff was slow, so we had to hoot and hoot or wait at reception for a long time before we were assisted. The microwave was dirty and the bathroom as there was soap in there I’m assuming from a previous guest. Also there was black mould/dirt around the mirror in our room. The dining area was very dirty, making me skip breakfast. The public toilets at the reception area as well were dirty-the floor.

The unit was extremely dirty. The bed and surfaces were dusty and the fridge had been turn off so it has dirty water leaking out. The agent didn’t offer to clean. Bathroom was also really dirty

The room.was clean and due to the fact we don't share a bouble bed due to medical condition. The twin room was very comfortable.

Some of the guests don't respect others. The shout loud to wake-up their friend's. Maybe a info board to inform them to respect others.

It seems like eagle nest is no longer a place that i know,last time we had a problem about the tv,and i was like let me give it a chance,this time again we had the very same issue with the tv that is not working,the staff was making noise at night we had to call the receptionist to tell them that we need to sleep but we can't because of noise,we booked a room with breakfast but we didn't get breakfast because there was no power,how come a place like that don't have option if there is no power? I'm so disappointed.

The sheets where pure white,the rooms are clean I have nothing negative to say about this place,I guess il be visiting then soon Thankyou 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟❤️

The only thing I didn't like was the fact that they don't have a small carpet next to the bed, otherwise everything was good 😊
