Rooms are dirty, smell horrible. Bathroom so bad, old and difficult to use.

The room was ok but quite basic. It's fine for a one night stay but would prefer to pay slightly more for a more comfortable room. This is one of the budget options. We've stayed in Mui Ne many times and better value can be found.

Personal, water presure in shower

We had a great stay here, Mui Ne was a stopover on our journey to Ho Chi Minh. The owner was a lovely lady who helped us book a driver for the dunes, and our bus the following day. She was very helpful communicating through what's app and we were able to check in early. The room itself was nice with a good shower, fridge and AC. It was perfect for a night stay. Location was great, we found a good few vegetarian and vegan places to eat which is a bonus.

Dunes are about a 40 minute drive so a driver or scooter is definitely needed.

Great location, and owner couldn’t do enough to help. She organised a tour and bus for us. Communication through WhatsApp was excellent

This is a beautifully quiet place, very relaxing, the rooms are great value, clean with good bathroom facilities, including hairdryer and a powerful fan in addition to the aircon. The bed was comfortable. The host is very welcoming and helpful, arranging day trips to both the sand dunes, fishing village, and fairy stream, at good prices and arranged transport for when I left. The laundry service was good here. There is an outside area which is quiet with seating. The beach location is ideal and only a few minutes walk away where there is seating and bean bags as well as food and drinks at good prices. There are plenty of restaurants and a market in walking distance. I would highly recommend.

Really Nice host and nice location. So helpful with booking a tour, a bus to pick us up and we had a lot of laundry done in half a day for cheap! Would definetly come back!

I wish the owner would be a little kinder. I am a solo traveler and it was my first time in the country and in their province so I had to ask many question/recommendations.

Nice ,cĺean ,and centraly located. A special thanks goes to Ruby for arranging a bus to Dalat and making sure that I got the right one! Enjoyed the short distance walk to the beach and the proximity to everything thar one might need. Thanks again for everything , Ruby.!

Aircon didn’t really work very well. It took a long time to cool the room and we still needed fans on all night. Under the beds were lots of rubbish and there were what looked like animal poo on the walls in the room. Desperately needs decorating and deep cleaning.

They offer 24h check-in which is great. Location is mediocre, there are better spots along the Mui Ne restaurant strip. Room was clean.

Bed was rockhard, we got a sore back from it. Location is not 100% accurate with the address on booking. It is a bit further down the road which is confusing, especially in the dark.

The room was spacious and also quiet and the rooms are all the way back so that they are far away from the street. The host was also nice and we did laundry and rented motorbikes.

Very helpful owner, from motorbike rental to bus booking, she was always reachable on Whatsapp and ready to help! The facilities were okay, a bit older but all functional and tidy.

Well located, near to markets, restaurants and the tourism things. The room is big, with two couple beds. The ac is not the best but using it with the fans also on, in few time you don't need the fans anymore and the temperature gets good. The bathroom is small but it works for its function. The staff are kind and very helpful.

power was out for a few hours one time, but that could happen anywhere room gets very hot during the day, but that’s what the AC and fan are for (I usually try to avoid it)

Very close to the beach and there are some nice beach bars close too. Room was ok and good enough for a short stay.

Lots of ants in room (used bug repellent to get rid). One of worst showers we’ve used travelling so far, no pressure at all.

Great value for money! Really good location right next to the beach with pineapple beach bar close by. Walking distance from the food court restaurant too. Really friendly and helpful staff who you can book buses and tours through. Room was nice with good air con and a big bed. Would recommend!

The woman who runs the place is very friendly and incredibly helpful. Anything you need, she’ll help you - with us she helped with the sand dunes trip, laundry, and bus service.

The water pressure isn’t amazing in the shower, but so far that has been my experience for all of vietnam.

In need of modernising, decor is very poor. Shutters didn't close properly, told the owner and solution was to wrap wire around the handles to stop them opening. There was a lot of ants in my room, and a lot of dead ones under the fridge. Staff sprayed the ants and mopped the floor as they didn't have another room. Fridge was very old and looked disgusting inside so didn't use it. Shower bracket didn't hold shower head so had to hold it.

Bathroom and beds in room were comfy and clean. It is very close to the beach and there are a couple little restaurants close by.

It is a very well located Guesthouse with an amazingly kind hostess. We got help with everything we needed. Bike rentals or tips she was there for everything.

One of the rooms did not have hot water in the shower but else neat.

Our host was very helpful, and booked us a tour and private car to our next destination, at better prices than we could find.

It’s an older building with windows that don’t block much sound from outside. The small fridge needs to be cleaned to get the musty smell out. Mattresses are quite firm.

Female staff( young lady who cleans the room) was really friendly. Owner not so much.

The location is super, considering that it is very close to the beach and lots of choices for food and drinks. It is far from the city, but that was what we were looking for. So a little more calm in the night and days. The bed could have been a little more comfortable.

The place is very basic. Okay considering the price per night compared to the other options around. Communication with the host is only possible via WhatsApp, since she does not speak English. It is okay, but a bit limiting.
