La ubicación perfecta, a 10 minutos de la puerta este, a 15 minutos del gran cañón. Está en la calle con muchos puestos de comida y masajes a la noche.

Muy básica la habitación con camas separadas muy cutres. El baño horrible con la ducha en medio que se moja todo. Y encima encontré dos cucarachas que tuve que matar.

Posizione ottima, a 5 minuti a piedi dall’ingresso del Parco dello Zhangjiajie e a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro del Paese. Staff molto disponibile, ti aiuta ad organizzare tutte le visite che vuoi fare in anticipo e fornendoti tutte le informazioni necessarie.

La doccia non aveva il box, per cui ogni volta che veniva usata, il bagno si allagava completamente.

Bij aankomst word je in het hotel al erg vriendelijk ontvangen. Ons gevoel was dat je eerder bij een goed familiebedrijf komt dan bij een 'formeel' zakenhotel (en dat vonden wij juist fijn). De receptioniste neemt de tijd om met je samen te gaan zitten en te bekijken wat een optimale reisplanning in Zhangjiajie voor je zou kunnen zijn (National Forest Park, Grand Canyon, Tianmen Mountain... alles wordt bekeken!). Via het hotel kun je ook tickets regelen en er is ook Engelstalige ondersteuning. Al met al: vrijwel álles kun je met behulp van het hotelpersoneel plannen en bespreken. Ideaal! De kamers zijn ruim en hebben een goede prijs. Wij hadden een mooi uitzicht op de straat en de bergen. De locatie is ook ideaal: in Wulingyuan, maar dit dorpje is groter dan je zou verwachten. Zeker in juli wanneer wanneer het heet is. Het hotel daarentegen is op slechts vijf minuten loopafstand van de ingang van Zhangjiajie National Forest Park én de bushalte is makkelijk bereikbaar. Als je de toeristen voor wilt zijn, dan is dit hotel een perfecte startlocatie.

Tolle Lage direkt beim Nationalpark. Viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Zimmer waren schön und sauber. Das Personal war super hilfsbereit und hat uns bei allem geholfen. Winni hat uns vor dem Aufenthalt kontaktiert, uns gut beraten und alle Eintrittskarten vorab organisiert.

The staff were absolutely amazing. They were very accommodating and friendly. They helped me plan my time in Zhangjiajie and buy tickets for the National Park. The room was very relaxing, clean and served its purpose. The accommodation is a 5 minute walk from the east gate which was very handy for visiting national park especially for the early starts!

Everything was perfect, if I had to pick it would be the fact that the bathroom is a WC, if you have a shower the toilet could get wet. But if you are mindful you can avoid this, I didn’t think it was too big of a deal.

El hotel está al lado de la entrada al parque, llegas en 5 min andando lo que por la mañana es muy útil. La habitación es muy grande y está decorada tipo rústico, muy agradable. Cama grande y cómoda. Llegamos tarde y la recepcionista nos recibió y nos ayudo a planificar las visitas al parque al día siguiente, nos ayudo mucho. Cerca hay muchas opciones para desayunar y cenar.

The hotel is super well situated if you want to enter the East Gate to the National Park, just 5 minutes walking. There are a lot of restaurants and shops around too. You have to walk around 20 minutes to arrive to the city centre, but it is a nice walk. The room was big and nice, decoration was pretty. Bed was comfortable. Personal are nice and helpful, they explained how everything works in Wulingyuan and how to visit the park. I would definitely recommend and hope to come back!

The only bad point is that the shower was next to the toilet and there wasn't any curtain or wall and the toilet got wet each time we took a shower.

Il supporto di Winni è stato eccezionale: si è occupata di prendermeli i biglietti sia del Parco Nazionale Forestale che quello della Tienammen Mointain. Ottimo inglese e comunicazione efficace. Per quanto riguarda l’hotel, la posizione è strategica perché la struttura si trova vicinissima all’entrata est.

Отель просто великолепный! Мы много путешествуем, по разным странам, но, такое редко встретишь. Девушки охотно помогли во всем, заранее связались, т.к. в Чжанцзяцзе все едут за горами Аватара и самим парком, они предложили сразу забронировать места. Если у вас уже спланирован маршрут - можете им сказать они помогут оформить билеты, это дешевле и проще, т.к. они видят свободные слоты на вход. Мы же ничего не планировали и ехали по гайдам, на два полных дня. Так вот в ем я был удивлен, мы сели вечером с девушками и они нам помогли составить маршрут, в соответствии с погодой(был дождик) и свободными слотами на вход. В общем мы их мучали с поиском оптимального маршрута, и они нам помогли, составив пошаговый план. Спасибо им за это. Так еще и гостинцев к чаю надавали из магазина, очень приятно. Помогали с вызовом такси ко времени, т.к. один раз вход у нас был через южные врата, а туда 30 километров, и к 7 утра чтобы туда попасть, есть рис не найти в DD такси, они нашли нам своего знакомого, который с комфортом нас туда довез. Так же было и с вокзалом. Но больше всего меня порадовало что девушки помогли нам отправить посылку в Россию, с теплыми вещами и чаем, который мы у них закупили(кстати рекомендую). Кстати, в Чжанцзяцзе выращивают и собирают свой чай, и он продается только у них. Так что берите. А если закончится, у вас будут контакты wechat отеля, они смогут вам в Россию отправить еще чай. От отеля идти 5-7 минут до восточного входа в парк, очень удобно. Рядом куча ресторанов и продуктовых магазинов. В номерах есть сушилка для одежды, очень приятно, не надо гладить вещи. В итоге, крайне рекомендую отель. Хозяйке и девушкам привет большой! Кто будет ехать, не поленитесь, привезите пару плиток шоколада нашего, угостите, они молодцы!

