Camera ampia, buona la pulizia. Valida la colazione, con offerta ampia. Personale cordiale e disponibile. Ottima la posizione dell'hotel.

Arredamento della camera datato. A mio parere letto scomodo e cuscini scadenti (imbottitura a palline), che mi hanno tenuta sveglia per metà della notte. Bagno da ristrutturare (lavandino crepato in più punti). Considerata l'importanza di un buon riposo durante il viaggio, difficilmente tornerò in questa struttura a 4 stelle...

Keurige ruime kamer met prima bedden. Badkamer was niet groot maar netjes. Het hotel is op 20 min loopafstand van MICO congrescentrum. Met de tram op 7 min. ben je binnen half uur in centrum. Ontbijt is erg goed. Parkeerplaats in prive parkeergarage. Supermarkt tegenover.

Wifi verbinding niet altijd optimaal.

Közel a tömegközlekedés, bolt szemben, kedvesek segitőkészek. Lányomnak, kijelentkezés napján volt a születésnapja, előre egyeztetve énekelve süteménnyel köszöntötték reggelinél. Nekünk tetszett a szállás , jól felszerelt amire szükségünk volt, megvolt. Csomagjainkat otthagyhattuk kijelentkezés után megőrzésre.

Posizione e possibilità di parcheggio interno (a pagamento)

La struttura esternamente si presenta abbastanza moderna ma ha gli interni pretenziosi e comunque obsoleti. La camera è spaziosa ma con mobilio e bagno datati (rubinetterie "old style", molto rovinate e senza miscelatori) e senz'altro abbisognevoli di più "occhio" e maggiore manutenzione (applique sopra il letto "ballerine" e mal fissate alla parete, borchie testiera letto anch'esse penzolanti, dispenser della doccia non funzionante, guarnizione manopola doccia ciondolante lungo il tubo). Il letto è comodo ma i cuscini risultano "gibbosi" e di forma irregolare, in altre parole vecchi. La pulizia e l'igiene, in particolare del bagno, è senz'altro migliorabile. Il tutto da l'idea che in questo hotel ci siano scarsa "presenza" e poco interesse per il "customer care" che, a mio giudizio, fanno questo hotel non meritevole delle quattro stelle che, inoltre, obbligano al pagamento di 10€ per la tassa di soggiorno.

Dad Hotel war sehr ruhig, mit Tiefgarage perfekt für einen Besuch Mailands mit dem eigenen Wagen. Wir konnten unseren kleinen Malteserhund mitbringen und er durfte mit auf die Aussenterrasse

Struttura molto bella e suggestiva, con un’atmosfera piacevole e accogliente. Gli ambienti risultano però in parte un po’ datati, soprattutto il bagno, che purtroppo non è particolarmente funzionale e risulta piuttosto scomodo. Nel complesso, comunque, un’esperienza piacevole in una struttura di grande fascino.

Posizione dell'Hotel ottima a 150 mt dalla stazione Gerusalemme della M5, ottima la colazione con moltissima scelta di dolce e salato, letti molto comodi grazie anche alla presenza del topper. Staff alla reception molto cordiale.

Non essendo un amante della vasca, avrei preferito se in bagno ci fosse stato un piatto doccia.

Agréable séjour, le logement était bien équipé, le petit-déjeuner très varié, le personnel était très bien, la possibilité de se garer à l'hôtel est un plus. Le métro est à 5mn à pied.

Le personnel du petit déjeuner, ils étaient super sympa et très respectueux et très réactifs, ils étaient adorables 😍

O quarto e os restantes espaços eram muito limpos. Os funcionários eram muito dedicados e atenciosos. Sempre dispostos a responder aos nossos pedidos. A localização é optima, perto do TRAM e do METRO permitir ir facilmente a todo o lado. Existe um restaurante e um supermercado em frente ao hotel. Existe um mercado muito interessante no sábado e terça junto ao hotel. Bom pequeno-almoço com um pequeno jardim. Quando voltar, vou reservar este hotel novamente.

O pequeno-almoço podia ser um pouco mais variado, com mais fruta por exemplo.

Stayed here to be near our daughter in Milan. Super nice hotel very conveniently located, great staff, rooms were very clean!

Trato del personal. Se duerme muy bien. Súper bien insonorizado y camas muy cómodas. Incluso otra almohada extra de buen grosor. Aparcamiento gratuito de lunes a viernes en algunas calles aledañas perpendiculares a la del hotel, según nos explicó una vecina.

