Der står morgenmad i kontrakten, det var der ikke. Værelset mikroskobisk med lillebitte vindue.Området er præget af kæmpe vejrenovation. Vi næsten missede vores fly fordi receptionisten glemte at bestille taxi selvom vi mindede hende om det hver dag. Ingen restauranter i nærheden,- vi måtte krydse en meget farlig vej uden kryds for at komme til et ok restaurantions område :-(

Limited food options nearby. Walls paper thin. Shower goes cold.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2025The place is always very clean and quiet. My room was very spacious. Even though they have no table or window, everything else about the room is good. I especially like the towels and the air-conditioning.
The lift was not operating for the first few days. Light seeped in from under the door and made it hard to sleep in the morning when people got up and walked about. The staff in front insist on taking a RM50 deposit.

Didn't like is because Aircon inside is dirty the air blow out that air not feel comfortable. I never sleeping till wakeup many times, and shower room too dirty and total room doesn't have fresh feeling.

Reviewed Feb 21, 2025I booked a windowless room at this hotel, which had an exhaust fan and air conditioning, but that did nothing to improve the terrible air quality. The room was infested with mold, particularly on the sink, shower curtain, and toilet door. This is completely unacceptable and a major health hazard. Shortly during my stay, I developed a blocked nose, runny nose, and a sore throat, all classic symptoms of mold exposure. Mold spores can trigger serious respiratory issues, allergies, and even long-term health complications. It is shocking that the hotel allows guests to stay in such hazardous conditions. This is not just a matter of cleanliness—it is a complete disregard for guest health and safety. The hotel must take immediate action to remove the mold, improve ventilation, and properly maintain the rooms. Until then, I strongly advise against staying here unless you want to risk your health.
