Diciamo che la pulizia non è stata proprio il massimo, avendo trovato anche oggetti della precedente ospite, ma ci può stare. Doccia troppo tecnologica, alla fine ci siamo accontentati di avere l'acqua tiepida perchè impossibile averla calda, ma forse colpa nostra che siamo troppo boomer.

Reviewed Oct 8, 2025Everything about this hotel was great. The room was much larger than I anticipated. The beds were super comfortable. The bathroom was enormous. The hairdryer was great. Check-in and check-out was entirely smooth and fast. Facilities were great (like the laundry room). There's nothing bad to be said.
There's really nothing bad to be said about these guys. This is an almost guaranteed bet, I feel like.

Petit bémol sur la clim , seul réglage pour tout l'appart qui était trop froide dans une pièce et pas assez dans l'autre

То что нет ресепшина странно. Чувство что нет персонала 24/7 немного неудобное. Также не очень удобно то, что нет ключей, а везде коды и двери, входная, этажи - все через код. И при этом ужасный звук при открытии дверей (автоматическое открытие при вводе кода) и особенно ночью когда спишь, слышно. Ну скажем так - на любителя :)

No hot water in the showers for the whole five night stay. It was very frustrating dealing with the whatsapp bot, which could not resolve the issue. Often a long wait to connect with staff on whatsapp and that experience was not good either.

Dies wurde uns dann auch bestätigt über Whatsapp-Chat, doch im Apartment war trotzdem nur eins. Erst am nächsten Tag wurde das zweite Babybett gebracht. - In der Küche gab es Ameisen

Reviewed Sep 8, 2025La posizione è ottima, di fronte la struttura c’è la fermata del tram, a pochi metri trovi un sacco di ristoranti e bei locali. Parco Sempione e Arco della Pace vicinissimi a 10 minuti a piedi. Appartamenti moderni, puliti, ben forniti di tutti i servizi essenziali, lavanderia a disposizione h24.
I cuscini in camera sono entrambi molto alti e soffici, ci vorrebbe una soluzione anche per chi dorme con cuscini più compatti e bassi. Nella zona essenziali dovrebbero esserci sempre le cialde del caffè per rifornire l’appartamento, eravamo in 5 e le abbiamo finite subito ed è capitato che non fossero disponibili. La chat virtuale spesso non capisce le richieste, per fortuna bastano pochi click e si attiva la chat con un gestore a distanza.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2025L'appartement était conforme aux photos, joliment décoré, lumineux, et surtout fonctionnel. La localisation du logement est top. On peut rejoindre le centre touristique de Milan en passant par le parc de Sempione et le Castello Sforzesco en une vingtaine de minutes. Sur le chemin se trouvent plusieurs restaurants et bars très sympas. Sinon le métro est à 5 minute à pied et les tramways juste au pied de la porte d'entrée de l'immeuble.
L'appartement que nous avions est extrêmement bruyant (nous étions côté rue). L'immeuble se situe sur un boulevard très fréquenté jour et nuit, et au niveau d'un carrefour qui plus est. Le bruit de la circulation et notamment des démarrages aux feux est constant. Dans le "calme" de la nuit, nous avions l'impression de dormir au milieu des voitures. A cela, s'ajoute le passage des tramways qui passent juste au pied de l'immeuble. Ces vieux tramways sont certes l'une des charmantes attractions de Milan, mais ils sont très bruyants. A tel point que l'on entend même plus la circulation sur le boulevard quand ils passent. Pour information, leur circulation ne s'arrête que de 2h30 à 4h30 du matin. Pour chaque lit, est fournie une paire de bouchons d'oreille par Numa, mais cela ne suffit pas à couvrir le bruit. Autre point, nous n'avions pas d'eau chaude dans notre douche. Ni d'eau froide d'ailleurs. Peu importe comment la température était réglée, l'eau était très tiède. Nous avons essayé de contacter Numa à ce sujet dès le début de notre séjour, mais tout ce que nous avons obtenu c'est l'aide d'une IA nous disant que quelqu'un allait nous contacter dans quelques minutes, et cela n'est jamais arrivée bien sûr. Par contre une heure plus tard, l'IA nous a renvoyé un message pour savoir si notre problème était résolu et si nous étions contents du service. Ce à quoi nous avons répondu non, et malgré tout toujours aucune assistance de la part d'un humain par la suite.

There was no cold water in the shower. There were very few lockers on the entrance floor. And if we wanted to ensure the safety of our luggage, we had to pay for an external place. Additionally, there was no parking close to the hotel. At least that's what the hotel staff said in a return email. And we had to walk a few hundred meters in the rain.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2025Buena ubicación. Barrio muy tranquilo pero muy cerca del centro. Tranvía directo al duomo. El apartamento súper grande, muy nuevo, con todas las comodidades. Te dejan café, leche y agua.
La única pega es que tiene ruido del tranvía y no está muy bien insonorizado.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2025It was extremely clean and comfortable. Very sleek looking. The location is not far from the centre and is near to the tram stop and train station. There are stores nearby to do your shopping. The entire process was very smooth, and the customer service was very helpful.
The light above the kitchen sink does not turn off, which can be disturbing at night if you are sleeping on the sofa bed.
