Reviewed Apr 29, 2026El hotel está muy bién, a unos 10 minutos andando del parque nacional de Zhangjiajie y cerca del pueblo, con todo tipo de restaurantes y tiendas alrededor. La habitación correcta y limpia. En cuanto a la atención, fue muy buena, la chica de la recepción me prestó su ayuda por si la necesitaba durante la estancia y te ayudan con las entradas a las atracciones si lo necesitas. El día del checkout pude dejar las maletas allí durante todo el día y cuando volví a por ellas me dejaron una habitación para poder acicalarme un poco antes de coger mi vuelo. Recomendable.

Reviewed Sep 20, 2025La ubicación es muy buena, a unos 10 minutos andando de la entrada este del Parque Nacional de Zhangjiajie. El personal es amable y te orienta sobre las rutas más recomendables para aprovechar la visita. La habitación era muy cómoda y amplia y, en general, el hotel cuenta con muchas facilidades.
Como aspectos a mejorar, el desayuno es únicamente de estilo chino, la limpieza en algunas zonas podría cuidarse más (por ejemplo, bajo la cama). En las fotos aparece piscina, pero no tenía agua. La dirección que aparece en Booking no coincide con la real. Para llegar sin problemas, en la app Amap figura correctamente como 天崇云海度假酒店(武陵源国家森林公园店).

Muchísima humedad, mi habitación además de tener manchas de humedad tenía goteras que caían por el techo constantemente, se hacía difícil respirar. Además el wifi no funcionaba.

lo staff ci ha aiutato a prenotare i biglietti già prima del nostro arrivo
purtroppo non abbiamo usufruito della lavatrice, anche se presente, perchè le condizioni igieniche della stanza lavanderia non erano buone
Location 10 minutes away on foot from the forest park. Plentiful breakfast, important before long walk days.
Getting a bit run down at places. Our room had a bad smoking smell, and we were lucky they had spare rooms to swap.

Reviewed Jun 6, 2025Exceptionally kind staff who facilitated my request for a late checkout for some extra payment which allowed me a wonderful time in the national park. The shower is wonderful. The brilliant reception staff arranged a lift for me with the hotel

This is not a criticism but the breakfast is quite traditional. Certainly tasty however. If you would like coffee there are several coffee shops nearby.

Matt was incredibly helpful throughout our trip— assisted with everything from planning our itinerary with detail info. The service was amazing. Our stay was exceptional!

Reviewed May 13, 2025The perfect location to stay after exploring Zhangjiajie National Park.The view from my room was absolutely beautiful. The hotel is beautifully designed, seamlessly blending modern comfort with Chinese traditional style. they provided great tips on exploring the Forest Park and Grand Canyon. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, going above and beyond to make me feel at home.

The facilities were good and our room was spacious and very comfortable. the staff were unbelievably friendly and organized entrance tickets, booking train station transfers. Many local restaurants close to hotel. Thank you for everything.

There are many restaurants and shop around the hotel. It is superb for our The service also was amazing. Coral was amazing as she helped us organize all of our tours and took care of all the bookings we needed in the peak season

Situated in the lively Wulingyuan town, close to east gate of park entrance .there's no shortage of things to see ,eat and do within walking distance from the hotel. The staff offers tickets book to the National Park, Glass Bridge for our convenient.

It's surrounded by a plethora of attractions and restaurant.we have a warm welcome from the owner and English-speaking staff. they was super helpful with my visit to Zhangjiajie National Park, arranging my tickets and transportation . we would rate 10 for our stay

Reviewed Mar 11, 2024The hotel's location is simply super, only few minutes walk to the east park of Zhangjiajie National Park.It’s easy to get everything was within walking distance. Plus, with friendly staff who are always eager to offer recommendations and help our need for our trip. I felt right at home from the moment. I think we did good choice to stay here.
