Lovely balcony with sea views...good kitchen .good scooters for hire ..lovely helpful staff who went out of their way to help you enjoy your stay..bakery and laundry at end of the road and 2 Gaisano malls reasonably close..

Mattresses on the beds are a bit thin and no hot water..

A great place lots of room very clean and most of what you need is there..great view and away from the tourist area so it is quite. It even has a outdoor grill ...loved it. There were 11 of us and still no problems.. highly recommend.

The refrigerators were a bit small but there were two? So we managed. Still a great place!!

The one in charge is very accommodating. That's I guess the most important thing when you are renting.

The location was a little bit inconvenient for first timers but its easily accessible actually if you're used to the place na.

I truly enjoyed my stay. I loved how clean the place was, the relaxing ambiance, and the kind and accommodating owner. The bed was very soft and comfortable, which made resting easy, and I also felt safe and secure throughout my stay. Highly recommended!

In n rustige buurt maar met scooter ben je binnen 5 minuten waar t allemaal te doen is.of je neemt n tuktuk.. Ruim opgezet appartement met groot balkon, uitzicht op zee, alles voor handen om zelf n keer wat te koken mocht je dat willen en super gastvrije eigenaren!

viele Hähne rundherum = viel Lärm. War für uns nicht schlimm, sollte man aber wissen falls man Lärmempfindlich ist.

Дом просто великолепный, просторный, чистый, комфортный ! Деликатные кондиционеры, тихие и не продувающие во сне шею )), удобные кровати и матрасы, уютное постельное белье. Огромная веранда, на которой так славно сиделось звездными теплыми вечерами, попивая ром с кокосовым молоком )) Дружелюбная Мирабель, помогающая нам во всем - от организации трансфера из/в аэропорт до аренды байка и приготовления по нашей просьбе вкуснейшего барбекю в саду. Всегда была на связи, встретила нас лично и все показала, несмотря на поздний заезд. Отсутствие горячей воды - проблема надуманная, вода теплая, нагревается за день, а горячЕе по такой жаре и не надо. При доме магазинчик, где есть все самое необходимое - холодное пиво, ром и кола ))) На кухне кулер с бесплатной водой - очень удобно ! В 5 минутах ходьбы от дома ( налево 200 метров , первый поворот направо, еще метров 300 и в узкий бетонный проход между домами ) уютный камерный пляжик с красивым рифом и чистейшей водой, там же местные рыбаки тусуются постоянно - можно договориться с ними на их лодочках сплавать подальше от берега и понырять на глубине с черепахами . Если пройти вдоль кромки воды метров 400 вправо за скалы - придете к небольшому пляжу какого-то отеля с шезлонгами и зонтами . Написано, что со стороны низзя, но народу вообще никого, мы там валялись и никто нам слова не сказал )) В 10 минутах ходьбы рынок и 7elevеn. Место очень тихое, не тусовочное, до Панагсамы с ее движухой минут 10 на байке или тукере. С этим тоже Мирабель поможет ) Но нам местный пляж понравился гораздо больше, тихо и народу никого. На Панагсаму надо ехать вечером )) - ресторанчики, бары, веселье, дайвинг-центры . Пляж там похуже, волны часто, места мало, зато можно понырять в облаке сардин и вся туса там. Коралки обязательны везде, в воду без них не зайти. До Белого пляжа с песком минут 20 на тукере или байке. В общем, для нас в этом доме оказалось идеально все - и уровень комфорта, и расположение !

Everything was super nice and beautiful! Apartment was huge and clean. We had everything we needed! And for everything we needed Maribel was there to help. She went up and beyond!! She arranged all our excursions, taxi and tuk tuk rides and dealt with all our questions with a smile! We didn't mind it, but maybe some people would dislike the fact that it is a 25 min walk to the centre so it is more convenient to take a tuk tuk that drives 5-10 min.

Very beautiful house and garden. Aircon in all rooms (except kitchen), that was very nice.

Kitchen could be better equipped, not much to cook with, partly broken stuff. Bathroom not really clean. Beds had really thin (foam) mattrass. Stayed for 6 nights: fresh towels halfway would be nice.. asked for new ones and we did get 2, while we were with 5!!

Beautiful apartments. Clean, tidy, very spacious. Host is amazingly helpful, friendly and communicative. Lots of amenties in apartments. The only thing, it is a bit far from the centre, but for us it was an adventage, as we had a lot of intimacy. Also the views from the terrace are gorgous. Price is also very attractive.

Neat, comfortable, nice view and complete stuff for cooking and dining.

Not actually dont like but its great if its near the attractions though we still find it great at it was very peaceful at night and we can rest perfectly

I like the size and cleanliness of the property.

As a digital nomad. I need great internet. The speed of the internet at 45 Mbps was that fast enough and therefore not good for video conference calls

The shower was without heater.

- Great location. 100pesos pp to go to Panagsama or town or a 30 min walk. - Place was really clean and tidy. - Quiet, we couldn’t hear the guests up stairs. - WiFi was okay. - The caretaker of the house, Ate Maribel, was really nice and friendly. She looked after us extremely well. She also booked all of our activities. Took us to town for free because it was night time. - Kitchen was well equipped. - You can rent a motorbike for 400 per day. - Free nature alarm cause of the chickens.

- Mattress was really hard. Started to get sore after the second night.

Cockroaches, ants and small flies were all around. Stuck basin, bucket instead of shower.

Extremely good size, nice and clean. Fantastic value for money. If you stay you won't regret it, the family that look after the property are Extremely friendly and helpful. If you want to hire scooters they have a selection you can hire, just ask and choose you bike, no questions all great
