Wir hatten einen tollen kurzen Aufenthalt im Annies Inn Homestay. Die Lage ist sehr friedlich, komfortabel und unkompliziert mit dem Uber zu erreichen. Sir Nixxon und seine Familie sind unglaublich gastfreundlich und entspannt – man fühlt sich direkt wie zu Hause. Er hat uns außerdem super Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Alles war perfekt!

Owner is too rude. Don't recommend this place , looks down on Indians, kept saying there are foreigners don't make noise etc. Thinks we are below them.

The host Mr. Peter was very welcoming, there was no unnecessary urgency created for payment until the room was shown. Since me & my friends arrived early, they accommodated our luggage till the rooms were ready by check-in time.

Since it's a home stay with multiple guests at any given point of time and the kitchen is one of the shared spaces, we had items missing from the fridge overnight. Upon enquiry it was discovered that the staff took the eatables, after asking just 1 of the many guests, who couldn't confirm if they were of any of the other guests. That was quite upsetting & a lame reason. So having to go through the ordeal of spending money & the eatables getting spoilt for no fault of ours was quite upsetting. Staff should be more mindful when it comes to the common space & facilities being used by guests. Another thing is the washrooms don't have any wipers, so you are left with the wet floor.

Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Room very clean and it was great to have the use of the kettle in the kitchen. It was a walk to visit the main areas of Fort Kochi but it made for interesting walking and seeing local life on foot.

Очень люблю гостевые дома в Индии, с настоящим обжитым колоритом. Гостевой дом, выглядит именно так, как представлен на сайте. Комнаты маленькие, но уютные, ни чего лишнего. Все для отдыха, после прогулок по городу. Расположен в районе порта, можно прогуляться по набережной, где с утра можно увидеть торговлю выловленным уловом.

Я остался доволен, радушием и заботой хозяев. Мы чувствовали себя желанными гостями. Чисто, уютно. Нам приготовили завтрак, такой какой мы попросили, за что отдельное спасибо 🙏🏻

The location close to the beach (20 minutes walk) is great. Also within half an hour walk of beautiful narrow streets, various restaurants and cafes as well as the estuary area.

The communal kettle etc was good, but my preference is dedicated facilities in the room. Not a deal breaker at all!

Excellent location close to everything. The property is beautiful. My room was spacious and quite clean. The food was home cooked and outstanding. There was also a kitchen we could use. We were able to keep drinks in the refrigerator. My hosts were friendly and helpful.

There was a carnival going on the night of our stay. It was quite loud, but it was loud everywhere that night.

The host uncle and family, and the staff were very welcoming. He was extremely friendly and patiently guided me on the things to do in Fort Kochi. He even ensured I found a good place to stay nearby for the next day when his property was fully booked. As a solo female bike rider, I felt very safe there.

Annie's Inn Homestay was very easy to locate using Google maps. It is in Fort Kochi, and under 2 kms away from most of the parts of Fort Kochi you're probably planning to visit as a tourist - this distance worked great for us because we visited around New Year's 2025 and the carnival meant the city was extremely congested and noisy (and frankly a little rowdy) in the evenings. But our stay was very comfortable, safe, with minimal disturbance. I also want to take a moment to appreciate the family that owns and manages the homestay - they were very helpful and communicative, without being invasive. We experienced unexpected weather (rains!) and poor connectivity during our travel in Kerala due to which we arrived really late at the property. I just let them know via a message, and they wished us a safe travel. No harassment or bombardments about paying before arrival - something we faced a lot of difficulty with our other bookings.

The room we booked was on the second floor, and two flights of stairs with your baggage are your only option - there is no elevator. This wasn't a problem at all for us (in fact they helped me with my bags, which was really sweet), but I don't recall it mentioned anywhere in the description. I think it should be indicated clearly, as this would definitely be an issue for someone with mobility issues.

This was a beautiful guest house. The owner’s were very welcoming and very helpful in every way. The room was very clean and airy and there was a kitchen if you wanted to prepare your own food. It was a bit of a distance from the centre of Fort Cochin but an auto was not expensive.

The property is conveniently located in a green neighborhood with easy access to fort kochi. The owner Nixon is friendly and helpful in information for tourists. The room was clean and the AC worked perfectly, it gets hot during the day. I'd love to stay here again

It was a last minute booking for us and locating the place was easy as it is right on the main road. The rooms are neat and clean and the whole place is quiet. Nixon, the host is warm and welcoming. Good value for money!

Perfect. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful, a variety of local dishes and fruit. Owner is friendly and helpful. There is a local beach.

It's about 2 kilos out of centre but there are plenty of auto rickshaws charging about 60Rupees into town (make sure you bargain).

Responsive and very helpful host, clean airy rooms, nice location just out from the veil ground. Good price too, would recommend to anyone.
