Reviewed Aug 26, 2026L’hotel è in una posizione comodissima, a 5 minuti a piedi dall’entrata Est del parco. Le camere sono molto carine, spaziose, pulite e dotate di tutto il necessario.
Le due ragazze alla reception che gestiscono la struttura sono carinissime. Ti mostrano in maniera dettagliata la mappa del parco e ti danno consigli utili per organizzare la visita.
Non è prevista la colazione ma proprio sotto l’hotel ci sono dei supermarket oppure dei baracchini fin dall’alba.
All’ultimo piano c’è una lavanderia con 2 lavatrici e 2 asciugatrici, self service e gratuita.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026El Hotel está bien. Especialmente el personal que nos atendió fue excelente en su trato. Fue difícil encontrar la ubicación del hotel, sin embargo, esta ubicación es excelente, muy, muy cerca de la entrada de la atracción principal. Es un hotel perfecto para una noche, pero la habitación tenia cierto olor a humedad, es de esas cosas que hacen que, siendo un buen hotel aparentemente, te quede la sensación de no ser una buena estancia, por ello no volvería de nuevo al hotel, pero con cierta pensa, pues por lo demás es súper correcto, bonita habitación, buen trato, ...
El olor a humedad en la habitación resulta incómodo. No disponer en el hotel de un mínimo servicio de bar o café.

Reviewed Apr 29, 2026Very close to the Estern Gate of the National Park, spacious rooms, very helpful staff - we booked all 4 days of our adventure beforehand.
没有任何厨房用具，除了一个烧水壶，连盘子、杯子、勺子、叉子、筷子、煎锅和锅都没有。甚至连一杯咖啡都没法做。
There were not any kitchen utensils except for a kettle, no plates, no cups, no spoons, no forks, no sticks, no frying pans, no pots. So you cannot make even a cup of coffee.

Reviewed Apr 16, 2026It was in a great location for the East gate of the Zhangjiajie national park. It was clean, cozy and the staff were very helpful. They went above and beyond helping me to recover my cash and AirPods when I forgot them at the hotel, sending them to my next hotel via courier at low cost. They sold coffee open from 7am.
No, but be aware that the building is called ‘Two Girls Inn’.

К сожалению сантехника вся старая и не исправная. В ванной смеситель весь разболтанный и не функционирует нормально. Так же проблема с душевым гарнитуром, все расшатано и отваливается. Горячая вода не постоянная, то течет, то нет, во время приема душа вода может пойти холодной, потом горячей.

Reviewed Oct 25, 2025We stayed three nights in Wulingyuan, and our experience was wonderful. The lady who runs the place was incredibly kind and helpful — she went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. She helped us buy the park tickets, and thanks to her, everything was super easy. The room was spacious and very comfortable, we could do our laundry at no extra cost, and there was coffee available downstairs. The location was also great — within walking distance to the park entrance. We truly recommend this accommodation 100%! The host’s kindness made our stay unforgettable.

Reviewed Oct 17, 2025La struttura era molto bella, moderna e molto pulita. La camera spaziosa, il personale alla reception super disponibile sia per rispondere alle nostre richieste in struttura, sia nell' aiutarci ad organizzare le nostre giornate. Parlano inglese.
Facilmente raggiungibile a piedi dalla stazione del bus se si arriva in bus da Zhangjiajie, vicinissimo all'entrata del Parco Nazionale (5 minuti a piedi) e a 10 minuti in macchina dalla Huanglong cave.

Reviewed Oct 12, 2025- La chica se prestó a comprarnos las entradas del parque (aunque tenían un recargo de pago por tarjeta o alipay que nunca se mencionó, igual que el pago de la habitación que nos pasó lo mismo).
- La cama era cómoda y grande.
- Habitación de buen tamaño.
- La ubicación era buena cerca de una de las entradas del parque, que al final solo utilizamos para salir ya que es mejor entrar por otra.
- La habitación olía a tabaco y a humedad a unos niveles muy exagerados, hasta las toallas olían. Cuando poníamos el aire acondicionado no se podía ni respirar.
- Nos pareció que la ayuda era algo forzada, no nos sentimos tratados desinteresadamente.
- El primer día nos sentó en el restaurante de al lado con el que tiene amistad casi a la fuerza, al final nos fuimos, cenamos allí y estaba bueno pero las formas eran más de interés personal que no de ayudarnos.
- En las entradas del parque dijo que estaba todo incluido y al llegar allí la mitad de cosas no entraban, al preguntar y tratarse del ultimo día dejó de responder los mensajes.
- El hotel en las fotos parece que este en otro lugar, es un edificio que la parte baja es una especie de cafetería en la que nunca hay nadie y las habitaciones están arriba.

Reviewed Jul 29, 2025El personal nos ayudó mucho con las entradas al parque de Zhangjiajie, sin ellas no habríamos conseguido entrar. Hablan inglés, y son muy amables y atentos en todo momento. La localización del hotel es perfecta!

The rooms were spotless, cozy, and tastefully decorated with local touches. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home, offering great local tips and sorting out our itineraries and park tickets.
As a bonus - It is a short walk of the East gate of the National Park.
It’s rare to find a place that blends comfort, care, and character so seamlessly.An absolute gem we’ll never forget.

Reviewed Feb 4, 2025Loved how modern and spacious the rooms are. The beds are comfortable. Heating worked very well. You were greeted with fresh brewed tea and roasted sweet potatoes each evening. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Name of hotel on the facade is "Two Girls Inn" instead of Cozy Boutique hotel.

Reviewed Jun 23, 2024Great hotel which is clean and well located (5mins walk from the main entrance of the national park). The hotel itself was nicely decorated, very spacious and clean with amenities provided. Lots of natural light fills the room, and great food options nearby. The owners and staff here are great. They helped us in building an itinerary for the Zhangjiajie scenic area. Not only did they suggest locations to visit, but they told us how to get to and from each of those locations - they can even help book taxis. We were also able to buy tickets for all recreation in Zhangjiajie with the hotel. Overall a great stay with great hospitality which really made the trip memorable. We would love to come back.

Reviewed Apr 30, 2024Excellent location iclose to park entrance and away from main streets with crowds. The family run hotel is based on their tea traditions and deleciouse mountain organic tea. The ladies are super friendly however with limited English competences. Though app enabled us to communicate. They kindly invited us to have tea and backed sweet potato with them. With some additional maintenance and service skills this family bussines has the potential.

I especially appreciated the ticket booking services for the park, glass bridge. I will come back if i visit Zhangjiajie park.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2023The location is perfect, it is only need couple minutes walk to park entrance (300 meters) . The room is lovely and clean well. Super friendly people run this boutique hotel. The fruit tea can refresh myself quickly after hiking in mountains for long day.The Service is super and the staff will help buy the park entrance tickets and get help with everything you need. I would love to come back here for my winter trip to the National Park.
