La clim était la bienvenue et fonctionne bien, le fait d'avoir une piscine.

Il y a plein de chose a réparer, les robinetterie, le meuble salle de bain a réparer la porte est tombé, les douchettes fuis.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans cet appartement à Marrakech. Tout était absolument parfait du début à la fin. Les propriétaires ont été d’une grande gentillesse, très à l’écoute et toujours disponibles, même à distance, ce qui est assez rare et vraiment appréciable. L’appartement était propre, bien entretenu et très agréable à vivre, avec un mobilier confortable et soigné. Le rapport qualité-prix est également excellent, surtout pour quatre jours passés dans ces conditions. La piscine était propre et l’environnement très calme, idéal pour se détendre en famille. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement et n’hésiterons pas à revenir !

I recently stayed at this property and found it to be convenient for airport access, with straightforward directions and a secure entrance that provided peace of mind throughout my visit. The house was clean upon arrival, but there were signs of wear and tear, especially in the bathroom area. After using the bath, water tended to leak onto the floor, and the main bathroom sink had poor drainage. On the plus side, hot water was available all day, which was a great comfort. The property was generally tidy, though there was no vacuum provided, making it difficult to clean up as dust comes in quite easily. The spacious living room was comfortable, and the Wi-Fi connection was excellent throughout my stay. One of the highlights was the balcony, which offered a beautiful view of the green area and walkways in front of the property. There was ample and secure parking, which is very convenient if you are arriving by car. The shower area could be a bit more spacious for added comfort, but overall, the property offered good value for money with just a few areas needing attention for maintenance and improvement.

Le calme et la propreté de la résidence et l'appartement ainsi que l'équipement Porche de l'aéroport et le centre ville avec des taxis facilement accessible. La piscine était grande et appréciable surtout apres une longue journée de balade.

Dans l appartement pas grand chose mais sur tout lanplacemant dans le golf il ya une piscine pour les petits et la surface de golf pour manche promener ect

Quand en était rentré cette pas propre en plus de sa le bâtiment il est pas propre le store ne fonctionne pas du balcon donc en était réveillé tout les jour au lever du soleil

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement à Marrakech. L’endroit est très calme, idéal pour se reposer, et situé dans une résidence sécurisée, ce qui nous a permis de profiter de nos vacances en toute sérénité. L’appartement est conforme à la description, propre et bien entretenu. Mention spéciale pour l’hôte, toujours disponible et très réactif, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse !

Appartement spacieux ,propre , belle piscine . Le hôte était tres réactif je retournerai séjourner ici.

It was very clean and had all the facilities suitable for our trip

We loved the layout of the apartment. It was a spacious lounge with the natural light coming in from the beautiful balcony. There was plenty of wardrobe space in the bedrooms. The bathrooms are of a good size too. The kitchen has lots of pans, crockery & a big fridge plus a washing machine. You won’t be disappointed. The view of the pool, the green and mountains are gorgeous. We enjoyed the tranquility. The surroundings are clean. After dropping our luggage off, we took a taxi to the Ménara Mall to shop for local produce, coffee milk condiments and bottled water. So much choice. Unless you like walking, you do need to take a taxi from here to the restaurants and markets. We downloaded ‘get your guide’ and booked excursions. The operators picked us up from the apartment. I just wish we’d booked the trips from the UK but we know for our next trip. The airport is a mere 10 minute ride away. All in all a fantastic trip. Thank you to BL for the hospitality.

I didn’t like that I had to contact the owner for information. I don’t like to bother people. If there was a welcome letter with local information that would have been ideal. This is just an observation not a criticism.

The property was amazing the pictures match as well and the owner of the house is very very nice and polite and he’s always there when you need something , definitely coming back again worth it 100%!
