The view from the balcony was amazing, we could see the playground and the indoor park located within the apartment complexes. Location is very nice and convenient (on top of vivacity megamall). Host was also helpful and replied quite quick! Loved the stay

There is seawage smell the moment you enter the lobby areas. The apartment doesn’t have shampoo and you can find small cockroach in the kitchen drawer. When I messaged the property about no shampoo. They didn’t reply me , so we went to supermarket to buy ourselves. Outside toilet the floor mat was dirty wet when first checked in, so we didn’t use it at all.

Reviewed Jun 14, 2025The stay is clean, got washing machine, hanger and hanging rack. Bedsheet is clean, location of this stay strategic, can go to mall easily. Got wifi. Owner was helpful for the check-in and check-out procedures.

Reviewed Apr 4, 2025the unit itself is ok. but the cleanliness outside especially at level 9a can be imroved. elevator always smells of rotten rubbish, probably because residents use the elevator to carry their rubbish to be thrown at level 9a. getting to parking can be confusing. our car was clamped because we parked at the wrong box. the sign could be improved. towels in the unit might need to be replaced. smelled weird and didnt absorb water very well. we spent a lot of time outside but the place is good to crash at night. it was quiet at night so we had a good rest. the location is just above a big shopping mall. everything is within reach. overall, we highly recommend the place.

Reviewed Aug 12, 2024The location is excellent as shops, food court, cafes and cinema is just a few steps away within the same building. Budget, family and wheelchair friendly. The apartment is spacious, clean, complete and fully-functional. The host is helpful and friendly. Service is efficient: check-in and check-out processes are very easy.
Swimming pool was not available for non-residence at the time of checking in. We had a hard time with the television at first but was resolved later with some directions from the host.

Reviewed Aug 8, 2024New, modern and comfortable furniture. We had 4 adults and 3 children and it was perfect for a large group like ours. There were 2 toilets/showers, a sufficiently equipped kitchen and free parking. Bedroom configuration was 1 large (fit 3 adults), 1 medium (fit 2 adults) and 1 small (fit 1 adult). The host communicated well throughout the stay and was easy to reach via WhatsApp. The location was great, especially with the adjoining vivacity mall. I would thoroughly recommend this homestay over others that I have seen on booking.com in Kuching. This one ticked all the boxes and the competitive price made it even more appealing.
