Reviewed Sep 10, 2026地點離函館車站不算近，但離港區景點很近，唯一缺點附近餐廳經常不營業，且用餐只收現金不是很方便，飯店住宿大廳旁的酒吧，每天下午三點到晚上十點，有免費的飲料及酒品品嘗，而且飯店內附的早餐 品項多且好吃，感覺超讚！

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Great service from the staff, we had an issue with our first room and they moved us to another room when we brought it to their attention. Rooms are basic but comfortable and clean. Showers had good pressure. Not located on the water but only a short walk from the coast on either end and close to the popular red brick warehouses. Depending on your fitness level, you can walk uphill to the mountain ropeway or Motomatchi. The tram has stops nearby which you can take to Goryōkaku Tower. I also highly recommend the bakery in the building next door.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026赤煉瓦倉庫群へも函館山ロープウェイへも徒歩で行け、元町教会群など観光するのに便利な立地です。建物 室内も綺麗でよかったです。15時チェックイン開始で少し早くホテルに着いたので、駐車場の1泊料金＋100円追加で駐車場に入れさせてもらえた。
15時チェックイン開始までロビーで待つよう言われたので待っていたが、後から来た外国人の宿泊客の人がフロントで色々と質問しており、その後来た宿泊客もそのまま列を作って並び、結局自分達より遅く来た人達６-7組のチェックイン後まで待つ事になった。駐車料金を追加で支払い、名前も聞かれたのに、明らかにチェックイン待ちをしているのもホテル従業員は分かっていたはずなのに何も対応しなかった。チェックイン可能となったら順番にお呼びしますと番号札を渡すなり、チェックインまでこちらで並んでお待ち下さいと声かけするなり対応方法はあると思う。言われた通りに15時まで待っていたが、言ったもの勝ちでは正直者はバカを見る。

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Очень вкусный, разнообразный и сытный завтрак! Много локальной кухни, и всё невероятно вкусное. Расположение в историческом центре, вблизи порта и канатной дороги, в 5 минутах от трамвайной остановки. Отличный набор средств личной гигиены (уход для лица)
Неудобная жесткая подушка, маленькая ванная, в которой нет мусорки. В нашем номере был неоткрывающийся балкон, и комната была действительно маленькая. В номер не дают питьевой воды, нужно покупать в вендинговом автомате внизу. Сам отель расположен немного на отшибе, и в окрестностях не так много кофеен

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026근처에서 가장 높은 건물이라서 하코다테 전역이 한 눈에 들어 오고 바다, 항구, 전망대도 잘 보였습니다. 하코다테산 전망대, 아카렌가 창고도 도보로 접근이 가능해요.
관광지와는 가깝지만 시내와는 떨어져 있어요.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026這次預訂三人房，雖浴廁稍小，但房間寬敞，可以打開三個行李沒問題。且飯店15:00-22:00有提供飲料暢飲，除了函館牛乳、北海道番茶，甚至還有清酒、葡萄酒等，飯店人員也補得很勤，不怕沒得喝，很加分！ 如有停車需求，飯店人員會指引到鄰近的停車場停放，一晚1000日圓。早餐選擇多樣。 飯店人員可協助叫計程車，前往機場僅不到20分鐘，十分方便！

It doesn't take long to walk into town, maybe 15 minutes and the tram stops nearby (Suica or exact coins). It's a quieter area with local restaurants versus staying right in the tourist zone. And the complementary drinks in the lounge are a friendly touch.

The room I was initially assigned smelled musty and smoky, and the WiFi was terrible. Mentioned the issues to the front desk, and they immediately assigned me a different room, which had no issues at all! Appreciated the very quick resolution.

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026位置不错，很安静，每天都可以爬山，码头的夕阳清晨都很舒服，离车站1.6公里我觉得拖行李走也没问题。窗子可以打开透气这点很棒，设施齐全，当然如果有微波炉就锦上添花了。
刚入住浴室有发霉和馊臭的味道，开始以为是地板，我们用水清洁以后还是不行，因为要住五天，我们就把浴室用酒精整个擦了一遍，最后发现是浴帘太久没有彻底清洗造成的，把浴帘用沐浴露洗过（冲下来的水都变了颜色）以后味道彻底消除，因为问题自己解决就没有麻烦前台。

-parking is expensive (1,000yen per night), and it is kind of “lock”. Every time you want to go to the car (drive out or get something from the car ), you need to call the lobby - it is a bit far from the central and stuck in a corner.

Reviewed Jul 15, 2026Das gesamt Ambiente hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Lage war für ums perfekt. Man war schnell auf beiden Seiten der Küste und die Bahn war 3-5 Gehminuten vom Hotel Enoe entfernt. Ebenfalls konnte man jegliche Sehenswürdigkeiten, Musen und Läden zu Fuss innert wenigen Minuten erreichen. Die Lounge welche am Nachmittag geöffnet hat und mit gratis Getränken ausgestattet war, ist sehr gemütlich. Beim Frühstück gibt es eine grosse Auswahl an diversen Speisen, wobei für jeden etwas dabei ist. Im Zimmer gibt es eine funktionstüchtige Klimaanlage! :)
Es war alles Makellos. Das Kopfkissen und die Matratze sind härter, jedoch Geschmackssache.

Reviewed Jul 11, 2026住在這邊六個晚上，只要走出去幾分鐘就可以到電車站，只要到電車站就可以到想要去的地方，很方便!因為這一趟我們全程在函館，去了好多地方，覺得函館好美，特別是到函館山、教堂群那附近，體驗到函館在近百年來，不同國家的文化交融，讓函館這裡充滿豐富的文化資產，一定要去函館公園，裡面有全日本第一座摩天輪喔! 從飯店走十分鐘左右，就可以到北海道在地的便利商店 Seicomart，整個超好逛!鄰近十字街站的電車也有小七，如果要買早餐可以在這邊買好。 飯店大廳的蘋果汁、可爾必思、牛奶、酒類可以暢飲，而且都超好喝! 可惜飲水機也跟著飲品們，只供應晚上十點，真希望日後可以單獨提供飲水機；洗髮精、沐浴乳的味道讓人身心放鬆～ 特別一提，房間內的冰箱開關就像是台灣的電燈開關，就在冰箱上面的插座旁，住了三天還不知道開關在哪兒XD，也算是個有趣的體驗! 整體而言，住在這邊很舒服、愜意，下次來函館還是會來這裡住喔!

Reviewed Jun 23, 2026Hôtel très propre et moderne, belle chambre et équipements tout à fait corrects. Bon emplacement également, proche des attractions touristiques d'Hakodate. Mon niveau d'anglais étant faible, je remercie le personnel (très sympathique et souriant !) d'avoir pris la peine de simplifier son japonais et d'articuler clairement pour que je puisse comprendre facilement.
Rien à redire, très bon rapport qualité-prix

Reviewed Jun 23, 2026地點非常好，雖然跟JR函館有段距離，但跟金森倉庫非常的近，剛好在路面電車寶來町跟十字街中間，稍微偏寶來町一點，走走路去最近的7-11約3分鐘。住起來很舒服，住三人房房間可以打開兩個28吋的行李箱沒有問題。最重要的是門口就是機場巴士的起點，巴士停在飯店門口等發車！去機場完全沒有壓力！1樓大廳旁邊還有免費提供飲料酒水，非常好！
枕頭稍微硬了點，停車要另外收費。

Reviewed Jun 20, 2026Mycket trevligt och fräscht hotell. Frukostbuffén var jättestor med mycket att välja på, mest japanskt men även lite västerländska inslag.
Fick bara en kudde och badrummet kändes omodernt.