Нечего улучшать, всё было отлично! Разве только каким-то образом добавить завтраки, но наверное это невозможно из-за ограниченного места.

easy to find/navigate and close to shops and other amenities; hotel is fine/good/normal, no frill but manager was very helpful and forthcoming. Guesthouse has a shop right next door and also sells raining gear for a very reasonable price. A very strategic place to walk to the E gate (7min) and access the ZNP right at 7am in the morning. Important if you want to beat the crowds and get to the Bailong elevator.

On balance, we would probably stay there again. It was very convenient for the east gate of the National Park, particularly if making an early start. The room was spacious and clean, the bed comfortable, and there were restaurants, fresh fruit stalls and convenience stores nearby. Also, if needing information and tickets for the National Park, Carol was both knowledgeable and helpful. But she does need a minimum of 7 days notice and, ideally, 10.

The hotel was difficult to find as the name above the door was only in Chinese. Eventually, we identified it from the photo on the Booking.com confirmation we printed out. The walls were a bit thin and at certain times the water was luke warm rather than hot. Also, the open shower also meant that after someone had used shower the entire bathroom was wet. Finally, it was just an impression, but when we asked for water and an additional toilet roll we sensed a little reluctance.

Расположения отеля шикарное, в 5 минутах от Восточного входа в парк. Очень красивый национальный стиль, все разное. Удобная кровать. Есть кондиционер. Очень внимательный персонал. Начиная от англоговорящего ассистента Кэрол, заканчивая персоналом на стойке регистрации. Они не говорят по английски, но у них хороший переводчик. Проблем не было.

Все эти разные завитушки не очень чистые. Ванная совмещённая с туалетом. Без душевой кабины. Вода льётся прям на пол. Нет завтрака, а в Китае это проблема, как выяснилось. Позавтракать можно только чем-то китайским. Претензия не к отелю, а к сайту букинг. Вообще не соотвествует ни название, ни место на карте. Причём я показывала водителю такси на китайском, с сайта. В результате нас привезли более чем за км от отеля и пришлось идти с чемоданами. Отель для непритязательных путешественников.

The staff was amazing from the first moment we arrived until we left. They were always available, they provided information about everything we needed and they treated us in the most welcoming way. Also the location is only 5 min walk to the entrance of Zhangjiajie national park so very easy to reach the main attraction. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Nie mogliśmy lepiej trafić! Przede wszystkim świetna lokalizacja kilka minut spacerem od wejścia do parku. Jakieś 10 do 15 minut spacerem od dworca. Obsługa fantastyczna! Pan na recepcji przekazał nam wszystkie informacje odnośnie zwiedzania parku, rozpisał trasy na mapie, zakupił nam też bilety wstępu, dzięki czemu mogliśmy od razu po przyjeździe (13:00) udać się do parku. Sam hotel i pokój bardzo klimatyczny, przestronny, czysto, wygodne łóżko i przyjemna pościel. Polecam

Großes Zimmer etwas altmodisch im Alpinstil gehalten, in toller Lage nur ca. 300 m vom Wulingyuan East Gate entfernt. Der Besitzer spricht zwar kein Englisch, ist aber unglaublich bemüht und geduldig beim Beantworten der Fragen über verschiedene Touren via Übersetzer-App. Bei der Abreise hat er mir sogar ein kleines Geschenk überreicht. Ich habe auch schon vorab über das Hotel alle Tickets für die einzelnen Attraktionen gebucht. Vor Ort reichte dann immer der Reisepass als Türöffner, echt klasse organisiert. Die Sights in und um Zhangjiajie sind wirklich spektakulär und ich habe die Tage unglaublich genossen. Wulingyuan ist auch ein sehr nettes Städtchen mit Flair, vor allem am Abend und besser als Ausgangsort zu nehmen als das trubelige und nicht besonders attraktive Zhangjiajie City. Die Busstation ist sehr zentral, oder man verwendet die Didi-App für günstige längere Taxifahrten. Alles in allem ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt.

Dusche ist gleich neben der Toilette, alles wird dann nass und rutschig, hat mich aber nicht wirklich gestört.

Contactamos con ellos por Wechat y se encargaron de reservarnos las entradas para el parque y el gran Cañón. Y nos dieron muy buenas explicaciones para poder recorrer el parque. Fue todo excelente, dormimos un día dentro del parque y se quedaron con nuestras maletas para no ir cargados al parque. La calidad-precio es fantástica. Super bien del precio para lo que obtienes.

De accommodatie ligt op een uitstekende locatie. Binnen 10 min lopen ben je bij de ingang van het park. De hoteleigenaren waren uitermate gastvrij en erg behulpzaam.

Het hotel ligt niet in het centrum. Het is een keus die je maakt. Voor ons was dit hotel perfect voor de plannen die wij hadden.