La única máquina de café en zona de desayunos, que provocaba esperas. Otra máquina sería buena idea, ya que el local es grande y las mesas estupendas, redondas y espaciosas con sillas muy cómodas. Daba gusto bajar al desayuno, con tanta variedad de productos. Muy recomendable

Le personnel du restaurant ne fais aucun effort pour essayer de parler avec nous et n’était pas du tous sociable et le repas n’était pas bon. La chambre n’était pas très propre et les finitions n’était pas faites. Le prix du parking est très élevé.

La posizione dell'hotel è perfetta, a pochi passi dalla metro e davanti ad un'Esselunga molto grande e ben fornita. Il quartiere è gradevole, silenzioso, perfetto per girare la città comodamente, sia a piedi che con i mezzi. La struttura non è nuovissima ma tutti gli ambienti sono puliti, piacevoli. La camera è delle giuste dimensioni e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari.

Cafe da manha bem completo, mas o melhor desse hotel é a localizacao e a disponibilidade de estacionamento.

Location is very good. Stuff was nice and very professional. Breakfast is ok, not great as I have read in previous messages. Internet is working very well. There is some construction work next to hotel and it did wake me up at 6am. I thought that we might have some reduction of the price for that. Nothing was offered.

Room was clean and comfy bed. Bathroom is not that big and it’s hard to move around. We are traveling with our pat, and we paid extra, but the Hotel didn’t organize anything for the pat. There was no even a ball for a water in our room. Many hotels which make you pay 25/30€ for your pat, at least have a small toy, ball for water, some even a towel or a bed for your dog.

I had requested for a single room, I had a double-bed bedroom...perfect. The breakfast was good. The parking is good and convenient. If you don't feel like going to Milan City by metro, you can still go there using e-scooter (lime) > I loved it!!

The parking is good...however a bit too expensive (22€ / night) and there are spots available in the street or not far.

Jättefint hotell, super lyxigt och värt varenda krona. Hyfsat bra frukost och trevlig personal.

Ligger lite utanför centrala Milano men man kan lätt ta tunnelbana in. Acn var sönder så vi fick byta rum.

Ottima posizione, vicinissima all afermata della Metro viola, di fronte c'è il supermercato se si avesse bisogno di qualcosa, il personale è stato molto gentile e accogliente, siamo riusciti a fare il check-in la mattina presto per poter lasciare i bagagli. La varietà della colazione è ottima, ci sono un sacco di cose sia salate che dolci, per tutti i gusti. Davvero ottima struttura.

Se proprio si vuole trovare un difetto, forse, (almeno nella nostra stanza) l'arredamento un pò old e affaccio della stanza sul cortile interno.

Die Lage des Hotels und die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel.

Auf dem Hotelzimmer gab es keine Gläser, nur Pappbecher, auch im Bad.

It’s situated near the metro station. The room was nice and clean. The staff is very nice. Recommend it.

Overall, I am very pleased with everything, except for a few points I will mention below. I liked the location; the M5 Gerusalemme metro station is nearby. There is a large Esselunga supermarket across the street. On Tuesdays and Saturdays, the street is closed off for a market. The CityLife shopping center is not far away. Attractions such as the Monumental Cemetery (Cimitero Monumentale) and Sempione Park—home to Sforza Castle (Castello Sforzesco)—are also relatively close by. Breakfast is hearty and offers a good variety. The staff is very friendly, and housekeeping is provided daily or upon request.

Now for the downsides—though there were very few, unless one wants to nitpick. First, the safe in my room was broken; despite the maintenance staff's attempts, they were unable to fix it. Second, the air conditioning in the gym wasn't working, making it very hot and difficult to work out. I asked the staff about this twice, though I never quite understood the root cause of the issue; I was simply told that, unfortunately, the problem couldn't be resolved at the time. Otherwise, everything was wonderful—I really have no grounds for complaint or criticism. Thank you very much.

purtoppo il frigobar in camera non funzionava,abbiamo chiamato la reception,che ha tempestivamente inviato un tecnico ma il problema non si è risolto al 100%. la tassa di soggiorno 10€ a persona è abbastanza assurda

Zajtrk je bil dober, lokacija super v kolikor ne želiš bivati v centru Milana. V bližini METRO s povezavami do vseh predelov Milana. Parkiranje zagotovljeno v garažni hiši hotela.

Kopalnica je že potrebna obnove :)

Siamo stati qui con nostra nipote in una tripla, la camera era confortevole e dotata di ogni comfort. Personale sempre disponibile e gentile. Una parola va dedicata alla colazione: ottimi prodotti, vasta scelta sia sul dolce che sul salato, tutto fresco. Strategica anche la vicinanza alla M5 Gerusalemme e a poca distanza dai Tram. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, consigliamo a tutti di pernottare qui, non ve ne pentirete.
